Abstract

Hasil analisis berupa nilai daya dukung lateral dan defleksi kepala tiang berdasarkan perhitungan manual, loading test, software LPILE (AProgram for the Analysis Foundation Under Lateral Loading) dan GROUP (A Program for the Analysis of Piles in a Group). yang kemudian hasilnya dibandingkan.

Abstract

What has been a fundamental issue of this study what base for the lawgivers in determining “type and number” of crime showing a disapprobation. Is there any certain pattern used by the lawgivers in determining the case in Special Criminal Code, primarily to do its weighting when compared with the general pattern used in the Criminal Code. This research was conducted by using a normative juridical method, mainly by analyzing the symptoms suggested by the legislators in the enactment of criminal threats. The results of this study indicate that in the Special Criminal Law, becoming the “symbol” of Criminal Law as the identity of Indonesia, there is no specific pattern in conducting the weighting of criminal.

Abstract

Formally, the review can be carried out more than once, based on the Decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) No. 34/PUU-XI/2013, which states that Article 268 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Procedure Code is contrary to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and therefore has no binding force as law. This paper intends to discuss the second review's philosophical, juridical, and sociological aspects. The Supreme Court, through SEMA No. 10 of 2009 as strengthened by SEMA No. 7 of 2014, confirms that a review of more than one time is only possible if there is an object of the case there are 2 (two) or more judicial review decisions that conflict one another. The restriction on review from being submitted only once is intended to provide justice to the victim, the community, and the state. The extraordinary effort remains within a measurable corridor and does not limit access to justice for the convict.

Abstract

Abstract

The formulation of criminal acts against religion and religious life in Indonesian laws and regulations still leaves various problems. This article discusses the form of formulation of criminal offenses against religion and religious life in the upcoming Criminal Code and RKUHP. The form of this research is normative juridical with legal, conceptual and case approaches. The results of this study indicate that the RKUHP has made changes that lead to "concretization" and "objectification" of crimes against religion and religious life, so that the principles of lex certa and lex stricta are truly considered. The RKUHP has also been more advanced in formulating crimes against religion and religious life based on the notion of respect for the right to religion as a human right protected by the Constitution. Hopefully the enactment of the RKUHP can be a solution in law enforcement against various crimes against religion and religious life in Indonesia in the future.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving era of information technology, the emergence of "deepfakes" hyper-realistic digital manipulations powered by artificial intelligence has introduced complex and pressing challenges to the field of victimology. These synthetic media are increasingly used for cybercrime, online harassment, defamation, and disinformation, leading to serious psychological, reputational, and legal consequences for victims. This study employs a normative legal research method that integrates conceptual, comparative, and futuristic approaches. The conceptual approach explores the legal and psychosocial dimensions of digital victimization; the comparative approach identifies legal responses in various jurisdictions; while the futuristic approach is used to predict the trajectory of deepfake threats based on AI development trends and emerging digital behaviors. Unlike previous generalist analyses, this research provides concrete findings: it identifies four dominant forms of digital exploitation through deepfakes namely non-consensual pornography, political disinformation, financial scams, and reputational sabotage. The study also reveals that psychological trauma, reputational harm, and repeat victimization are the most pressing victimological issues in deepfake cases. By applying content analysis to real-world cases, this paper builds a framework for understanding how deepfakes transform the victim–offender dynamic, and it proposes forward-looking strategies for legal reform, victim protection, and digital literacy. This study contributes to filling the current academic gap by offering a victim-centered perspective on the legal and psychosocial consequences of synthetic media, thereby promoting more inclusive and adaptive responses in the face of evolving digital threats.

Abstract

The increasing demand for food and limited agricultural land in urban areas has prompted the exploration of alternative farming methods. This project focuses on utilizing vacant urban spaces for hydroponic farming as a sustainable solution to address food security and improve community economies. By implementing hydroponic systems in underutilized urban areas, the project aims to increase local food production, enhance community engagement, and promote sustainable agricultural practices. Through participatory action research (PAR), the community members were actively involved in the planning, installation, and management of the hydroponic systems, providing a hands-on learning experience. The results demonstrate that hydroponic systems significantly reduced water usage, maximized space efficiency, and increased crop yield compared to traditional farming methods. Furthermore, the project contributed to economic empowerment by generating income through the sale of produce and fostering local economic growth. The findings suggest that hydroponic farming in urban areas holds great potential for addressing food insecurity while promoting environmental sustainability and economic development.
