Abstract

Mukrimah (C1A1 12 112), Pengaruh Motivasi Agamis Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT.Bank Muamalat Cabang Kendari. Skripsi Jurusan  Administasi Bisnis, Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi,Universitas Halu Oleo, Dipandu Oleh Dr.Hanur S, M.Si selaku Pembimbing I dan Sahrun, SE,M.Si selaku Pembimbing II . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi agamis terhadap kinerja karyawan sehingga dapat memberikan wawasan baru dan masukan bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan tentang pentingnya motivasi agamis dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Variabel independen adalah Motivasi Agamis (X) dan variabel depanden adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 44 orang dengan menggunakan tekhnik sensus dengan meneliti seluruh jumlah karyawan yang ada pada PT.Bank Muamalat Cabang Kendari. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi, kemudian data mentah dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear sederhana menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi agamis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji t pada tingkat kepercayaan atau taraf nyata α = 0,05 derajat bebas 42 dimana thitung = 2.689 >  Ttabel  yaitu 2,018 atau dengan nilai probabilitas = 0,010 < 0,05. Dengan demikian maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu motivasi agamis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Bank Muamalat Cabang Kandari dapat diterima.   Kata kunci: Motivasi Agamis, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of religious motivation on employee performance so as to provide new insights and input for the development of knowledge about the importance of religious motivation in improving employee performance. The independent variable is Religious Motivation (X) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The sample in this study amounted to 44 people using census techniques by examining the entire number of employees at PT Bank Muamalat Kendari Branch. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation, then raw data were collected and analyzed with simple linear regression using SPSS 16.0.The results of this study indicate that religious motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the results of the t test at the level of confidence or the real level α = 0.05 degrees free 42 where tcount = 2.689> Ttable is 2.018 or with a probability value = 0.010 <0.05. Abstract

This study aims to determine the accountability of acceptance of parking fees to the Regional Original Revenue of Sinjai Regency. The research methodology uses a qualitative type, data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the accountability of parking retribution receipts to the Sinjai District's Original Revenue have been implemented but not yet maximized. Transparency has not been maximized, this has happened because there has been no public information delivery regarding receipt of parking fees. While accountability has been carried out maximally, this is evidenced by carrying out accountability with a manual model where tickets distributed must be paid for in money and existing tickets must be accounted for or cannot be eliminated. Control of acceptance of parking fees has been carried out optimally with controls at the point of collection of fees. Responsibilities have been carried out to the fullest with the existence of these regulations consisting of Regent Regulation number 7 of 2022 concerning Adjustment of Retribution Rates and Regional Regulation number 16 of 2012 Concerning Special Parking Place Retribution. While responsiveness has been implemented but not optimal, this happens because the targets set are sometimes not achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of e-government implementation in improving public services at the Sinjai Regency Information and Coding Communication Office. The research method utilized is qualitative, employing a descriptive approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants included the Head of the Sinjai Regency Information and Coding Communication Service, the Head of Application and Informatics, the Head of Public Relations, and the Head of Public and Community Information and Communication. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of e-government implementation in enhancing public services at the Sinjai Regency Information and Coding Communication Office is not yet optimal. This conclusion is based on three indicators: 1) Goal achievement is insufficient, as the targets for smart village initiatives have not been met, and various obstacles remain; 2) The integration and socialization process is inadequate, with many community members still unaware of the e-government implementation; 3) Adaptation is relatively effective, evidenced by the establishment of a website that serves community needs and facilitates public access to information and complaint submissions through technology, eliminating the need for in-person visits. This study is intended to serve as a reference and theoretical comparison for future researchers and to provide the public with insights into the effectiveness of e-government implementation in improving public services at the Sinjai Regency Information and Coding Communication Office.

Abstract

Every durian season, there is an abundance of durian seed waste in Anrang village, Bulukumba district, South Sulawesi. This gives the impression of a village environment piled high with garbage in the form of durian seeds and skins. The goal of this community service project is to assist the Anrang village community, through the Anrang Youth Organization, in converting waste durian seeds into flour, which will be used to make biscuits. Using the project-based learning method, this activity provides counseling, training, and direct assistance to members of Karang Taruna Anrang. The activity produced very satisfactory results, with a product in the form of durian seed flour that provided a suitable taste and structure as a biscuit ingredient. Durian seed flour has a pleasant taste, structure, and aroma, making it an excellent potential ingredient for biscuits.

Abstract

Kelurahan Samaenre memiliki banyak potensi pemuda, diantaranya; Pimpinan Cabang Pemuda Muhammadiyah Sinjai Tengah, Pimpinan Ranting Pemuda Muhammadiyah Samaenre, Karang Taruna Samaenre, Pemuda Samaenre dan Pengurus Masjid Samaenre. Namun pada kenyataannya Pemerintah Kelurahan Samaenre masih mengeluh tentang kurangnya regenerasi dakwah, Kelurahan Samaenre kurang tersentuh dengan kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan, masih mengundang penceramah dari luar kelurahan padahal memiliki potensi yang banyak, Ini yang menjadi permasalahan mitra di Pimpinan cabang Muhammadiyah Sinjai Tengah sehingga pentingnya diadakan Pelatihan Da’I Muda. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Samaenre Kecamatan Sinjai Tengah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah Penerimaan materi konsep dakwah masa kini, praktek ceramah dan pembentukan korps dai muda. Hasil pengabdian, yaitu memberikan pengetahuan baru kepada peserta tentang berbicara depan umum dan retorika dakwah masa kini serta terbentuknya Korps Dai Muda di Kelurahan Samaenre Kecamatan Sinjai Tengah.

Abstract

Bureaucratic reform at the village level is a strategic step to enhance transparency and accountability in governance. This study aims to analyze the role of information technology in supporting transparent and accountable governance in Tongke-Tongke Village. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research involved observations, surveys, and documentation to collect data from village officials, the community, and external policies. The findings reveal that the implementation of information technology, such as official websites and Android-based applications, has successfully improved administrative efficiency, strengthened information openness, and enabled active community participation in decision-making processes. Additionally, digitally documented village financial reports allow the community to monitor budget management in real-time. However, key challenges include low digital literacy and limited internet infrastructure. Through regular training and collaboration with internet service providers, Tongke-Tongke Village demonstrates its commitment to creating better governance. This study concludes that information technology can serve as a key catalyst for accelerating bureaucratic reform at the village level.

Abstract

Land is a place of welfare for the community, plays a strategic role in human life. Every legal action related to land, such as making land certificates, requires agents to take care of it, such as sub-district heads, village heads, PPAT (Land Deed Officials) and BPN (National Land Agency). This study aims to determine the efforts of the Saotanre Village government in increasing public awareness of the making of land rights certificates in Saotanre Village, Central Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. This research is a qualitative research with the type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study are Head of Saotanre Village; Saotanre Village officials; Saotanre Village Community; BPN (National Land Agency). Data analysis techniques are collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and concluding.The research results show that The Saotanre Village Government has carried out socialization or counseling to the community regarding legal awareness of land registration. The inhibiting factor for the Village Government in increasing public awareness of making land title certificates is the lack of public knowledge about the importance of land registration, and caused by the existence of administrative costs that are considered burdensome to the community.
