Abstract

Pemerintah dan masyarakat meyakini bahwa fenomena terorisme belum akan hilang dengan begitu mudahnya. Perlu upaya dalam menangani permasalahan ini secara sistematis dan komprehensif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pergerakan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, faktor faktor tersebut adalah pergerakan nilai tukar mata uang rupiah terhadap mata uang dolar Amerika Serikat dan inflasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data pergerakan nilai tukar, inflasi dan IHSG pada bulan terjadinya aksi terorisme tahun 2000 hingga 2018. Analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda.Nilai tukar mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan inflasi tidak mempunyai pengaruh.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis semakin ketat sebagai akibat mekanisme global perdagangan dunia melalui penawaran beragam produk sejenis guna mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan dengan tetap memberi nilai kepuasan kepada para pelanggan. Timbulnya persaingan ketat dan keharusan dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan khususnya akibat pandemi covid-19 merupakan fenomena yang melatarbelakangi penelitian sehingga tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh variabel relationship marketing(X) terhadap variabel customer loyalty (Y2) yang dimediasi oleh variabel customer satisfaction (Y1) pada PT Unilever. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 200 responden pelanggan produk Unilever khusus bidang homecare dengan pengambilan data secara purposive sampling di wilayah Kota Bandung – Indonesia. Hasil analisis statistik menggunakan uji ‘Sobel Test’, menyatakan bahwa relationship marketing dengan dimensi: customer expectation, building service partnership, empowering employees; memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty dengan dimediasi oleh customer satisfaction pada produk PT Unilever.

Abstract

Increasing investor interest in investing will certainly increase transaction activity in capital market, so that it will have an impact on the smooth running of company's operations. Business activities that run well and safely will increase the rate of economic growth. Relatively affordable investment capital as launched by Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2015 by holding the "Yuk Nabung Saham" campaign aimed at inviting investors to invest by buying stocks or other instruments on a regular basis at Capital Market. Throughout 2021, the growth in the number of investors has increased very significantly, especially for novice investors from millennial generation to invest in several sharia instruments. This study aims to examine heuristic bias (representativeness, overconvidence) and herding financial behavior models of sharia-based investment decisions for millennials in the West Java region. Quantitative research with a causal design was applied using a purposive sampling technique by collecting a questionnaire of 180 respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis method uses the PLS software application. The results showed that financial variable representativeness behavior had a significant negative effect on investment decisions of millennial generation in West Java, while financial variables of overconfidence and herding behavior had a significant positive effect on investment decisions of millennial generation in the West Java region.

Abstract

Background: Di era perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat, keamanan data dan penipuan online sering terjadi dalam berbagai modus. Kalangan perempuan menjadi salah satu kelompok yang sangat rentan terhadap penipuan online. Oleh karena itu, program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan digital kepada Pimpinan Wilayah ‘Aisyiyah (PWA) Jawa Barat dalam rangka keamanan data pribadi dan pencegahan penipuan online. Metode: Kegiatan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu persiapan materi pelatihan peserta, pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan literasi keuangan, observasi awal dengan melaksanakan pre-test, dan evaluasi kegiatan melalui post-test untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman peserta. Hasil: Terdapat peningkatan literasi keuangan pada aspek perilaku keuangan. Peningkatan sebesar 81,2% pada indikator cara pengecekan legalitas perusahaan investasi dan 25% pada kesadaran risiko keuangan dengan melalui indikator pemeriksaan keabsahan tawaran investasi. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan pelatihan ini berhasil menguatkan literasi keuangan digital pada PWA Jawa Barat khususnya di kota Bandung. Selanjutnya, PWA Jawa Barat masih perlu pendampingan dalam proses peningkatan literasi keuangan karena kejahatan keuangan digital beraneka ragam.

Abstract

Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) perempuan yang tergabung dalam Pimpinan Wilayah Aisyiyah (PWA) Jawa Barat memiliki potensi besar dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Namun, sebagian besar pelaku UMKM tersebut masih terkendala pengelolaan keuangan, diantaranya: rendahnya literasi keuangan digital, minimnya akses pelatihan keuangan digital, dan kendala klasik dalam pencatatan keuangan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan digital melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan praktek keuangan digital berbasis aplikasi “BukuWarung”. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif, simulasi (role-play), diskusi, pre-test dan post-test, serta pendampingan pelatihan. Hasil program kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan terhadap pemahaman peserta, di mana indikator kesiapan mengadopsi teknologi meningkat sebesar 54%, kemampuan menggunakan aplikasi pembukuan digital “BukuWarung” meningkat 50%, dan keterampilan memisahkan keuangan pribadi dan usaha meningkat 45%. Peningkatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis praktik, kontekstual, dan partisipatif sangat efektif dalam mengatasi kesenjangan transformasi keuangan digital pelaku UMKM perempuan. Proyeksi kemajuan bagi pelaku UMKM perempuan dimasa mendatang yakni memperluas cakupan peserta, memperkuat pendampingan pasca pelatihan serta mempermudah akses pembiayaan formal.

Abstract

Challenges in financial management, such as the lack of understanding of financial statements, have become a major obstacle to the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Most MSME actors do not yet grasp the importance of preparing financial statements by Sharia accounting standards, resulting in financial statements that are often made haphazardly without following proper accounting principles. This Community Service Program aims to enhance the capacity of MSMEs under the guidance of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) Bandung in preparing Sharia-based financial statements. The focus of the training includes the introduction of basic Sharia accounting principles, recording transactions in line with Sharia contracts, and preparing financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Technical assistance is also provided directly to help MSMEs overcome difficulties in implementing a Sharia-based financial system. Survey results indicate that more than 70 percent of MSMEs in Bandung are interested in learning how to prepare Sharia-based financial statements, although they still face challenges in applying the correct methods. This program is expected to offer practical solutions for MSMEs to properly and accurately prepare financial statements by Sharia accounting standards. Moreover, the initiative aims to help MSMEs gain broader access to various Sharia financing institutions and enhance their competitiveness in the era of free trade.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs through the implementation of digital transformation, PESTEL strategies, and SWOT analysis, as well as the development of digital marketing capabilities. Additionally, this program seeks to boost the confidence of MSME entrepreneurs under the guidance of KADIN Kota Bandung in achieving economic independence. The methods used include counseling and mentoring, focusing on increasing the participants' understanding of business strategies and their practical application. The evaluation instrument used is a questionnaire, and the data analysis technique involves quantitative analysis through descriptive statistics to assess the Likert scale-based responses, aimed at comparing pre-test and post-test results. As a result, participants' comprehension of PESTEL, SWOT strategies, and digital transformation improved significantly. MSMEs were able to identify both external and internal factors for strategic planning, and they became more prepared to adopt digital technologies to enhance business efficiency and innovation. This training provides a comprehensive strategic foundation for the growth of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of halal awareness, brand image, and low price strategy on purchasing decisions for food and beverage products among Muslim communities in Indonesia. This research is quantitative research using a survey method for Mixue customers in West Java.Data processing uses SEM (Structural Equation Model). Data was distributed to 100 rerespondents in West Java. The results of this study conclude that the variables of Halal Awareness and Low Price Strategy have an effect on the Brand Image of Mixue products. The variables of Halal Awareness and Low Price Strategy have an effect on the purchasing decision of Mixue products. This means that the Brand Image variable can affect Halal Awareness and Low Price Strategy on the purchasing decision of Mixue products.

Abstract

Kota Bandung merupakan pusat perekonomian dengan berbagai keunggulan yang dimiliki seperti pusat brand lokal, ekonomi kreatif, dan bidang Pariwisata yang menarik banyak pengunjung setiap tahun. Sektor ekonomi kreatif berkembang dengan pesat disebabkan oleh jumlah UMKM di kota Bandung yang cukup besar yang menghasilkan beragam produk yang memiliki potensi untuk bersaing di pasar internasional. Namun demikian, minimnya literasi terkait bidang ekspor membuat Pelaku UMKM kota Bandung belum mampu menjangkau pasar global. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berfokus pada edukasi tentang regulasi dan prosedur ekspor, serta cara memanfaatkan perjanjian perdagangan bebas untuk mendapatkan tarif preferensi. Metode yang digunakan adalah workshop dan seminar, melibatkan perwakilan dari instansi pemerintah, akademisi, dan praktisi ekspor impor. Melalui sosialisasi ini, diharapkan UMKM dapat memahami urgensi dan tata cara pemanfaatan perjanjian perdagangan bebas dan meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemberdayaan UMKM dalam memanfaatkan perjanjian perdagangan internasional untuk memaksimalkan ekspor, serta memberikan motivasi kepada pelaku UMKM untuk menembus pasar internasional.

Abstract

Sharia-based stock investment is a current trending topic that is very important to develop. This shows that Islam, as the majority religion in Indonesia, is very concerned about increasing the halalness of investment instruments, their benefits and benefits for the people. In the context of investment behavior in the capital market, investors' religious practices and activities (religiosity) are not entirely a reason for choosing sharia shares. This research aims to produce empirical evidence on sharia-based capital market investment research studies, especially for scientific development within the scope of the Muhammadiyah 'Aisyiyah College, which is viewed from the influence of accounting information quality factors, sharia principles and risk on sharia-based stock investment decision making through behavioral perceptions. individual as an intervening variable. This research is field research using a quantitative approach with respondents of 250 investors. The data analysis method uses path analysis and other programs that comply with applicable research method rules. The results of the research show that the variables of information quality, subjective norms, sharia principles and risk have a significant effect on individual control behavior of the millennial generation in West Java, while the variable of individual control behavior has a significant effect on decision making on sharia stock transactions for the PTMA millennial generation in the Java region West.
