Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of job motivation, job satisfaction and job culture on performance lecturer remains on Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Trisakti. This research aims to know the influence of job motivation, job satisfaction and job culture on performance lecturer anyway. The research of using primary data obtained from a questionnaire that was distributed from the respondent who is a Professor of structural/functional non permanent Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Trisakti. The questionnaires are distributed 75 questionnaires using the sample slovin formula be 63 used and well stocked by the respondents which processed using SPSS statistics software assistance 22.0 for Windows to be tested the validity, reliability, heteroskedastisitas, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test and a test of the determination of the coefficient to determine the influence of each variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of preferences, perceptions, and behavior of TVone employees to sharia banking. Based on the variables studied then this research type is survey research with descriptive approach, quantitative. The data used are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires and literature study. The research method used multiple linear regression, where the research is done by taking samples from a population. The population of this research is employees of PT Lativi Media Karya. Sampling technique using probability sampling technique with Simple Random Sampling method. The results showed that the three independent variables of only employee behavior that have significant effect on sharia banking in terms of products and sharia principles. Meanwhile, it is known that R value of 0.429 indicates that the value describes the moderate level of relationship between the variables of preference, perception and behavior toward sharia banking. As for the coefficient of determination seen from the figure on Adjusted R Square of 0.116, it shows that the percentage of contribution of independent variables of preference, perception and behavior can contribute influence of 11.6% to the dependent variable of syariah banking, and the remaining 88.4% influenced by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how Scarlett Skincare Store patronage is influenced by emotional and experiential marketing strategies. With a sample of 91 clients, the population of this study is all Scarlett Skincare Store patrons. In this study, unintentional sampling is used. Using IBM SPSS 20, multiple linear regression analysis tools (multiple correlation, determination, F test, and t test) were used to conduct a quantitative study of this research. The study's findings demonstrate how consumer psychology, marketing emotions, and experiential marketing affect Indonesia Skincare Store patron loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada yayasan pendidikan Aldiana Tangerang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mutu pendidikan dan kepuasan siswa selama mereka belajar di yayasan Aldiana. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel yang diambil adalah siswa-siswi kelas X, XI, XII dan alumni di yayasan Aldiana. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas X, XI, XII dan alumni. Sampel penelitian seratus dua responden yang terdiri dari siswa-siswi kelas X, XI, XII dan alumni di yayasan Aldiana. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas kuisioner dalam penelitian ini digunakan program SPSS. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur (SEM) dilakukan dengan menggunakan nilai t-value dengan tingkat signifikan 0.05. Nilai t-value dalam program AMOS 18.00 merupakan nilai Critical Ratio (CR) pada regression weight dari fit model. Apabila nilai Critical Ratio (CR) ≥ 1.967 dan nilai probation ≤ 0.05 maka H0 ditolak (hipotesis diterima). Hasil dari penelitian ini hipotesis yang diterima antara lain: motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan, kemampuan mengajar guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa. Tetapi kemampuan mengajar guru tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan. Fasilitas belajar siswa tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa. Fasilitas belajar tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa. Motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa dan mutu pendidikan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa.

Abstract

This community service activity in the form of mentoring for MSMEs in Gunung Sari Ulu Village aims to provide understanding to MSME actors in Gunung Sari Ulu Village about the importance of brands and packaging in a product and the need for digital financial management and digital marketing (online). MSME mentoring activities are carried out to innovate Maryam bread products "NULIN" such as: providing new packaging; and digital financial management training with the "SI APIK" application. With the mentoring activities, it is hoped that it can attract public attention to the product and also reach a wider market.
