Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses dan proses instruksional agar mahasiswa dapat secara aktif mengembangkan potensi diri yang bersesuaian dengan tujuan instruksinal yang telah ditetapkan. Interaksi instruksional mengandung setidaknya tiga unsur terkait, antara lain peserta didik, materi pembelajaran dan strategi pembelajaran. Perkembangan ICT telah memungkinkan untuk melakukan control atau manajemen terhadap ketiga unsur tersebut, agar tercapai pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedekatan system dalam merancang dan mengembangkan Manajemen Learning Sistem untuk mata kuliah Akuntansi di Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Jambi. Untuk analis terhadap materi dan kebutuhan pembelajaran digunakan model pengembangan Dick dan Carey sedangkan untuk pengembangan Manajemen Learning System (MLS) digunakan pendekatan Learning Technologi System Architecture. Hasil penelitian ini menghasikan model procedural MLS pembelajran Akuntansi, Software pembelajaran, dan seperangkat bahan ajar yang telah dikemas dalam bentuk CD dan bahan ajar dalam bentuk tercetak, serta web yang menjadi suplemen dalam pembelajaran Akuntansi.Kata Kunci: Magement Learning System, Pembelajaran Akuntansi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of school facilities and technology on the demand for teacher labor. The study was conducted at 21 private high schools in Jambi City. This study uses quantitative methods in collecting and analyzing the data needed to answer the research questions. Data were analyzed using multiple regression statistical techniques. Based on the analysis, it shows that the school facility variable has a positive and significant effect on the demand for labor in the education sector. The more school facilities used by educational institutions, the higher the need for teacher labor used by the school. The technology variable has a positive and significant effect on the demand for labor in the education sector. The better the use of technology in managing schools, the more it will optimize the role of each sector in the school so that it will increasingly require the role of teacher labor. The regression model produced statistically has a fairly high ability to predict the effect of school facilities and technology on the demand for labor in the education sector because it is supported by an R-square value of 60.4%. Based on these findings, it is clear that good management of school facilities and technology will have an impact on increasing the demand for labor in the education sector.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of career planning and education costs on the interest of economic education students, FKIP, Jambi University, batch 2020 and 2021 to continue teacher professional education (PPG). This study uses a quantitative method approach. This study took 175 students of the economic education study program, batch 2020 and 2021 as the population, with 122 samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed online via google form. The results of the study revealed that (1) career planning has a positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing PPG, with a t-count value of 5.313 greater than the t-table value of 1.9801, (2) education costs have a negative and significant effect on the interest in continuing PPG, with a t-count value of -2.287 greater than the t-table value of 1.9801, (3) career planning and education costs have a positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing PPG, with an f-count value of 16.255 greater than the f-table value of 3.07.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2020, 21 orang mahasiswa tidak berminat menlanjutkan studi strata dua dan sebanyak 9 orang mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2020 berminat melanjutkan studi strata dua. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan pengaruh setiap variabel yaitu dukungan orang tua dan motivasi belajar terhadap minat melanjutkan melanjutkan studi strata dua pada mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi tahun 2020 dan 2021 Universitas Jambi. Penelitian dilakukan di Universitas Jambi pada bulan juli 2024. Penelitian merupakan kuantitatif deskriptif. Temuan penelitian dukungan orang tua dan motivasi belajar mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2020 dan 2021 untuk melanjutkan pendidikan. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa dukungan orang tua (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap minat melanjutkan studi Statra dua (Y), dengan t hitung sebesar 6,145 dan nilai signifikan 0,000. Nilai t hitung 8,718 dan nilai signifikan 0,000. Nilai F sebesar 230,713 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000, analisis simultan menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen motivasi belajar dan dukungan orang tua mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan studi strata dua.

Abstract

Integrasi konsep ekonomi hijau dalam pendidikan ekonomi di tingkat sekolah menjadi langkah strategis untuk mendukung agenda pembangunan berkelanjutan Indonesia menuju visi Indonesia Emas 2045 dan target Net Zero Emission 2060. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas secara komprehensif tentang pentingnya integrasi ekonomi hijau dalam kurikulum dan pembelajaran ekonomi di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi literatur untuk mengkaji urgensi, tantangan, dan strategi implementasi pendidikan ekonomi hijau dalam konteks kebijakan nasional dan dinamika global terkini. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa standardisasi indikator pembelajaran berbasis keberlanjutan, pengembangan bahan ajar kontekstual, pelatihan guru berkelanjutan, serta penguatan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, dunia usaha, sekolah, dan masyarakat menjadi kunci utama dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan hijau nasional. Di tengah perubahan kebijakan energi global, seperti kebijakan Amerika Serikat yang mengurangi dukungan terhadap proyek energi terbarukan, Indonesia perlu memperkuat kemandirian ekosistem pendidikan dan industrinya. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan asesmen berbasis kompetensi hijau, pembaruan kurikulum, peningkatan kapasitas pendidik, serta riset longitudinal untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas integrasi ekonomi hijau dalam membentuk generasi berwawasan keberlanjutan dan berdaya saing global.

Abstract

To determine the success of the education program, high-quality test instruments are necessary, namely those that are valid, reliable, have a sufficiently good level of difficulty, and can differentiate between the learning outcomes of proficient and non-proficient students. Ideally, these questions should be prepared by economics teachers. In reality, however, many teachers generally do not know how to prepare good questions. This is closely related to teachers' activities, which have been primarily focused on meeting learning targets alone. This is the source of the problem because teachers are rarely given the opportunity to prepare high-quality questions. To address this issue, this Professional Development Program (PPM) is implemented. The main target of the activity is teachers from Vocational High School 6 in Jambi City, with a total of 20 participants. The expected outcome of the training is that participants can compose questions that meet quality standards. The training results show that the average knowledge score of participants regarding item analysis before the training is 61.50, and after the training, it increases to an average score of 80. This indicates an increase in knowledge scores by 30.08%. In general, participants are now able to manually conduct item analysis effectively, but some still face difficulties in analyzing question validity, reliability, and distractor analysis.

Abstract

Teacher performance is an important indicator for assessing the effectiveness of educational management in schools, especially in efforts to improve the quality of education and ensure the sustainability of school organizational management. This study aimed to analyse the influence of organizational culture and principal leadership behavior on teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction and job stress as managerial mechanisms. This study employed a quantitative, explanatory survey design. The study population included all public high school teachers in Jambi Province, totalling 5,105 people, and a sample of 375 people was selected using a cluster random sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analysed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that this model has significant explanatory power. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.701 indicates that variations in teacher job satisfaction are largely explained by organizational culture and principal leadership behaviour, while job stress has an R² value of 0.670. Teacher performance has an R² value of 0.769, indicating that most of the variation in teacher performance is explained by organizational and psychological factors contained in the model. Organizational culture and principal leadership behaviour were found to have a significant influence on job satisfaction and job stress. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on teacher performance, while job stress has a negative effect, confirming the role of both as important mediating variables. Theoretically, this study strengthens the field of educational management by positioning organizational culture and principal leadership as strategic managerial instruments in improving teacher performance. Practically, these findings suggest that improving teacher performance requires an integrated educational management approach, including strengthening school organizational culture, instructional leadership, and the systematic management of teacher well-being.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital dan Self-efficacy terhadap intensi technopreneur pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jambi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 144 mahasiswa angkatan 2021 dan 2022 yang dipilih melalui teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, literasi digital dan Self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi technopreneur, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi uji F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai R² sebesar 0,323. Secara parsial, literasi digital dan Self-efficacy juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi technopreneur dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing di bawah 0,05. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengakses dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, serta kepercayaan diri dalam menghadapi tantangan berwirausaha, merupakan faktor penting dalam membentuk intensi technopreneur di era digital. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan literasi digital dan penguatan Self-efficacy perlu menjadi bagian dari strategi pendidikan kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Sharia Economics education faces significant challenges due to the diverse educational backgrounds of students, the majority of whom are not graduates of Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). This makes the technical terminology of muamalah a significant linguistic barrier. Furthermore, conventional approaches often produce only a superficial understanding (illusion of competence) without adequate depth of material. This study evaluates the implementation of a Hybrid Learning model that integrates Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) and Project-Based Learning (PjBL) to align theory with practical realities and improve student learning outcomes. Utilizing a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design, this study involved 65 students divided into one experimental class and two control classes. The experimental group engaged with the Hybrid Contextual-Project-Based Learning model, whereas the control group adhered to conventional teaching methods. Learning outcomes were measured using standardized tests and analyzed using One-Way ANOVA, followed by Tukey's HSD post hoc testing. The analysis revealed a statistically significant disparity in learning outcomes. The experimental class achieved a superior average score of 68.43, outperforming the control classes, which averaged between 55 and 57 by more than 10 points. Furthermore, the consistently low performance across both control groups highlights the limitations of traditional methods in fostering deep comprehension. The Hybrid Contextual-Project-Based Learning model demonstrates significant effectiveness in boosting academic competence. By shifting the focus from rote memorization to practical mastery, this model mitigates the "illusion of competence" often present in traditional learning. Consequently, this approach is recommended as an adaptive instructional strategy for cultivating highly capable graduates in Islamic economics. Keywords: hybrid learning, contextual approach, project-based learning, islamic economics education, competency gap.
