Abstract

Many factors influence the low number of skilled vocational high school graduates. One factor that is the leading cause is the lack of instruments that can be used in the learning process, especially authentic instruments, to assess students' abilities in the psychomotor domain. Students who are dominant in the cognitive sphere are not necessarily skilled in the psychomotor realm, especially when using the equipment and making improvements to the brake system. The purpose of this study is to develop an assessment instrument that is appropriate to be used by the teacher in evaluating the psychomotor domain's abilities, specifically for the brake system competency. This research is development research that uses ADDIE models as a reference for research. ADDIE model has five stages of development that need to be considered, including analysis; (2) design; (3) development; (4) implementations; and (5) evaluation. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the psychomotor domain assessment instrument for the competency of the brake system that was developed to be suitable for use in the learning process. Feasibility is proven from the results of the validation of experts who get an assessment of 4.66 with a very valid category. The instrument reliability test results that get the Cronbach's alpha value of 0.895, and the value of inter-observer reliability is 0.740. In addition, the instrument is also practical when used in the learning process. This was evidenced by the acquisition of practicality test value of 3.31 and entered in the practical category.

Abstract

The 4.0 industrial revolution is currently underway, the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is an industry that combines automation technology with cyber-physical technology. In accordance with the objectives of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which was coined by Professor Klaus Schwab, a German economist and founder of the World Economic Forum, that the world would be focused on increasing production by utilizing the latest technology. Technological progress is faster then humans should be able to adapt faster. The challenges and opportunities of industry 4.0 greatly impacted people's lives, one of which was the problem of unemployment. The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of Krian 1 Vocational School Students to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Criteria for measuring industry readiness 4.0 A method that compares the skills possessed by vocational students and the demands of life in the 21st century that have been reviewed by several experts. The study found that: (1) improvement of the learning process in vocational schools in the context of facing the 21st century and the 4.0 revolution and (2) improving the quality of teachers related to 21st century skills demands.

Abstract

Energi listrik merupakan salah satu jenis energi yang paling banyak digunakan dalam aktivitas manusia sehari-hari. pemenuhan kebutuhan energi listrik dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup, tetapi tidak semua orang terpenuhi kebutuhan energi listrik. Permasalahan tidak terpenuhinya kebutuhan listrik sebagian masyarakat dikarenakan tidak adanya suplai listrik dari PLN, khususnya di darah pedesaan yang terpencil yang tidak ada jaringan listrik PLN. Solusi dari masalah energi listrik di daerah pedesaan adalah dengan memanfaatkan potensi energi terbarukan di daerah pedesaan untuk dapat dikonversi menjadi energi listrik, seperti; energi matahari dan energi biogas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model pembangkit listrik hybrid solar PV-biogas OFF-grid untuk aplikasi di pedesaan. Metode penelitian dilakukan beberapa tahap, (a) membuat digester 2 m2, (b) pembangkit listrik genset biogas 1 Kw, (c) pembangkit listrik solar PV, (d) sistem kontrol hybrid Off-grid. Konfigurasi pembangkit listrik solar PV-biogas dapat menghasilkan daya listrik solar PV 1.260 KW per hari dan pembangkit listrik biogas menghasilkan 1.434 KW, sehingga total konfigurasi dua sistem pembangkit menghasilkan 2.694 KW. Model pembangkit listrik hybrid solar PV-biogas dengan model Off-grid dapat digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi listrik di daerah pedesaan yang tidak ada jaringan listrik PLN

Abstract

The purpose of this activity was designed, (1) make and apply a mixer jeladren machine and risopan jumbrek, (2) to improving productivity and jumbrek higine cake. Based on studies conducted in smes and observation, partner smes make jeladren mixer machine with a stinless stell with an electric motor. So are risopan made of plate stainless steel. The outcome of the activities PKM shows that machine mixer jeladren jumbrek and risopan jumbrek physically cunstruction machines and instrument very good, stout, practical. The results of the tryouts machine jeladren mixer jumbrek pointed out once mixer as 10 kg with 12,5 minutes the average time, so as to mixer material 40 pouns  needed time 50 minutes. While  with human resources for mixer 40 pounds of (necessary 8 times mixer in the 200 minutes), thus time mixer 4 times faster. The results of the tryouts risopan jumbrek pointed out in time capable of producing 140 seeds  jumbrek/30 minutes. Increase the result of long with new risopan 5 times.

Abstract

The density and viscosity of vegetable oil are higher than that of diesel oil. Thus its direct combustion in the diesel engine results many problems. This research was conducted to investigate the flame characteristics of combustion of jatropha curcas lin in pure, hydrolyzed and methyl ester form. The results indicated that the combustion of pure jatropha curcas lin occurs in three stages, hydrolyzed in two stages    and methyl ester in one stage. For pure jatropha curcas lin, in the first stage, unsaturated fatty acid burned for  0.265 s.  It is followed by saturated fatty acid, burned for 0.389 s in the second stage. And, in the last stage is the burned of glycerol for 0.560 s. Meanwhile for hydrolyzed one, in the first stage, unsaturated fatty acid burned for 0.736 s, followed by saturated fatty acid, burned  for 0.326 s in the second stage. And the last, for methyl ester is the burned for 0.712 s. The highest burning rate was for methyl ester which was 0.003931cc/s. The energy releasing rate of methyl ester, which was for 13,628.67 kcal/(kg.s) resembled that of diesel oil the most, while the lowest rate was for pure jatropha curcas lin which was 8,200.94 kcal/(kg.s). Abstract

Lansia merupakan salah satu kelompok usia berisiko yang kini jumlahnya semakin meningkat. Posyandu lansia merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan desa untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan lansia dengan berbagai kegiatan rutin yang dilaksanakan baik dari masing-masing Rukun Warga (RW) maupun terpadu. Terlebih di saat pandemi covid-19 melanda, kasus positif di Kabupaten Klaten sempat mengalami peningkatan yang sangat drastis. Data saat ini total 36.449 orang terkonfirmasi dengan angka kesembuhan mencapai 33.385 orang. Zona merah di desa ini juga mengakibatkan terhambatnya kegiatan posyandu khususnya posyandu lansia dengan tujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya penularan. Tim pengabdi berinisiatif melakukan kegiatan SEMANTIF kepada kelompok lansia guna mendukung dari permasalahan kesehatan di kelompok lansia. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan melalui tahapan edukasi tentang sehat hidup aktif di masa pandemi menggunakan media leaflet; pemeriksaan kesehatan kepada lansia berupa pemeriksaan tekanan darah, pelaksanaan di Balai Desa Manjung Ngawen, Kabupaten Klaten. Sasaran kegiatan adalah lansia sejumlah 70 orang. Hasil kegiatan PKM menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan lansia tentang pencegahan covid-19 baik. Hasil pemeriksaan tekanan darah menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar dalam kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Kecemasan merupakan perasaan tidak menyenangkan atau ketakutan yang tidak jelas dan gelisah disertai dengan respon otonom. Tercatat sebanyak 51,8% pasien pre operasi spinal anestesi mengalami kecemasan pre operasi. Kecemasan pre operasi dapat menyebabkan penundaan operasi, penundaan pembiusan hingga kematian. Dari hal tersebut dibutuhkan upaya untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan seperti memberikan intervensi non farmakologi menggunakan alat virtual reality (VR). Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian virtual reality (VR) terhadap tingkat kecemasan pre operasi dengan spinal anestesi di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen rancangan non equivalent control group. Sampel berjumlah 56 responden terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok, 28 responden kelompok intervensi dan 28 responden kelompok kontrol. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan alat virtual reality audio visual handphone dan kuesioner kecemasan Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale (APAIS). Abstract

Biocharcoal briquettes are new and renewable biomass energy products. The addition of rain tree leaf bioadaptive to biocharcoal briquettes can increase high carbon compounds. By adding these materials, it can increase the calorific value and produce better energy. The main ingredients in this study were coconut shells, corn cobs, tapioca flour, and betel leaf bioadditives. The research characteristic test was conducted to determine the levels of bound carbon, ash content, volatile matter content, calorific value, and water content. The results showed that the best composition was BBB 4 with a volatile matter content of 0.921%, water content of 2.0%, ash content of 7.9%, calorific value of 5943 cal/g, and bound carbon of 89.179%.

Abstract

Background: Emergency Room (IGD) is an installation room that provides health services in hospitals, especially for emergency patients who must immediately receive fast and appropriate treatment. Emergency nursing services must pay attention to the initial assessment which includes the primary survey and secondary survey. Initial assessment and follow-up are key to saving patient lives. Purpose: To find out the relationship between initial assessment knowledge and the implementation of a primary survey on nurses at the Emergency Room at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. Methods: Quantitative research method with correlational research design. The sampling technique used total sampling with a sample size of 29 respondents. The tools used in data collection were questionnaires and observation sheets. Data analysis used the Kendall's Tau statistical test. Results: Based on the results of the statistical test analysis, the p-value is 0.004 <0.05 with a number so that there is a relationship between the initial assessment and the implementation of the primary survey. The correlation coefficient value is 0.550, which means the relationship between the two variables is strong with a positive correlation number. Conclusion: There is a relationship between initial assessment and the implementation of primary surveys in nurses. The higher the nursing knowledge about initial assessment, the better the implementation of the primary survey.
