Abstract

Kanker adalah penyakit mematikan dan angka kejadiannya di Indonesia sangat tinggi. Data di Departemen Kesehatan didapati angka 1,8 per 100 ribu penduduk. Ironisnya saat ini belum ditemukan antikanker yang efektif dan aman. Minyak kayu manisyang diperoleh dari tanaman kayu manis (Cinnamomum burmannii) diduga memiliki aktivitas antikanker. Penelitian sebelumnya  bertujuan untuk isolasi, standarisasi minyak kayu manis sudah dilakukan. Saat ini penelitian dilanjutkan terhadap uji aktifitas serta keamanan minyak kayu manis untuk  mendapatkan fitofarmaka antikanker. Pengujian aktivitas antikanker  dengan menguji kemampuan penghambatan sel kanker terhadap sel line kanker WiDr (kanker kolon). Keamanan minyak kayu manisditentukan dengan melakukan uji toksisitas sub kronis terhadap mencit putih jantan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minyak kayu manis memiliki aktifitas sitotoksik terhadap kultur sel WiDr dengan IC50=13,70µg/ml.  Pemberian minyak kayu manis kepada hewan uji Tikus selama 1 bulan tidak memberikan perubahan biokimia darah BUN kreatinin, SGPT dan SGOT, serta hematologi Darah. Hasil histopatologi terhadap hepar dan ginjal juga tidak memberikan kerusakan sel kecuali pada dosis 0,04ml/200 g BB. Kata kunci:Minyak kayu manis, antikanker, WiDr, toksisitas

Abstract

Abstract This paper aims to find out how the concept of bay'us salam in the hadith of the Prophet, as well as how the practice of bay'us salam is carried out by the community in Makarti Jaya Village and what is the motivation of the community in doing bay'us salam. This research is a qualitative research with the study of living hadith and uses social theory, namely the ERG motivation theory. Based on the research that has been carried out, it was found that first, the concept of bay'us salam in the hadith of the Prophet is a sale and purchase whose properties are mentioned, while the goods are still under the responsibility of the seller, and the delivery is at the agreed time. Second, bay'us salam carried out by the people of Makarti Jaya Village has experienced several developments such as the existence of DP money as a payment system. Third, people's motivation to do bay'us salam is influenced by several factors including geographical location, mutual assistance, traditions, fulfillment of needs and following trends. Keywords: Motivation, Bay‘us Salam, Hadith Abstrak Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep bay‘us salam dalam hadis Nabi, serta bagaimana praktik bay‘us salam yang dilakukan masyarakat di Kelurahan Makarti Jaya dan apa motivasi masyarakat dalam melakukan bay‘us salam tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif berupa kajian living hadis dengan menggunakan teori motivasi ERG sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa pertama, konsep bay‘us salam dalam hadis Nabi merupakan jual beli yang disebutkan sifat-sifatnya, sedangkan barang tersebut masih dalam tanggungan penjual, dan penyerahannya pada waktu yang telah disepakati. Kedua, bay‘us salam yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Kelurahan Makarti Jaya mengalami beberapa perkembangan seperti adanya uang DP sebagai sistem pembayaran. Ketiga, motivasi masyarakat melakukan bay‘us salam dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya yaitu letak geografis, saling bantu, tradisi, pemenuhan kebutuhan dan mengikuti trend.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to obtain data related to differentiated learning for introverted and extroverted students in vocational education/Vocational High Schools (SMK). The research carried out is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews and documentation. The questions will develop and be more open but still have the same focus. The interviews conducted in this research included interviews with 4 students as subjects chosen by students in class X of SMK Negeri 3 Tarakan. There were 4 participants in this research, namely 2 introverted students and 2 extroverted students, based on the considerations of guidance and counseling educators. The documentation used in this research is field note documents from guidance and counseling teachers as well as reports on the results of observations of the learning process. The Miles and Huberman model is used to analyze data with data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification analysis steps. The results of differentiated learning research must be adjusted to students' learning needs, especially students with introverted and extroverted personalities. Good activities and responsibilities can be used to design differentiated learning with a process and content approach. The product approach can also be used for students with introverted and extroverted personalities from the aspect of expressiveness. Meanwhile, the environmental approach can be applied to students with introverted and extroverted personalities by mapping the comfortable environment when studying and doing assignments individually or in groups. Abstract

This research aimed to examine the factors influencing employee performance at Payakumbuh City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). Using binary logistic regression, the dependent variable (Y) represented employee performance, while the independent variables included work initiative, discipline, qualifications, competence, and leadership. The analysis revealed that competence and leadership significantly impacted employee performance. These findings highlighted the critical role of competency development and leadership strengthening in enhancing employee performance. The binary logistic regression results indicated that 16 employees exhibited low performance, while 15 employees demonstrated high performance. Recommendations were made, including the need for the development of employee competencies, enhancement of leadership capabilities, monitoring of discipline and work initiatives, and periodic evaluation of qualifications. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to contribute to improved employee performance and service quality at BKPSDM Payakumbuh City.
