Abstract

Abstrak. Belajar merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting sebagai sumber untuk menggapai ilmu pengetahuan yang tinggi, melalui ilmu pengetahuan manusia dapat mencari solusi dan menyelesaikan masalah kehidupannya baik di masa sekarang maupun di masa yang akan datang, salah unsur yang berperan penting dalam kegiatan proses belajar yang baik dan berkualitas pada diri individu adalah motivasi. Dengan demikian dapat dipahami bahwa motivasi dalam belajar merupakan sesuatu hal yang sangat berperan dalam kegiatan proses mencari ilmu pengetahuan pada individu. Dalam perspektif Islam para penganutnya sangat dianjurkan untuk mimiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi, sehingga dengan adanya motivasi belajar yang tinggi ilmu pengetahuan akan mudah didapat. Untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar di dalam diri individu dapat dilakukan dengan cara mempedomani dan mengikuti anjuran ajaran agama Islam terutama yang berkaitan dengan reward dan kemuliaan di sisi Allah bagi orang-orang yang berilmu pengetahuan. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mendeskripsikan pentingnya motivasi belajar di dalam kehidupan individu, dan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan pandangan Islam terhadap motivasi belajar, serta upaya-upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Metode dalam penulisan ini adalah studi pustaka, yakni dengan memaparkan dan menganalisis beberapa teori dan pandangan Islam tentang motivasi belajar.

Abstract

Abstrak Generasi muda memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan dan membangun pendidikan Indonesia, hal ini dapat dilihat dari setiap aktivitas generasi muda dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan SDMnya. Mahasiswa merupakan salah satu unsur dari generasi muda yang dapat mengembangkan dan meningkatkan sumber daya manusia. Dalam kegiatan belajar dan mengajar, pengerjaan tugas kuliah yang diberikan oleh dosen merupakan suatu rutinitas yang mesti dilalui dan dilakukan oleh setiap mahasiswa, namun sering kali kita melihat dan mendengar bahwa sebagian mahasiswa terlambat dalam mengerjakan tugas. keterlambatan dalam mengerjakan tugas merupakan salah satu bentuk perilaku prokrastinasi akademik (perilaku menunda pekerjaan). Dalam perspektif Islam para penganutnya dianjurkan untuk menghidari atau menjauhkan diri dari perilaku prokrastinasi akademik. Perilaku prokrastinasi akademik bisa berdampak buruk dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan kapasitas serta potensi diri umat, oleh karena itu perilaku prokrastinasi akademik sangat dilarang dalam kehidupan kaum muslimin, hal ini didukung dengan banyak dalil-dalil hadits dan Al Qur'an yang melarang dan mencela manusia yang menunda suatu pekerjaan. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mendeskripsikan pentingnya menghindarkan diri dari perilaku prokrastinasi akademik dalam kehidupan individu dan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan pandangan Islam terhadap perilaku Prokrastinasi akademik. Metode dalam penulisan ini adalah studi pustaka yakni dengan memaparkan dan menganalisis beberapa teori dan pandangan Islam tentang prokrastinasi akademik.

Abstract

This research is motivated by indications that students have not been able to control themselves in the use of mobile phones, so it can negatively affect students. This study aims to analyze students' self-control when learning from home in using mobile phones during the Covid-19 outbreak. This study is a type of descriptive quantitative research with a research population of all students of State Junior High School 3 Sungai Penuh numbering 149 people, then the sample of this study was taken with total sampling techniques. The study data was collected using a scale of students' self-control in mobile phone use, then analyzed data using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the level of self-control of students in using mobile phones during the Covid-19 pandemic in aspects of self-control, diligent despite many obstacles, behaving according to rules and norms, controlling emotions, and the ability to adjust to be in the moderate category. For that, to the next researcher, it is expected to conduct research by conducting treatment to research subjects so that the ability of students in controlling themselves becomes better, especially in the use of mobile phones

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan negatif dukungan sosial dan motivasi intrinsik dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kerinci. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 72 mahasiswa yang diambil dari mahasiswa jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling Pendidikan Islam. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah skala prokrastinasi akademik, dukungan sosial, dan motivasi intrinsik. Data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan metode analisis Regresi Berganda dengan bantuan komputer melalui aplikasi SPSS Versi 17. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefesien korelasi (R) antara dukungan sosial dan motivasi intrinsik dengan prokrastinasi akademik sebesar 0,826 dengan P=0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara dukungan sosial dan motivasi intrinsik dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling Pendidikan Islam Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kerinci. Nilai R2 (R Square) sebesar 0,682, artinya bahwa persentase sumbangan antara dukungan sosial dan motivasi intrinsik dengan prokrastinasi akademik adalah sebesar 68,2 %

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and self-efficacy in job readiness in class XII students at SMK Negeri 5 Kerinci. This research is a type of quantitative research with a correlational approach. The number of samples in this study was 59 students from class XII. The instruments used to collect data in this study were the scale of work readiness, self-efficacy, and self-concept. The data was processed using the Multiple Regression analysis methods with the help of a computer through the SPSS Version 21 application. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between self-concept and work readiness was 0.804 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means a positive relationship between self-concept and work readiness with a strong relationship level. Furthermore, the correlation coefficient between self-efficacy and work readiness is 0.846 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means a positive relationship exists between self-efficacy and work readiness with a strong level of connection. Then the value of the correlation coefficient (R) between self-concept and self-efficacy on readiness is 0.859 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This shows a robust relationship between self-concept and self-efficacy in the work readiness of class XII students at SMK Negeri 5 Kerinci. The value of R^2 (R square) of 0.738 means that the percentage contribution between self-concept and self-efficacy to work readiness is 73.8%

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) on learning purposes and assessments as well as the suitability of HOTS on the learning purposes and assessments in the Chemistry subject especially on Acid and Basa Concept. This research was classified as qualitative research with content analysis. Content analysis is a research method that discusses in depth the contents of written or printed information in a mass media. The informant of this research is the document of the Learning Implementation Plan and daily test questions obtained from the Chemistry teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Penuh. The results of this study were (1) HOTS has been contained in the learning purposes of chemistry in the Acid and Basa Concept at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Penuh, among the 7 learning purposes, just 4 of them are learning purposes that contain HOTS; (2) HOTS has been contained in the Chemistry Learning Assessment in the Acid and Basa Concept at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Penuh. There was only one assessment question that contains the HOTS; and (3) there was no relevance between the HOTS that contained in the learning purposes and assessment on the Acid and Basa Concept at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Penuh.

Abstract

Gadget addiction in children in the current age of information technology is a global problem experienced almost all over the world, so it is necessary to prevent, reduce and cure solutions for children who are already addicted to gadgets. So the Community Service activities in Desa Baru Sungai Betung Mudik, Kerinci Regency, were carried out assistance to parents in reducing the tendency of gadgets to children. The activity method is carried out in talk shows and psychological consultations for people who need psychological handlers, especially the problem of gadget addiction. This PkM activity was carried out on Friday, February 4, 2022, with activity partners, namely the village community of 30 people. The results of PkM activities show an increase in public understanding and insight into the dangers of gadgets for children if not given wisely, including for the family itself. Then the results of psychological consultations showed that there are parents who complain about their children who are difficult to escape from the device, so it is necessary to do a special follow-up. It is recommended to parents to make a schedule for children to play with gadgets and interact with children, so on for the village government to provide sports facilities for adolescents so that adolescent energy can be channelled positively.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' understanding of preventing cyberbullying through the Information Service of Symbolic Modeling Techniques. This research is a pre-experimental type with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The total sample was 47 students from Class VIII of Junior High School 4 Kerinci. The data is revealed using a scale of understanding cyberbullying that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data that has been collected is analyzed using the Paired sample T-test. The results showed that students' understanding of Cyberbullying behaviour before being given Symbolic Modeling Technique Information services was in low category (34%). Then after being given the Symbolic Modeling Technique Information Service, students' understanding of Cyberbullying behaviour increased by a very high category (62%). Furthermore, the results of data analysis using the Paired sample T-test showed the sig value. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < α = 0.05, then H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted, so it can be interpreted that there is a difference in the average score of understanding cyberbullying students before and after treatment in the form of Symbolic Modeling Technical Information Services. Thus, it is proven that the Information Service of Symbolic Modeling Techniques can improve students' understanding of the dangers of Cyberbullying behaviour.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the concept of early childhood moral education from the perspective of ontology, epistemology, and axiology, using the literature study method. Moral values, morals and character are aimed at children aged zero to six years so that children have provisions that will be passed throughout their lives. Furthermore, based on the point of view of epistemology. that in inculcating moral values in early childhood can come from two elements, first, sourced from family education, namely by using the methods of storytelling, playing, discussing and field trips. Then the second element of pre-school education, namely the teacher has a role in instilling moral values in early childhood, using the methods of singing, rhyming, outbound, role playing and others. And based on the axiological point of view that ethics and aesthetics are two very important things to consider in instilling moral values in early childhood. Ethics are matters relating to the norms of decency and the good and bad of human behaviour, while aesthetics are matters relating to the experience of beauty possessed by humans.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship of social support and emotional intelligence with prosocial behavior in students of State Junior High School 3 in Binjai City. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling technique. The researcher determines the sample by random number from the population number of the population in each class, and obtained a sample of 177 students. The results of the study with multiple regression analysis using SPSS. Version.18 shows the price of the correlation coefficient R = 0.763 with P = 0.000 0.05. So it can be concluded that together social support and emotional intelligence variables are significantly correlated with prosocial behavior variables. Effective contribution of variables X1 and X2 to Y is indicated by the price of R2 = 0.582, which means that the variables of social support and emotional intelligence together contribute 58.2% to prosocial behavior. Partially the results of statistical calculations show the price of t = 6.511 at P = 0.00 for the correlation of social support variables with prosocial behavior. Price t = 7.211 at P = 0.00 for the correlation of emotional intelligence variables with prosocial behavior, meaning that partially social support variables and emotional intelligence variables also correlate significantly with prosocial behavior.
