Abstract

The formulation of the Successor heirs is regulated in article 185 of the Compilation of Islamic Law, this is a legal breakthrough made by the government to uphold the principle of justice in inheritance and a policy of heirs in the division of inheritance for grandchildren who are hindered from obtaining inheritance due to their parents dying first than the heirs or grandparents of both the grandsons of the male transmit and the grandchildren of the female transmitters with a view to the benefit of the life of the brothers.  As is the case with the purpose of Islamic law (maqashid al-shari'ah) which is aimed at the benefit of the ummah. One of them is the theory about Al-Maslahah Al-Mursalah which is necessary for the prudence, and benefit of the people

Abstract

Economy in people's daily lives are two things that cannot be separated. In Islam, economics is something that is given special attention. Islam has an economic view based on the rules of the Islamic religion that we know today, namely Islamic economics or Sharia economics. The role of sharia banks in general is to carry out continuous outreach to students about sharia banking knowledge as a whole. The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) Does students' knowledge of sharia banking influence the interest of Darul Fawaz Subis students in using sharia banking products, (2) How does the level of knowledge of Darul Fawaz Subis students regarding sharia banking influence? This research method uses quantitative methods. Quantitative methods are methods that focus on numerical data with certain instruments and measuring tools, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression analysis, correlation t test and coefficient of determination. In the T test, the t table results obtained from 48 samples were 1.667. The student knowledge variable regarding sharia banking shows a calculated t result of 9.772 and a t table of 1.667, therefore it can be concluded that 9.772 > 1.667, in the sense that the hypothesis accepted in this research is that Ha and Ho are rejected. It is concluded that students' knowledge of Islamic banking influences their interest in using Islamic banking products. And the influence of variable This means that 66.5 percent of students' interest in sharia banking products is influenced by students' interest in knowledge, the remainder (33.5%) is influenced by other variables outside the research.Keyword: Santri, sharia banking, interests, products.

Abstract

Perkawinan merupakan ikatan lahir dan batin atau ikatan yang sangat kuat antara sorang peria dan wanita untuk mbentuk keluarga, dimana keluarga merupakan lembaga sosial yang paling dasar untuk mencetak kualitas manusia. Sampai saat ini masih menjadi keyakinan dan harapan bersama bahwa keluarga senantiasa dapat diandalkan sebagai lembaga ketahanan moral, akhlak al-karimah dalam konteks bermasyarakat, bahkan baik buruknya generasi bangsa, ditentukan pula oleh pembentukan pribadi dalam keluarga. Maka dari itu sebelum melangsungkan perkawinan perlu perencanaan yang baik salahsatunya dengan mengikuti madrasah Pra Nikah, dengan tujuan setelah menikah dapat tercapai keluarga harapan yang mampuh menjaga kedamaian cinta dan kasih saying. Abstract

Abstrak: Sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia pernikahan baru dapat dilakukan pada saat calon pengantin minimal berusia 19 tahun, namun di masyarakat yang masih menikah di bawah umur, sehingga tidak legal secara aturan negara, sehingga muncul dispensasi nikah di pengadilan agama. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis penetapan permohonan dispensasi nikah di pengadilan agama Pandeglang Kelas 1B dari tahun 2020–2022, analisis tersebut untuk mengetahui latar belakang permohonan dispensasi nikah di Pengadilan Agama Pandeglang Kelas 1B dan untuk mengetahui pertimbangan hakim dalam mengabulkan penetapan dispensasi nikah di Pengadilan Agama Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif bersifat yuridis-empiris dengan pendekatan kasus (Case Approach). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode studi dokumen dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2020 terdapat 15 (lima belas) perkara, kemudian di tahun 2021 sebanyak 17 (tujuh belas) perkara, sedangkan penambahan kembali terjadi pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 21 perkara permohonan dispensasi kawin. Alhasil jika ditotalkan dari tahun 2020-2022 berjumlah 53 (lima puluh tiga). Banyaknya angka kenaikan tersebut dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai macam faktor seperti faktor lingkungan, pendidikan, bahkan orang tua.

Abstract

Islamic religious education teachers have a key role in guiding students, providing an understanding of religious values and ethics that can protect them from sexual harassment. Teachers also play a role as mediators in handling cases of sexual harassment that occur in the school environment. However, there are challenges in the implementation of these roles that need to be overcome, such as a lack of adequate training and support. The implication of this study is the need to increase the role of Islamic religious education teachers, more comprehensive training, and cooperation between teachers, students, parents, and schools in efforts to prevent and overcome student sexual harassment.

Abstract

Mahar is part of Islamic teachings which is an integral part of a marriage. The dowry is set in the spirit of providing protection and placing women in a noble rank. One way to glorify and respect women in Islam is to give her a marriage dowry, the amount and/or amount of which is determined by agreement between the man and woman. This gift is a symbol of respect for the position of women. This paper is a qualitative writing with a descriptive approach, which aims to re-describe dowry using sociological and anthropological approaches. From literacy on marriage fiqh, it is known that there are still differences of opinion regarding dowry, especially with regard to the amount and amount. In this regard, a social approach is needed in the community to be able to provide minimum and maximum limits on the marriage dowry.

Abstract

Tourism plays a major role in boosting the global economy by educating about the nature, culture and diversity of a region. Halal tourism, which conforms to Islamic principles, provides Muslim-friendly facilities. Pandeglang Regency has great potential to become the centre of halal tourism in Banten as the majority of the population is Muslim. However, its development has not been optimal due to lack of infrastructure, government support, and community readiness. This study aims to evaluate the potential, obstacles, and solutions of halal tourism development in Pandeglang with qualitative methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. The objectives in this study are (1) to find out how the potential of halal tourism development in Pandeglang district, (2) to find out what are the obstacles to the potential of halal tourism development in Pandeglang district and (3) to find out how the solution of halal tourism development in Pandeglang district. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach that describes and discusses the state of the object under study based on existing facts. The data used in this research is primary data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, it was analysed using the analysis method of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the development of halal tourism in Pandeglang regency has begun to be carried out slowly, even though the development of halal tourism in Pandeglang regency has been carried out slowly.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the urgency of Islamic activities for the social and emotional development of early childhood. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study type. Literature studies were chosen to explore and analyze various scientific literature, books, and other relevant sources that discuss Islamic activities, instilling Islamic values, social and emotional development of early childhood, and the relationship between the two. The results of this literature study indicate that Islamic activities have a significant role in instilling Islamic values ​​such as honesty, compassion, cooperation, and respect for others in early childhood. Instilling these values ​​is an important foundation in forming positive social behavior and the ability to build healthy relationships. Furthermore, this study also identified that Islamic activities contribute to children's emotional development through the introduction of calming religious concepts, learning about emotional management, and fostering empathy and caring. Islamic activities not only provide religious knowledge, but also actively stimulate children's social development through positive interactions, understanding social norms, and developing empathy. In addition, Islamic activities also play an important role in shaping children's emotional maturity through recognizing emotions, developing self-regulation skills, and fostering resilience. Thus, this study concludes that Islamic activities are a crucial element in supporting the holistic social and emotional development of early childhood.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam urgensi kegiatan Islami terhadap perkembangan sosial dan emosional anak usia dini. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pendidikan nilai-nilai agama sejak usia dini sebagai fondasi pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian anak, serta relevansinya dalam mendukung perkembangan sosial dan emosional yang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi pustaka. Metode studi pustaka dipilih untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis berbagai literatur ilmiah Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam urgensi kegiatan Islami terhadap perkembangan sosial dan emosional anak usia dini.
