Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis proses keputusan pembelian oleh konsumen MSG X di Kota Bengkulu dan menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk, dan kepercayaan merek pada produk MSG X terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Kota Bengkulu. Data diperoleh dari 96 responden, baik laki-laki dan perempuan dengan penggunakan metode pengambilan data secara accidental sampling. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan rentang skala serta secara kuantitatif dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 4. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian produk MSG X dalam kategori “baik” serta citra merek dan kepercayaan merek mempunyai perengaruh signifikan sedangkan kualitas produk tidak menunjukkkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada keputusan pembelian produk MSG X di Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze production levels and identify leading vegetable commodities in Rejang Lebong Regency during the period of 2023–2024. The data used is secondary data sourced from the Rejang Lebong Regency Agriculture Office and empirical calculations based on Location Quotient (LQ) analysis. The results show that the total vegetable production in Rejang Lebong Regency in 2023 reached 3,451,596 quintals and decreased to 3,198,925 quintals in 2024. The commodities with the highest average production were cabbage (647,021 quintals), eggplant (646,994.5 quintals), and carrots (339,041.5 quintals), while the lowest production was found in kale and long beans. LQ analysis shows that there are eight leading commodities (LQ > 1), namely spring onions, green beans, cauliflower, potatoes, cabbage, mustard greens, carrots, and large chilies, most of which are highly competitive highland crops. The results of this study confirm that Rejang Lebong Regency has strong potential as a horticultural center in Bengkulu Province. Therefore, a commodity-based agricultural development strategy is needed that is oriented towards increasing productivity, added value, and the region's competitiveness in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The rising cost of inorganic fertilizers and their uneven accessibility have encouraged farmers to use nutrient inputs that are locally available, affordable, and safer for the environment. This community service activity was designed to improve farmers' understanding and practical capacity in producing and applying organic fertilizer and eco-enzyme from local organic materials in Tangsi Duren Village, Kabawetan District, Kepahiang Regency. The program applied a participatory approach involving farmer groups, lecturers, and students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Bengkulu. The activity stages included preliminary observation, coordination with community partners, extension, demonstration, learning by doing, discussion, and evaluation. Conducted on 3 October 2025, the program introduced rice-washing water, fruit peels, vegetable residues, and healthy weeds or wild leaves as raw materials for organic fertilizer and eco-enzyme. The results indicated strong participant enthusiasm, broader awareness of organic farming, and increased willingness to engage in sustainable agriculture development. All participants expressed readiness to support organic farming, although some were still uncertain about its contribution to reducing production costs and improving market access for organic products. Follow-up facilitation with a local environmental care group was initiated to strengthen mentoring and marketing support. This activity confirms that hands-on training based on local resources can serve as an entry point for reducing dependence on chemical inputs and strengthening farmer-based sustainable agriculture.
