Abstract

Economic growth and poverty are important processes that determine the success of a country. Each country continues to try to achieve good economic growth and reduce poverty. Of the many countries in the world, the first requirement for reducing poverty is economic growth. However, the state of developing countries including Indonesia, successful economic growth must be accompanied by the emergence of difficulties in increasing the population living below the poverty line. Development is a must for a country if it wants to improve the standard of living and welfare of its people. Development is carried out through various efforts, both sectoral and regional. Development is not the goal of a country, but development is one way to increase the economic growth of a country. High economic growth if not followed by equitable development in all groups of society, then the country's goals will not be achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the Contribution of the Tourism Sector to Economic Growth in Banyuwangi Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative research with field research type. Field research is one way to collect data directly from the location or object of research. This type of research is generally conducted by observing, interviewing, or measuring and sampling. The location of this research is in Banyuwangi Regency, specifically in the tourist attractions of Pulau Merah Beach and Teluk Hijau. As for the interviewees, they are employees of the Tourism Office and residents around the tourist attractions. The results of this study indicate that the tourism sector is an economic sector that has great potential in contributing to the economic growth of a country and region. Tourism can create jobs, increase foreign exchange earnings, and strengthen local economic growth. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the development of tourism in Banyuwangi Regency contributes to the local economy and community directly.

Abstract

Pengembangan karir merupakan proses peningkatan kemampuan kerja seseorang yang mendorong adanya peningkatan prestasi kerja dalam rangka mencapai karir yang diinginkan. Prestasi yang dimiliki karyawan akan berpotensi untuk karyawan dapat di promosikan kenaikan jabatan. Selain prestasi kerja, pendidikan juga sangat erat hubungannya terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan. Pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor yang paling penting dalam menunjang pengembangan karir sesorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh prestasi kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di kantor PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Lampung yaitu berjumlah 55 orang. Dari data yang diperoleh serta serangkaian pengujian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan uji statistik t menunjukan bahwa Nilali dalri thitung valrialbel prestalsi kerjal sebesalr 3,333 dengaln nilali signifikalnsi sebesalr 0,002 < 0,05 daln bertalndal positif. Malkal dalpalt ditalrik kesimpulaln balhwal prestasi kerja secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan dan Nilali dalri thitung valrialbel tingkalt pendidikaln sebesalr 3,427 dengaln nilali signifikalnsi sebesalr 0,001 < 0,05 daln bertalndal positif. Malkal dalpalt ditalrik kesimpulaln balhwal tingkat pendidikan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan. Pada Uji F Secara simultan memiliki nilai sebesar Fhitung 116,236 dengaln nilali signifikaln 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa prestasi kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan. Oleh karena itu, semakin baik prestasi kerja dan pendidikan yang dimiliki oleh seorang karyawan maka akan bedampak pada peningkatan pengembangan karir karyawan, sebaiknya Pimpinan pada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya,Tbk dapat lebih meningkatkan lagi pelatihan dan studi lanjut yang diberikan kepada karyawan, agar pengembangan karir karyawan dapat meningkat dengan begitu akan ada kejelasan untuk pengembangan karir karyawan.Kata kunci: Prestasi Kerja, Tingkat Pendidikan, Pengembangan Karir

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), BOPO (Operational Opinion Costs), and Non Performing Loans (NPL), on Return on Assets (ROA). Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression with the least squares equation and hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the partial regression coefficients and F-statistics to test the significance of the influence together with a significant level of 5%. In addition, a classic assumption test which includes normality, multicollinearity test, heterokedasitas test and autocorrelation test is also carried out. During the observation period shows that the research is normally distributed. Based on normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedasitas test and autocorrelation test, there are no variables that deviate from classical assumptions. This shows the available data meets the requirements using the multiple linear regression equation model. The results of this study indicate that the LDR, BOPO and NPL variables have a simultaneous effect on ROA in the F test with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05. In the t test the results of the study show that LDR, BOPO and NPL partially have a significant effect on ROA and the three independent variables have an effect on ROA of 76.9%.

Abstract

In the context of accelerating digital transformation, organizations increasingly rely on HR analytics and Big Data to enhance talent management and workforce planning. This study explores how analytics-driven approaches reshape traditional human resource functions by enabling predictive modeling, evidence-based decision-making, and strategic alignment of human capital. Employing a qualitative research design, semi-structured interviews were conducted with twenty HR professionals and senior managers from digitally mature organizations. Thematic analysis revealed six key insights: the strategic integration of HR analytics in talent processes, the application of Big Data in proactive workforce planning, the rise of predictive modeling for performance and retention, challenges in organizational readiness and ethical governance, the influence of data culture on adoption, and the global implications for managing diverse, distributed workforces. Findings highlight that organizations with strong leadership commitment, cross-functional collaboration, and a culture of data literacy are better positioned to unlock the strategic value of HR analytics. Conversely, firms facing technological, ethical, and cultural barriers risk underutilizing these capabilities. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence of how HR analytics and Big Data facilitate agile, data-driven HR strategies, and offers practical recommendations for advancing workforce intelligence in the digital economy.

Abstract

Pernerlirtiran irnir berrtujuan untuk merngertahuir perngaruh Non Perrformirng Loan (NPL) dan Capirtal Aderquacy Ratiro (CAR) terrhadap Rerturn On Asserts (ROA) pada perrusahaan PT. Bank Lampung. Populasir pernerlirtiran irnir adalah serluruh laporan keruangan dir PT. Bank Lampung pada tahun 2015-2023. Perngambirlan samperl pernerlirtiran dirlakukan derngan mernggunakan mertoder samplirng jernuh (total). Terknirk analirsirs data yang dirgunakan adalah rergrersir lirnirerr berrganda derngan perrsamaan kuadrat terrkercirl dan ujir hirpotersirs mernggunakan t-statirstirk untuk merngujir koerfirsirern rergrersir. Berrdasarkan hasirl pernerlirtiran dirtermukan bahwa Non Perrformirng Loan (NPL) berrperngaruh posirtirf terrhadap Rerturn On Asserts (ROA). Capirtal Aderquacy Ratiro (CAR) berrperngaruh posirtirf terrhadap Rerturn On Asserts (ROA). Saran darir pernerlirtiran irnir adalah bank lampung herndaknya mermperrtahankan modal (CAR) yang dirmirlirkirnya karerna kercukupan modal dapat mernirngkatkan labanya yairtu ROA. Kermudiran herndaknya mermirnirmalirsirr krerdirt macert atau mermperrkercirl nirlair NPL nya, karerna derngan mernurunnya nirlair NPL maka akan mernirngkat laba yang dirperrolerhnya yairtu ROA.

Abstract

Unemployment is one of the problems often faced by developing countries, including Indonesia. As population growth increases and the number of the Indonesian workforce increases, unemployment also continues to increase. Unemployment in Indonesia is a significant problem, as the unemployment rate increases every year, accompanied by a rise in population. Economic indicators that affect the unemployment rate. Economic growth in Indonesia, the inflation rate, and the prevailing wage rate. The indicators used in this study are GRDP, ADHB, inflation and unemployment. This study aims to analyse the influence of GRDP, ADHB, and inflation on open unemployment in Lampung Province for the period 2013-2024, both partially and simultaneously. The type of data used in this study is secondary time series data spanning the period from 2013 to 2024. The data used is data obtained from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Lampung Province. The analysis method employed in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, utilising SPSS 26 software. The results of the study indicate that Gross Real Domestic Product (GRDP) has a negative and statistically significant influence on open unemployment in Lampung Province from 2013 to 2024, with a probability value of -1.725. Simultaneously, GRDP and inflation variables have a significant impact on unemployment in Lampung Province from 2013 to 2024. The R test result value is 52.9% and the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian berupaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam belajar mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial dengan menggunakan media interaktif berbasis online yaitu Educaplay selama proses pembelajaran. PTK ini termasuk perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 27 peserta didik kelas III A di SDN Pao-Pao. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan game edukasi yaitu Educaplay pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas III A materi Metamorfosis Makhluk Hidup, peserta didik lebih memahami materi yang di ajarkan dan permainan selama pembelajaran. Kelebihan dari media Educaplay ini adalah melatih peserta didik untuk berpikir kritis, belajar lebih menarik, mengekspresikan apa yang dipelajari secara bebas, menantang diri sendiri, belajar mandiri dan mengembangkan keterampilan peserta didik.
