Abstract

Ikat Woven Fabric is one of the traditional woven fabrics of the community that has been passed down from generation to generation and has a fairly high economic value in the Tanimbar Islands Regency. Along with that, business actors must also be able to take advantage of it by planning their product marketing strategies well in facing today's competition. Entrepreneurs are required to pay more attention to consumer needs and maintain product quality at a price. But in reality the marketing strategy used is still very minimal and simple and the quality of the product is not in line with consumer expectations which results in uncertain and unpromising income. This study aims for the Marketing Strategy of Woven Fabrics in Increasing Sales Volume at the Lar Sasam Weaving Fabric Business Group, the Ebsiha Weaving Fabric Business Group and the Away Eras Weaving Business Group in Quantitative Descriptions by conducting observations, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis classical assumption test, statistical test, return to scale and using the coefficient of determination (R2) using the SPSS program.

Abstract

Pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan adalah pengembangan kemampuan guru, yang dilakukan secara bertahap dan berkesinambungan sesuai kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Dalam pengembangan keprofesian guru, akan ditemukan berbagai hambatan dan permasalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Problematika Implementasi Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) bagi Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Dalam Pelaksanaan PKB tak terlepas dari berbagai kendala dan hambatan yang dihadapi, diantaranya adalah permasalahan terkait komponen PKB, permasalahan internal dan eksternal. Adapun Kendala Terkait Komponen PKB Guru PAUD, yaitu: (1) minimnya publikasi ilmiah guru PAUD; (2) kurangnya karya inovatif guru; (3) kesadaran pengembangan diri yang kurang. Kendala internal dan eksternal adalah kendala yang berasal dari dalam guru PAUD itu sendiri, diantara kendalanya adalah: (1) rendahnya motivasi guru; (2) keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki guru untuk mengikuti program PKB; (3) pelaksanaan PKB di jam efektif sekolah; (4) sarana prasarana kurang memadai; (5) minim penerapan materi PKB; (6) kurangnya dukungan dari Dinas Pendidikan terkait; (7) kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan teknologi; (8) kemampuan guru dalam memahami materi PKB masih kurang; (9) adanya ketentuan dan pembatasan peserta.

Abstract

This research conducts a comparative analysis of international human rights mechanisms to examine their effectiveness in protecting civil and political rights. The research aims to assess the strengths, limitations and contributions of various international mechanisms in protecting these fundamental rights. Part of the study process included a thorough analysis of international human rights treaties, agreements, reports, and case law from regional and international human rights organizations. The focus of the examination is on contrasting the mandates, responsibilities, and management styles of important international human rights institutions, including the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, the European Court of Human Rights, and the UN Human Rights Council. These international organizations use a variety of tactics and resources to safeguard civil and political rights, which are made evident in its conclusions. The report lists common problems that these systems encounter, such as poor enforcement capacities, disparities in membership and participation, and the potential impact of political interests on decision-making processes. It also looks at how these processes have helped advance civil and political rights all throughout the world. The article discusses significant cases and rulings that have helped establish international and state standards for human rights legislation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by increasing acts of fraud. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of internal control and moral sensitivity on fraud prevention. This research is a quantitative research with a case study approach. This case study was conducted at State-Owned Enterprise Banks (BUMN) including Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), and State Savings Bank (BTN). The sample in this study was 100 employees with the sampling technique the sample is random sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed via google form. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using excel and SPSS. The results of this study indicate that 1) Internal Control has a positive and significant effect on Fraud Prevention, 2) Moral Sensitivity has a positive and significant effect on Fraud Prevention, and 3) Internal Control and Moral Sensitivity have a positive and significant effect on Fraud Prevention. The results of this study indicate that if a company wants to improve fraud prevention, the company must improve internal control and moral sensitivity.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan sumber daya manusia Panitia Pengawasan Kecamatan se-Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar melalui fasilitasi dan pembinaan aparatur pengawas dalam proses Pemilihan Umum Tahun 2024 yang diselenggarakan oleh BAWASLU Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar. Fokus pengabdian ini adalah memfasilitasi dan membina perilaku aparatur pengawas dalam pelaksanaan proses pemilu berikutnya yang berkualitas dengan asas langsung, umum, bebas, rahasia, jujur, dan adil. Kegiatan ini melibatkan Ketua, dua anggota dan satu staf Panitia Pengawasan di sepuluh Kecamatan se-Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar dengan totol empat puluh peserta. Kegiatan ini dilaksanaka meliputi pemaparan materi, tanya jawab dan dialog interaktif. Melalui program PKM ini, diharapkan Kegiatan ini dapat bermanfaat bagi pelaksanaan tugas jajaran pengawas Pemilu pada tahap berikutnya.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the policy evaluation of Village Fund management in Keliobar Village, Tanimbar Islands Regency. The focus of this research includes the evaluation of Village Fund management based on six criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. This is a qualitative descriptive study, with primary data sources consisting of key informants such as the Village Secretary and supporting informants including village government officials and local community members. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the interactive model, consisting of data collection, data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the evaluation of Village Fund management in Keliobar has generally complied with applicable regulations and is functioning relatively well, although several challenges remain. The management of the Village Fund is aimed at the public interest and is realized through tangible forms such as infrastructure development. Accountability is considered good, although there are still obstacles on the part of the village government, particularly in terms of limited human resources and a lack of understanding in program planning.

Abstract

Natural User Interface (NUI) is a latest development in the world of human-computer interaction can applied to immersive digital technology and realized in virtual reality. This virtual reality (VR) is usually accessed using a VR headset, so there are several companies that develop and improve VR headsets to facilitate interaction between humans and computers. One of the VR headsets available for beginners and professionals is the Meta Quest 2 which can be used with two interaction methods, namely, controllers and hand gesture. This study was conducted to compare the usability and immersivity of the two interaction methods on the Meta Quest 2 VR headset. This test was conducted at a Vocational High School in Malang, one of the city in Jawa Timur, in the Visual Communication Design Departement who had never used a VR headset before. There are two methods used, namely, Usability Testing to measure usability and the Igroup Presence Questionnaire (IPQ) method is used to measure immersivity. The applications used in this study are the Waltz of The Wizard Game, The Walking Dead Game: Saints & Sinners and Virtual Reality-Based Applications as Educational Media for Cultural Heritage Buildings in Malang City. The results of the usability and immersiveness tests show that in the Waltz of The Wizard game, it gets a high coefficient value on hand gestures, which is 0.136 and 0.096 on the controller. While in the game The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, it gets a high coefficient value on the controller, which is 0.398 and 0.171 on hand gestures. And in the Cultural Heritage Application, it gets a high coefficient value on hand gestures, which is 0.065 and 0.055 on the controller. From the coefficient values, usability and immersivity in the use of controllers are higher in action genre applications, for example the game The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners. While in hand gestures, usability and immersivity are high when using adventure genre applications, for example the Waltz of The Wizard game and exploration, for example the Cultural Heritage Application game. This means that the interaction method and type of application used determine the level of usability and immersivity

Abstract

The Maluku River Organisation (BWS) is a technical implementation unit (UPT) under the Directorate of Water Resources, Ministry of Public Works and Housing, that is responsible for water resources management. The main issues of BWS are the absence of an independently managed information system, so that it depends on the central government system and still uses manual processes. This research aims to create a strategic IS/IT plan aligned with the organization’s business processes to support digital transformation processes and improve organizational performance. This research adopts the Ward and Peppard methodology by using the SWOT framework, value chain, PEST frameworks, as well as portfolio mapping using the McFarlan Strategic Grid to formulate IS/IT strategies and a phased three-year implementation plan. This planning results in recommendations for developing internal IS/IT systems: SISMONIK, SILAP, SI BWS Maluku, a Mobile reporting application, and an early warning system (IoT-based) to support, manage, and optimize the technology support system for processes. The proposed implementation plan can be a guideline to reduce dependency on the central system, improve work efficiency, and support more responsive water resources management in Maluku.
