Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kelainan jumlah trombosit (trombositosis atau trombositopenia) dapat terjadi selama kehamilan. Trombositosis pada kehamilan akan menyebabkan gangguan aliran darah sehingga bisa menyebabkan keguguran atau persalinan prematur sedangkan trombositopenia menyebabkan perdarahan maupun memperpanjang masa perdarahan pasca persalinan yang menyebabkan anemia bahkan menjadi faktor predisposisi terjadinya infeksi nifas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran jumlah trombosit pada ibu hamil di RS Bhayangkara Kota Palembang. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Metode pemeriksaan jumlah trombosit yang digunakan adalah metode otomatis. Besar sampel adalah 45 orang ibu hamil yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata jumlah trombosit ibu hamil adalah 241.467/mm3 dengan jumlah trombosit terendah 122.000/mm3 dan jumlah trombosit tertinggi 642.000/mm3. Berdasarkan umur, 33 orang ibu hamil dengan kategori umur tidak berisiko terdapat 2 orang (6.1%) trombositopenia dan 1 orang (3.0%) trombositosis sedangkan 12 orang ibu hamil dengan kategori umur berisiko terdapat 1 orang (8.3%) trombositopenia dan 1 orang (8.3%) trombositosis. Berdasarkan usia kehamilan, 6 ibu hamil trimester I tidak terdapat jumlah trombosit abnormal, 10 orang ibu hamil trimester II terdapat 1 orang (10%) trombositopenia dan 1 orang (10%) trombositosis, sedangkan 29 orang ibu hamil pada trimester III terdapat 2 orang (6.9%) trombositopenia dan 1 orang (3.4%) trombositosis. Kesimpulan: Jumlah trombosit dari 45 ibu hamil didapatkan 3 orang (6.7%) trombositopenia, 40 orang (88.9%) jumlah trombosit normal dan 2 orang (4.4%) trombositosis. Dengan demikian, kepada masyarakat terutama ibu hamil disarankan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan trombosit selama masa kehamilan untuk menjaga jumlah trombosit dalam batas normal.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Cuci tangan pakai sabun adalah salah satu tindakan sanitasi dengan membersihkan tangan dan jari-jemari menggunakan air dan sabun oleh manusia untuk menjadi bersih dan memutuskan mata rantai kuman. Hal ini dilakukan karena tangan sering kali menjadi agen yang membawa kuman dan menyebabkan patogen berpindah dari satu orang ke orang lain, baik dengan kontak langsung maupun dengan kontak tidak langsung. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan cuci tangan pakai sabun pada siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 7 Kota Prabumulih Tahun2020. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif yaitu menggambarkan pengetahuan,sikap dan tindakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April - Juli 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa di SD N 7 Kota Prabumulih Tahun 2020 yang berjumlah siswa 253 orang dan sampel 72 orang. Hasil Penelitian: Didapatkan hasil dari 72 responden yang mempunyai pengetahuan baik terhadap cuci tangan pakai sabun yaitu sebanyak 56 responden (77,8%), lebih tinggi persentasenya dibandingkan dengan responden yang mempunyai pengetahuan kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 16 responden ( 22,2%).Hasil dari 72 responden sebanyak 57 responden ( 79,1 %) dengan sikap positif dan sebanyak 15 responden ( 20,9 %) dengan sikap negatif terhadap cuci tangan pakai sabun.Hasil dari 72 responden sebanyak 53 responden (73,6%) dengan tindakan baik dan sebanyak 19 responden (26,4 %) dengan tindakan buruk terhadap cuci tangan pakai sabun. Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar responden mempunyai Pengetahuan, sikap dan Tindakan yang baik dalam mencuci tangan pakai sabun dengan air mengalir, sedangkan Sebagian kecil memiliki pengetahuan, sikap dan Tindakan kurang baik. Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus and transmitted through the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito. The high risk of dengue transmission is greatly influenced by the density of mosquito larvae which correlates with environmental conditions and community behavior. This study aims to describe the density level of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae in the working area of the Gandus Health Center in Palembang City in 2025 through the measurement of House Index (HI), Container Index (CI), Breteau Index (BI), Larvae-Free Numbers (ABJ), and Density Figure (DF). The method used was descriptive observational with a purposive proportional random sampling technique on 100 households in three RTs. Data was collected through direct observation using checklist sheets. The results showed that the HI was 66%, CI was 44%, BI was 107%, and ABJ was only 34%, which indicates that the larval density is very high and far below the WHO standard (≥ 95%). The DF value is in the range of 7–9, reinforcing the finding of high vector density. This condition shows that the area is at high risk of dengue transmission. Interventions are needed in the form of regular mosquito nest eradication (PSN), increasing public education, and strengthening the role of jumantic cadres in sustainable vector control.

Abstract

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints in muscles, joints, and soft tissues can be caused by poor posture, repetitive movements, and excessive physical load. In the wet cake-making industry, workers often sit or stand for long periods, bend, and perform monotonous hand movements, which increases the risk of MSDs. The impact includes decreased work comfort, productivity, and quality of life. This study aims to assess the ergonomic risk level in wet cake-making workers and identify the relationship between work activities and MSD complaints. The method used is descriptive quantitative research with a cross-sectional design, involving 45 workers at Kue X Silaberanti. Ergonomic risk was assessed using the REBA method, while MSD complaints were measured using the Nordic Body Map questionnaire. The results show that in the mixing process, 58.8% of workers experienced a very high risk of MSDs. In the molding and baking processes, 52.9% and 68.8% of workers, respectively, were at high risk. The most frequent complaints were pain in the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and wrists due to poor posture and repetitive movements. To reduce the risk of MSDs, workers need to improve their posture, use ergonomic aids, rotate tasks, and undergo training in safe working techniques.

Abstract

Food safety is an important issue in the prevention of food-borne diseases because contaminated food can cause diseases such as diarrhea, typhoid fever, and food poisoning. Snack food vendors, as direct food handlers, have an important role in maintaining food hygiene and sanitation. Research Objective: To know the description of the sanitary hygiene behavior of snack food vendors in Jakabaring Sport City, Palembang City in 2025. Research Methods: This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this study is all snack food traders around the Jakabaring Sport City lake, Palembang City. The sample in this study was 36 people. The data collection tool is the questionnaire sheet. Data analysis was carriedout by univariate analysis. Research Results: The results of this study show that the characteristics of respondents based on gender are male (25.0%) and female (75.0%), young age < 47 years old (41.5%) and old age ≥ 47 years old (51.8%), the last education of elementary and junior high school is (52.8%) and high school-college (47.2%). Respondents' knowledge was not good (66.7%) and good (33.3%),respondents' attitudes were negative (36.1%) and positive (63.9%), respondents' actions were not good (55.6%) and good (44.4%). Conclusion: Although most traders have a positive attitude towards sanitation hygiene, the low knowledge and inappropriate actions indicate the need for regular education and supervision efforts to improve sanitation hygiene behavior among snack food traders.

Abstract

Formalin is a hazardous chemical that is banned from use in food, but is still found in imported fruit. Traders have an important role in preventing the circulation of food with formaldehyde, so the knowledge of traders about the dangers of formaldehyde needs to be studied. Objective: This study aims to determine the knowledge of traders and formalin content in imported fruit sold in X Market, Palembang City in 2025. Methods: This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The population in this study were all imported fruit traders in X Market totaling 9 people who served as respondents. The fruit samples tested were 24 samples consisting of apples, pears, and grapes. Data were collected through questionnaires and laboratory tests using formalin test kit. Results: The results showed that all traders (100%) had a good level of knowledge about formalin. Of the 24 fruit samples tested, 21 samples (87.5%) did not contain formalin and 3 samples (12.5%) showed positive results, all of which were from grapes. Conclusion: The majority of traders had good knowledge about formaldehyde, but formaldehyde was still found in some imported fruits, especially grapes.
