Public health centers as the spearhead of health services, also provide emergency and observation nursing services, due to the high number of accidents in East Java. The purpose of this study was to develop the nurses performance model in providing emergency and obeservation nursing services at Puskesgadarsi (Emergency and Observation Community Health Center) in East Java, using cross sectional design. The subjects of 120 nurses were selected by multi stage sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and FGDs, and then analyzed using structural equation modeling to produce an model of âemergency and observationâ nursing service for nurses at Puskesgadarsi. Components of the model were reinforcing factors, personal factors, cognition factors, affection factors, commitment, interpersonal, reinforcement and nurse performance. Nurses can use this model in providing nursing services with due regard to their knowledge and skills, facilities and infrastructure, as well as interaction and self-reinforcement, so as to be able to perform nursing services emergency and observation well.

Inflation and Growth in the company's profit margin than Food and Beverages. Analysis tools used in this study is panel data regression, a combination of two data time series and cross section can provide more data so that it will generate degree of freedom (df) is greater, to determine the effect between inflation and growth in production cost profit margin ratio. Based on the conclusion, it can be concluded that the rate of inflation and growth in production costs affect the level of corporate profit margins at the Food and Beverages during the period 2005-2008 with a coefficient of determination equal to 96.83%. Partially between the inflation rate did not negatively affect the profit margin between the rate of inflation while the growth rate positively affects the production cost. So that can be implicated to obtain a high level of profit margin, then for company management to pay more attention to the level of growth in production costs, such as looking for suppliers who provide raw material prices are much cheaper so that more efficient control of production costs.

Mengkaji bagaimana model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SDN Manggarai 05 merupakan fokus dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Kelas IV di SDN Manggarai 05 dengan total 115 siswa menjadi lokasi dan populasi penelitian, di mana sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Kelas IVB ditetapkan sebagai kelas eksperimen, sementara kelas IVD sebagai kelas kontrol. Pendekatan pengumpulan data mencakup wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis statistik digunakan sebagai metode analisis data, termasuk uji prasyarat seperti uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, serta uji hipotesis. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t dengan bantuan SPSS versi 28. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahawa signifikansi pada uji hipotesis diperoleh melalui uji parametrik (Paired sample t-test) adalah 0,001 yaitu p < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SDN Manggarai 05.

SDIT AL-Rasyid is an educational institution in Karawang Regency which provides basic education with an Islamic approach. This school aims to provide a holistic education, combining academic aspects and Islamic values. The accounting information system for SPP payments at Al-Rasyid Islamic School Integrated Elementary School is a system developed to assist in the management and recording of SPP (Education Development Donations) payments at an Integrated Elementary School (SDIT). This system aims to simplify administration and accounting processes for SPP payments, as well as provide accurate and up-to-date information to interested parties. Currently, the process of paying tuition fees at SDIT is still done manually by using a payment sheet that must be filled in and submitted directly by the parents or guardians of the students to the school. This causes several problems, such as frequent recording errors, late payments, and difficulties in tracking payment history. Therefore, the development of an SPP payment accounting information system is important to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the process. With the existence of an accounting information system for payment of tuition fees at SDIT Al-Rasyid, the administration process for payment of tuition fees becomes more efficient.

This research focuses on the role of Al-Qur’an literacy in deepening students’ understanding of Islamic Religious Education and developing their moral and ethical character. This research explores how Al-Qur’an literacy functions as a reading skill and a tool for developing critical, reflective thinking and a holistic understanding of Islamic teachings. This research uses qualitative methods, including interviews, observation, and documentation techniques, to explore Al-Qur’an literacy experiences, perceptions, and practices at Middle School. The research results show that Al-Qur’an literacy significantly impacts understanding Islamic Religious Education material and developing students’ character. However, this research also identified challenges in implementation, such as a need for more time allocation in the curriculum and variations in reading skill levels among students. The implications of this research emphasize the need for adaptive learning strategies and additional support to increase the effectiveness of Al-Qur’an literacy in religious education.

Creative is one of the dimensions in the profile of Pancasila students. Students who are creative are able to adapt and create something different, meaningful, useful, and have a positive impact. The creative dimension has key elements, namely producing original ideas, producing original works and actions, and having the flexibility of thinking in finding alternative solutions to problems. This study aims to improve students' creative thinking skills to get to know the history or local culture in their area. Posters are generally used to attract the attention of readers of information that is to be conveyed. This study applies the Problem Based Learning learning model. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, observation, implementation of actions, analysis, and reflection. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model based on local cultural heritage in history subjects in class XC SMAN 5 Kota Madiun is able to improve students' creative thinking skills. The percentage obtained by students with creative thinking skills in the pre-cycle has been obtained that the increase from the pre-cycle obtained 6 (16.6%) students in the very creative category, in cycle I there was an increase to 15 (41.6%) students in the very creative category, and in cycle II there was also an increase to 29 (80.5%) students in the very creative category

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor usia dan kejadian shivering pada pasien anestesi spinal. Menggigil adalah salah satu komplikasi yang mungkin terjadi ketika pasien menjalani anestesi spinal. Salah satu penyebab utama menggigil adalah usia karena berkaitan dengan anatomi, fisiologi, dan kemampuan termoregulasi yang berbeda-beda pada setiap kelompok orang. Jenis penelitian ini melibatkan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian analitik cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang berjumlah 60 responden dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Analisa data di lakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Dalam analisis distribusi frekuensi, data dikumpulkan dari berbagai aspek seperti jenis kelamin, usia. Tabel distribusi frekuensi memberikan gambaran tentang karakteristik sampel penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi Untuk pelayanan kepenataan mulai dari pre hingga post anestesi untuk mengatasi kejadian shivering.
