Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze group cohesiveness, organizational culture,job satisfaction and work engagement on millennial generation workers in the SlemanRegency area. The main problem in this research is work engagement. The researchdata was collected by distributing questionnaires through google forms and distributedto 80 respondents spread across the Sleman Regency. The research method used inthis study is a quantitative research method, then the research data collectiontechnique is purposive random sampling and uses data analysis tools SPSS (Statistic Package for Social Science), Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results, thefactors that influence work engagement are organizational culture and jobsatisfaction. The evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing which show P Values <0.05 which is 0.000 and P Values < 0.05 which is 0.032 while the group cohesivenessvariable has no effect on work engagement in millennial generation workers in theSleman Regency area

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of compensation, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and determine the influence that occurs indirectly on job satisfaction that has a role as a mediator in ATR / BPN Kantah, Wonosobo Regency. Quantitative descriptive research was used by researchers in this study. Employees from ATR / BPN Kantah, Wonosobo Regency became the object of this research. In this study, the questionnaire became a method of data collection used by researchers, with the technique saturated 82 respondents as sampling techniques. Validity and reliability tests are used by researchers to test data quality, with data analysis techniques used, namely classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests and sobel test. Based on the results of research that has been implemented, it shows that if compensation has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction, emotional intelligence has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction, compensation does not have a significant positive influence on OCB, Emotional intelligence has a significant positive impact on OCB, job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on OCB, job satisfaction can mediate between compensation and OCB, and job satisfaction can mediate for emotional intelligence and OCB.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training to job satisfaction; the effect of compensation to job satisfaction; the effect of training to employee performance; the effect of compensation to employee performance; the effect of training to employee performance through job satisfaction; the effect of compensation to employee performance through job satisfaction. This research was located in Gowa Regency involving employees of PT Anugrah Harapan Nusantara. The sampling technique used Saturated Sampling method. Data analysis used in this research were descriptive analysis, inferensial analysis, and mediation analysis. The analysis tool in this research was the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with SmartPLS 3.2.8 software, and the mediation analysis used the Bootstrapping. The results of the analysis on hypothesis testing in this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction; compensation has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction; training has a positive and significant effect to employee performance; compensation has a positive and significant effect to employee performance. The results of the bootstraping test on mediation analysis show that training has a positive but not significant effect to employee performance through job satisfaction; compensation has a positive and significant effect to employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the analysis of organizational trust, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention in millennial generation workers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The main problem is turnover intention. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires via google forms to 292 respondents spread across the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The method used in this study uses quantitative research methods using purposive random sampling data collection techniques and using Partial Least Square (PLS) for analysis tools. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that the factors that influence turnover intention are organizational trust and job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing which show P Values <0.05, which is 0.000 and P Value <0.05, which is 0.025, while the organizational commitment variable has no effect on turnover intention in millennial generation workers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The existence of knowledge about the analysis of the influence of Leadership Style and Self Efficacy at Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance in the Regional Secretariat Office of Gunungkidul Regency. Probability sampling method and using simple random sampling with the employees of the Regional Secretariat Office of Gunungkidul Regency with respondents 56 employees. The implementation of research using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire using SPSS 24 to analyze it. Researchers took the results leadership style significantly had no influence on employee performance, leadership style significantly had no influence on job satisfaction, self-efficacy significantly had an influence on employee performance, self-efficacy significantly had an influence on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction significantly has no influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis: pengaruh kompensasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja; pengaruh kompensasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB); pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner untuk pengambilan data, dan diuji menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), sehingga disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja tidak memediasi kompensasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), motivasi kerja tidak memediasi kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Perlu adanya memberikan sumbangan keilmuan khususnya sumberdaya manusia, terutama hubungan antara kompensasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan motivasi kerja.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the Effect of Job Training and Rewards and Physical Work Environment on Employee Retention. This research was conducted at CV Sumber Anugrah with a population of all employees of CV Sumber Anugrah with a population of 200 people and for the sample used as many as 134 people with calculations using the slovin formula. Data analysis method is quantitative analysis using purposive sampling where the purpose of this study is to describe the relationship between variables and other variables in order to test hypotheses. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, which is characterized by simple random sampling or simple random sampling is a sampling technique that gives equal probabilities to all members of a population. The results of the study are the variables of job training and rewards partially had no significant effect on employee retention, but the physical work environment variable had a significant effect on employee retention. Simultaneous test results indicate that all independent variables combined have a significant impact on CV Sumber Anugrah's employee retention.

Abstract

Tujuan: penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh quality of work life (QWL) dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada RSUD Muhammad Zein. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kusioner dan studi pustaka. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 orang karyawan RSUD Muhammad Zein. Uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrumen penelitian adalah uji vaiditas, realiabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui hipotesis diterima atau ditolak. Hasil dan Kesimpulan: hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1). Quality of work life memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di RSUD Muhammad Zein. Sehingga semakin bagus quality of work lifeĀ  yang diberikan maka akan diiringi dengan meningkatnya kepuasan kerja karyawan 2). Motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhdap kepuasan kerja karyawan. hal ini membuktikan bahwa dengan memberikan motivasi kerja yang baik maka akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. 3). Quality of work life (QWL) dan motivasi kerja secara simultan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepusan kerja karyawan di RSUD Muhammad Zein. Hal ini menunjukkan jika quality of work life dan motivasi berjalan dengan baik maka akan diiringi dengan naiknya tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, motivasi intrinsik terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pegawai ASN Dinas Perhubungan Kota Yogyakarta. Sampel sebanyak 64 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Tidak berpengaruh signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.
