Abstract

Protection for good workers is increasingly real, this is aimed at increasing the standard of living for a better life. In applications in industrial society, it is hoped that it will be able to provide a balance between the tools used and their impacts. The standing work attitude of workers is always moving to always adjust to the condition of the body. This condition is to avoid constant pressure on their spine and legs. Incompatibility of body conditions This will impede blood flow due to accumulation of blood under the body. This study uses an associative explanatory quantitative method used in this type of research. The quantitative method can also be said to be a research method in which its application starts from the collection, analysis, presentation and conclusions related to quantitative data. The results of this study prove that one researcher with another has the opposite conclusion, so the researcher wants to try to retest the model that affects work fatigue. There is a relationship between standing work attitude towards work fatigue and standing work attitude has a positive effect on work fatigue so that it has implications for increasing musculoskeletal complaints with standing work attitude also increasing the level of work fatigue.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an appropriate business strategy based on Business Model Canvas (BMC) during COVID-19. It was a strategic management research design carried out at PT. ABC. Data analysis was carried out by (1) Identification of the BMC, (2) Identification of strategic issues of internal and external factors from 9 elements of BMC, (3) Formulation of Strategy through 3 stages, namely the input stage (Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix), matching stage (Internal External (IE) Matrix and SWOT Matrix) and decision stage. The study results showed several points on the BMC elements of PT. ABC needs to be updated, so it is right on target, including (a) Customer Segments: adding students and graduate students. (b) Value Proposition: Additional income for non-alumni (employees, students, and fresh graduates) and adequate information related to occupational health and safety (c) Channels: adding Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve the communication system and include non-inhouse sales. (d) Customer relationships: using Telegram as social media, (e) Key Activities: marketing activities carried out by marketing staff from home. (g) Key Partnership: involving freelance marketing as main partner. Then, using Google, LLC, into a key partnership. (g) Cost Structure: includes marketing fees for freelance marketing.

Abstract

The drilling rig construction project has the characteristic that its workers experience the impact of limited time and budget pressures in the planning and execution of activities, most of which are carried out by skilled human workers who are temporary in nature who migrate from one place to another and are heavily influenced by weather conditions and The surrounding environment is a few special characteristics that distinguish drilling rig activity projects in well drilling from construction projects in other industries. The forming factors of OSH culture have an effect on improving the OSH performance of workers on drilling rig activity projects and OSH culture at PT X. This research was conducted to identify and analyze the factors forming OSH culture which influence the OSH performance of workers, especially on drilling rig activity projects, as well as analyzing the influence of the factors forming the OSH culture on the OSH performance of the drilling rig activity project workers. The independent variables: Worker Commitment to K3 (X1), Compliance with K3 Regulations and Procedures (X2), Worker Communication in K3 (X3), Worker Competence in K3 (X4), Worker Involvement in K3 (X5), Worker Environment (X6), While the dependent is the K3 Performance of Drilling Activity Project Workers (Y). Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical analysis and multivariate analysis with the Smart Partial Least Square 3 (SmartPLS 3) approach. The results of the analysis of the behavior of the respondents were male, mostly aged 36-45 years, had a Bachelor's degree, and had worked for more than 6 months and the results of the analysis of the respondents' perceptions of each variable obtained an average value calculated between 4.18 – 4.34. The results of the Smart Partial Least Square 3 analysis show that the independent variables consisting of workers' commitment to OHS (X1), Compliance with K3 regulations and procedures (X2), and Worker Involvement in OHS (X5) have a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable OHS Performance of Project Workers Drilling Rig Activities (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) di PT Jayatama Selaras. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SMK3 di perusahaan sudah cukup baik. Namun, perusahaan menghadapi hambatan seperti kurangnya sosialisasi rutin tentang pentingnya K3 dan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap semua karyawan dan tim P2K3 untuk memastikan ketersediaan dan pengecekan rutin terhadap Alat Pelindung Diri (APD). Penilaian terhadap kinerja karyawan meliputi empat pernyataan, dengan penilaian tertinggi pada apresiasi perusahaan kepada pekerja dengan nilai kecelakaan kerja terendah, yang menunjukkan penghargaan tinggi terhadap kesadaran karyawan mengenai kecelakaan kerja. Analisis R2 menunjukkan bahwa 43,3% kinerja SMK3 dipengaruhi oleh variabel Penetapan Kebijakan K3, Perencanaan K3, Pelaksanaan Rencana K3, Pemantauan dan Evaluasi Kinerja K3, serta Peninjauan dan Peningkatan Kinerja SMK3, sedangkan 56,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tingginya angka kejadian kebakaran gedung tinggi di Jakarta masih merupakan fenomena yang negatif dan menunjukkan kelalaian pemilik atau pengelola gedung terhadap keselamatan kebakaran gedung sehingga akan berakibat fatal, baik kepada pengelola maupun penghuni. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian adalah dalam rangka menganalisis pengaruh yang diberikan proteksi kebakaran, sarana penyelamatan jiwa dan Manajemen Keselamatan Kebakaran Gedung terhadap Keselamatan Kebakaran Gedung, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pada penelitian ini diterapkan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sejumlah 53 orang yang ditetapkan melalui penggunaan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan lewat penyebaran kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mempergunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi dan regresi serta uji hipotesis yang meliputi uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa proteksi kebakaran, sarana penyelamatan jiwa dan MKKG, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada keselamatan kebakaran gedung. Hal tersebut diperlihatkan oleh nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel dan nilai F hitung melebihi nilai F tabel serta nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Pengaruh proteksi kebakaran sebesar 61,8%, pengaruh sarana penyelamatan jiwa sebesar 58,3%, pengaruh MKKG sebesar 52,9%. Ketiga variabel penelitian, secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh sebesar 71,9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepatuhan pekerja klinik AMC, baik pekerja kesehatan maupun non-kesehatan, dalam menggunakan alat pelindung diri (APD) selama pandemi Covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap pekerja terkait penggunaan APD memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dan positif terhadap kepatuhan menggunakan APD. Ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana juga menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan positif. Namun, tingkat pengetahuan penggunaan APD dan peraturan hukum tidak memiliki hubungan dengan kepatuhan pekerja dalam menggunakan APD. Pekerja klinik AMC umumnya memiliki sikap yang baik, merasa bahwa perusahaan telah menyediakan APD, dan menunjukkan kepatuhan dalam penggunaannya. Uji pengaruh lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD, sementara ketersediaan APD tidak memengaruhi kepatuhan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengelola klinik untuk meningkatkan pelatihan dan edukasi guna mendukung kepatuhan penggunaan APD selama pandemi.
