Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi, kendala, dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam implementasi SIPD untuk menunjang perencanaan pembangunan daerah di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitiaan dilakukan di Kantor Bappeda dan OPD yang ada di Wonosobo. Data penelitian diperoleh dari informan, peristiwa, dokumen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Validitas data diperoleh dengan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Implementasi SIPD di Kabupaten Wonosobo meliputi: a) perencanaan SIPD, b) sosialisasi SIPD kepada OPD, c) pengisian data SIPD, dan d) monitoring dan evaluasi data yang diinputkan di SIPD. 2) Kendala yang terjadi dalam implementasi SIPD diantaranya: a) tidak adanya Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), b) server sering error, c) indikator dalam SIPD tidak sesuai dengan kondisi Kabupaten Wonosobo, dan d) jaringan internet yang kurang memadai. 3) Upaya yang dilakukan Bappeda untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut antara lain: a) mengadakan bimbingan teknis kepada OPD, b) koordinasi dengan Kemendagri untuk perbaikan sistem, c) koordinasi dengan Diskominfo untuk pembuatan sistem “Wonosobo Satu Data “, dan d) penguatan jaringan internet di tiap OPD.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the factors that influence the results of the SAKIP assessment and (2) to determine the efforts made in improving the results of the SAKIP assessment. This research is a qualitative descriptive case study with primary data sources from interviews and observations and secondary data from documents related to SAKIP. Sampling was done by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. This study uses interactive data analysis, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study are (1) the factors that influence the less than optimal results of the SAKIP assessment at the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency include the lack of employee understanding of SAKIP, lack of commitment from local officials, and the absence of an integrated planning, budgeting, and performance management system; (3) the efforts made to improve the results of the SAKIP assessment include holding a coaching clinic and SAKIP training, building a performance culture, and following up on recommendations for making SAKIP applications.

Abstract

Badan Perencanaan and Pengembangan Kabupaten Karanganyar is the focus of this study. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of workplace facilities and office spatial arrangement on the job satisfaction of employees in the Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Karanganyar Regency. The data collection method used in this study is quantitative research. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling or saturated sampling with a total of 48 respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis in this study was conducted using descriptive data analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and dominant effect testing using SPSS 25.0 Version. The results of this study indicate that 1) workplace facilities have a significant influence on job satisfaction, 2) office spatial arrangement has a significant influence on job satisfaction, and 3) workplace facilities and office spatial arrangement jointly affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) the leadership role of the school headmaster in developing the quality of human resources at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; 2) the strategic efforts made in developing the quality of human resources at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; 3) what leadership styles are dominantly used by the headmaster of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data sources of this research include primary and secondary data sources. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and document analysis. The validity test technique used is triangulation. Data analysis using interactive data analysis techniques. The results of this research analysis are as follows: 1) the leadership role of the school principal consists of several types, including educator, manager, supervisor, inovator, and motivator; 2) strategic efforts in developing the quality of human resources are carrying out various development activities routinely, optimizing the school climate, and always carry out supervision by the headmaster; 3) the dominant leadeship style applied by the headmaster at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar is democratic.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Know the implementation of archive shrinkage (2) Know the supporting and inhibiting factors for archive shrinkage. (3) Data collection by observation, document analysis and direct interviews. The validity test technique used is triangulation of methods and data sources. Sampling techniques with Purposive Sampling and Snowball Sampling. Data analysis techniques used in research 1. Data Collection, (2) Data Reduction, (3) Data Presentation, (4) Conclusion Drawing and Verification. The results of the study are as follows: The archive depreciation activities carried out consist of: (1) Archive transfer activities from the Processing Unit / Creator Unit to the Main Archives Unit, and (2) Destruction of inactive dynamic archives that no longer have use value. The types of archives that are depreciated are all types of archives that can be depreciated but not all archives can be destroyed, for static archives it cannot be destroyed, but submitted to regional archival institutions. Meanwhile, dynamic archives can be destroyed by burning or shredding. Obstacles in archive shrinkage, (1) Difficulty in sorting archives, (2) Lack of expert staff, (3) Many archives are messy. Efforts to overcome obstacles (1) There is a clear policy and foundation related to archive shrinkage. (2) There is socialization and monitoring every year from the regional archive institution, namely Disarpus. (3) The existence of archival shrinkage in order to reduce the archives that accumulate in the office. Impact of archive shrinkage: (1) Optimizing the use of office space, (2) Reducing the need for storage space, and creating a more orderly and organized work atmosphere. (3) It is easier to manage archives, both static and dynamic archives, (4) Reduce archives that accumulate and those that are no longer used.

Abstract

The use of technology eases and makes teaching learning process effective and efficient. Thus far, researches on technology acceptance in higher education has been widely conducted; however, only few has focused on vocational high school teachers, especially in the field of business. This survey research aims to analyze the influences of technology acceptance variables: Perceived of usefulness (PU) and Perceived of Ease of Use (PEU) towards two other acceptance variables: among vocational high school (SMK) teachers in the Business and Management field in Surakarta. The population of this research was all vocational high school teachers in the Business and Management field in Surakarta. At the end of the research, there were 172 responses obtained from the teachers involved. Partial Least Squares (PLS) on Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to test the research hypotheses. The empirical findings show that there are significant influences; particularly on PEU and PU, as well as PEU and PU on BI. Furthermore, BI is also proven to have a significant influence on AU. The findings are expected to provide deeper insights into the factors influencing technology adoption by teachers in business education. Moreover, the implication is foreseen to contribute on the development of more effective and efficient business education through the use of digital technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and family support variables, partially and simultaneously, on student’s career planning. This research is quantitative with correlational method. The population of this research is class XII students of SMK N 6 Surakarta totaling 516 students. This study used proportionate random sampling technique. This study used questionnaire for data collection and data analysis techniques using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression techniques supported by IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on career planning, as evidenced by the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount value of 7.765 > t table 1.970 and; (2) there was a positive and significant effect of family support on career planning, as evidenced by the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the t value of 7.287 > t table 1.970; and (3) there was a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy and family support simultaneously on career planning, as evidenced by the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a F value of 82.970> F table 3.04. The results of this study indicate that the effective contribution simultaneously amounted to 42.8% and the remaining 57.2% was influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap minat mengikuti PPG; 2) pengaruh Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan terhadap minat mengikuti PPG; 3) pengaruh efikasi diri dan Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan secara simultan terhadap minat mengikuti PPG. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran angkatan 2018 sebanyak 72 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan koefisien Cronbach’s Alpha. Uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji F, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, sumbangan efektif dan sumbangan relatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap minat mengikuti PPG dengan hasil thitung 7,514 > ttabel 1,995 dan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05); 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan terhadap minat mengikuti PPG dengan hasil thitung 2,014 > ttabel 1,995 dan signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 (0,048 < 0,05); 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi diri dan Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan secara simultan terhadap minat mengikuti PPG dengan nilai Fhitung 31,520 > Ftabel 3,128.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the impact of the physical work environment on employee effectiveness, (2) the impact of work facilities on employee effectiveness, and (3) the combined impact of the physical work environment and work facilities on employee effectiveness. The research was conducted at the Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Surakarta. This research uses a quantitative descriptive correlation method, which is used to explain the phenomena under study using numbers or measurable data. The sampling technique used in this study is Non Probability Sampling. The sample size consisted of 47 employees from Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Surakarta. The data collection technique employed in this study involves the utilization of questionnaires/surveys, with the Likert scale employed as the measurement scale. The collected data will be subjected to analysis using multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a significant impact of the physical work environment on employee effectiveness with (tcount 2.931 > ttable 2.01537), (2) there is a significant impact of work facilities on employee effectiveness with (tcount 2.744 > ttable 2.01537). Furthermore, there is a significant combined impact of the physical work environment (X1) and work facilities (X2) on employee effectiveness (Y) with an (Fcount 11.395 > Ftable of 3.20).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of leadership style variable on employee performance PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama; (2) the effect of work environment variable on employee performance PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama; (3) the effect of leadership style and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama. The population in this research was all employee of PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama as many as 154 employees with 62 employees are used research sample. This research used proportionate stratified random sampling technique to find the research sample. The research method used the correlational quantitative method with data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis techniques with software IBM SPSS20.0 program for window. The result of the analysis show that’s leadership style and work environment has positive and significant simultaneously of employee performance of 37,3% with the value of Fhitung (17,584) > Ftabel (3,15). Leadership style has positive and significant of employee performance with the value of thitung (2,564) > ttabel (2,001). Work environment has positive and significant of employee performance with the value of thitung (2,263) > ttabel (2,001).
