Abstract

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Guru Fokus penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja guru dengan tingkat kehadiran yang rendah menjadi salah satu alasan untuk melakukan penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru karena penilaian kinerja guru adalah proses yang berkenaan dengan seberapa baik seseorang melakukan pekerjaan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel bebas yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X1), Motivasi Kerja Guru (X2) yaitu variabel yang mempengaruhi sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Kinerja Guru (Y). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan dari program aplikasi SPSS 16 for Windows. Setelah dilakukan penelitian diperoleh data penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil analisis regresi secara parsial diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 52,3%, tergolong cukup baik, sedangkan pengaruh dari motivasi kerja guru secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru memberikan pengaruh sebesar 37% yang tergolong kurang baik dan secara bersama-sama, kedua variabel tersebut terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi kedua variabel terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 61,6% yang tergolong baik.

Abstract

Learning with learn from home is carried out because of the current conditions in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic which makes policies from institutions which also refer to the above policy that learning must continue to be carried out without face-to-face with maximum learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students at STKIP Syekh Manshur with learning carried out at home by the lecturer to the students. The test method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach with primary data from the accumulated tests at each meeting. After the data were obtained and analyzed with regression analysis assisted by using the SPSS 16 for windows application. The learning outcomes of students by studying at home from this study were obtained by 52% with the results classified as quite good and had a positive impact from this learning.

Abstract

Learning in the new normal era during the co-19 pandemic will certainly be different from previous learning. Long before covid-19 learning was free to learn individually or in groups, but in this new normal era learning only focused on individuals without group assignments. So from that the purpose of this study is to find out how much the level of effectiveness of learning on student learning outcomes with high interpretation expectations. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach where data is obtained by statistical tests which are assisted with the application of SPSS for windows. The data is accumulated and analyzed by regression analysis so that after a statistical calculation is obtained a value of 73,2% in which a value of that size can be interpreted quite well or it can be said that learning is quite effective in the new normal era.

Abstract

Abstract Pondok Pesantren, is an educational institution that provides formal education to students aged children. There are many Islamic boarding schools scattered in various villages in Ciputri Village. The low design ability of santri and students is very unfortunate even though they are the successors to the next civilization. Besides that, in Ciputri village there is no course institution for graphic design training, so graphic design training is held within 1 day. The purpose of this activity is to increase the creativity of students and students in the world of design. Make students and students independent so that they can make designs such as pamphlets, banners or banners themselves and do not use the services of a printing company. This training is carried out by delivering material and direct practice for students and students. Participants can get to know graphic design and can practice the applications used to create the graphic design.

Abstract

Learning assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic is a service to the community, as one of the efforts to implement the Tridharma of University. The implementation of learning carried out by the school during the COVID-19 pandemic uses online or online methods through whatApp groups, google meet and zoom. However, most students complained that they did not understand during the learning process. Especially in mathematics. Where in a long period of time, some students at school think that mathematics is a difficult subject. This subject is a frightening specter for students in most schools. Not only in Kadumula village, but in various regions throughout Indonesia. For this reason, various efforts need to be made to overcome the problem of learning difficulties. Therefore, the authors held mentoring activities for understanding mathematical concepts for high school students. The learning mentoring method used is to provide offline learning assistance, namely students and students carry out the learning and teaching process directly and face to face. This learning assistance is carried out in small groups consisting of 3-6 people. Study assistance is located in the home of one of the students. The stages of mentoring implementation are 1) problem observation, 2) activity planning, 3) activity schedule preparation 4) mentoring implementation, 5) evaluation stage.

Abstract

Pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan adalah pengembangan kemampuan guru, yang dilakukan secara bertahap dan berkesinambungan sesuai kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Dalam pengembangan keprofesian guru, akan ditemukan berbagai hambatan dan permasalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Problematika Implementasi Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) bagi Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Dalam Pelaksanaan PKB tak terlepas dari berbagai kendala dan hambatan yang dihadapi, diantaranya adalah permasalahan terkait komponen PKB, permasalahan internal dan eksternal. Adapun Kendala Terkait Komponen PKB Guru PAUD, yaitu: (1) minimnya publikasi ilmiah guru PAUD; (2) kurangnya karya inovatif guru; (3) kesadaran pengembangan diri yang kurang. Kendala internal dan eksternal adalah kendala yang berasal dari dalam guru PAUD itu sendiri, diantara kendalanya adalah: (1) rendahnya motivasi guru; (2) keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki guru untuk mengikuti program PKB; (3) pelaksanaan PKB di jam efektif sekolah; (4) sarana prasarana kurang memadai; (5) minim penerapan materi PKB; (6) kurangnya dukungan dari Dinas Pendidikan terkait; (7) kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan teknologi; (8) kemampuan guru dalam memahami materi PKB masih kurang; (9) adanya ketentuan dan pembatasan peserta.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how to analyze the impact of using gadgets in early childhood. The research objectives to be achieved in this study are readers can use gadgets wisely, readers can reduce dependence on gadgets, to provide information about the impact of using gadgets on health and to provide information about gadgets. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Based on the results of research on the negative and positive impacts of using gadgets on children aged 6-12 years in Sidamukti Village, it can be concluded: 1). The positive impact of using gadgets on respondents is 5 children aged 6-12 years in Sidamukti Village, showing data for 2 children who show a positive impact, this is classified as a minority because the other 3 respondents have not shown a positive impact. 2). The negative impact of using gadgets on respondents was 5 children aged 6-12 years in Sidamukti Village, showing data for 3 children showing a negative impact, this is classified as the majority because 2 other respondents have shown a positive impact.

Abstract

Pendidikan Non Formal menjadi sarana bagi masyarakat yang ingin melanjutkan pendidikan yang tidak diperoleh pada pendidikan formal. PKBM Maritim menjadi salah satu rujukan PNF program pendidikan kesetaraan yang terkareditasi Baik. Sosialisasi perguruan tinggi dimasa pandemi covid-19 kepada warga Belajar di PKBM Maritim pada Program Paket C dilakukan dengan tujuan agar warga belajarnya dapat melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Adapun hasil sosialisasi perguruan tinggi diperoleh informasi sebanyak 53% dari 62 warga belajar ingin melanjutkan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi dan sisanya sebanyak 47% dari 62 warga belajar tidak melanjutkan dengan pertimbangan sudah bekerja dan berkeluarga. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi sendiri dilakukan dengan bertahap dari pengenalan, kegiatan inti sosialisasi hingga evaluasi hasil sosialisasi.

Abstract

Looking from the background above, the problem problem that will be addressed in this study is: 1) how the problem descriptions of married by accident persons in the early marriage of youth in the Ciateul village labuan 2) how can nalisis result from the problem of married by accident people in the ciateul village. The objective of the study is to analyze the factor that causes a youth to get married early in the Ciateul Village Researchers use observation and interview methods by viewing and then locating the problem at hand to obtain data relating to an analysis of existing writing. A premature marriage not only brings negative but also positive effects, such as the benefit of those who have avoided promiscuity because of past history of pregnancy and in the economic sense of premature marriage. Because when it comes to having children, it's only when children need expenses that parents have the strength to make ends meet. Further negative effects are the result of premature marriage in the Ciateul Labuan also varies, such as getting bad labels from people, and then two miscarried research informants, an economic downturn and a psychological breakdown.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk mengajar siswa sekolah dasar di desa Kalapasan desa Pasir Peuteuy dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran multiboard. Terdiri dari tahap 3 yaitu tahap pertama observasi, tahap kedua sosialisasi dan tahap ketiga pelatihan. Adapun kegiatan pelatihan ini yang menjadi sasaran adalah 10 siswa sekolah dasar di desa Kalapasan desa Pasir Peuteuy. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan rutin bagi para siswa. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah anak dapat memahami berbagai konsep dan menumbuhkan motivasi anak untuk belajar matematika.
