Abstract

In an increasingly cutthroat business environment, companies must be able to choose the right strategy for the company's survival, particularly by marketing their products in accordance with consumers' and customers' wants and expectations. Trust and resistance to change are two factors that consumers/customers take into account when deciding whether or not to remain loyal to a product. This study set out to evaluate the partial impact of trust and mobility limitations on loyalty. The research methods used in this study include descriptive and verification. The population of this study consists of users of Karadenta Skincare products in the city of Sumedang, which also includes the villages of South Sumedang and North Sumedang. For this study, 97 participants were chosen using a purposive sample technique. The distribution of questionnaires served as a method for gathering data. A data instrument's validity and reliability are tested. While the standard assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing are among the data analysis techniques used. Keywords: Trust, Barriers to Movement, and Loyalty.

Abstract

Humanitarian organizations that support social communities by providing work opportunities for employees. In actuality, a website is required to serve as a channel for contacting new contributors and publicizing the organization. In order to create websites for humanitarian organizations using the task-centered system design methodology, research was done based on these issues. Identification, requirements, design as a scenario, and walkthrough evaluation are the four stages of this process. The PACT framework is used to identify users and necessary tasks during the identification phase. The tasks that are actually required are then chosen at the requirements stage. The task-based design is then completed using the Figma program during the design as scenario stage. The workflow and usability of the website, which was developed utilizing cognitive walkthrough and SUS, are also evaluated at this point. Based on the findings of the assessment, it can be said that cognitive walkthrough testing can be used to assess the components of an interface that are easy to learn, effective, and efficient, and that SUS can be used to assess the usability of the design outcomes. Based on the findings of the cognitive testing, a learnability and effectiveness score of 95% with the predicate "very good" and an average efficiency value of 0.1 goals/second with the predicate "very fast" were obtained. The SUS test then yielded an acceptable predicate and a SUS rating of 83

Abstract

The digital age requires lecturers to be able to package learning activities using digital technology. The aim of this study is to find out how lecturers lead their students in learning activities in the digital age and the impact of the digital era on learning and lecturers. This research is qualitative and descriptive, with observational data collection techniques and interviews. The result of this research is the expansion of the digital age, making students and faculty learn unlimitedly in space and time. Teachers need to prepare a learning plan related to the material and digital media that will be used. The use of digital media such as Google Forms, Google Class, and PowerPoint, various learning applications, bloggers, quizzes, Google Meet video conferences, and Zoom meetings has been used by lecturers. The negative impact is that (1) the learning material has become wider so that the essential material is not obtained; (2) the learning is less focused; (3) the lecturer is not always able to control each student's use of the gadget; and (4) the enthusiasm and ability of the senior lecturer still need to be improved. In conclusion, lecturers, as student leaders in learning, are expected to be able to effectively package the developments of the digital age to facilitate the implementation of learning.to effectively package the developments of the digital age to facilitate the implementation of learning.

Abstract

One of the communication strategies that implants a positive perception of a person in the public is personal branding. The presence of Instagram has a function, which is to create a social media marketing strategy and build a brand. With the presence of Instagram, it can influence the behaviour of its followers. One of them is the Instgarm Akbar Maulana selebgram, known as the famous Personal Ajudan because his personality is considered pleasant and entertaining. This research method is qualitative descriptive, with a focus on the case study of the research, which is to find out the form of personal branding Akbar Maulana uses through his social media account Instagram. Supported by Peter Montoya’s eight core personal branding concepts, his research shows that Akbar Maulana’s personal branding meets eight key concepts: specialisation, leadership, personality, difference, appearance, unity, firmness and good name. With a distinctive and strong character in shaping personal branding as a smart, vigorous, and entertaining teenager. Not only that, using the Instagram app that has supplemented a variety of special features with various decorations when making videos, then uploading them to the Instagram media account

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how Scarlett Skincare Store patronage is influenced by emotional and experiential marketing strategies. With a sample of 91 clients, the population of this study is all Scarlett Skincare Store patrons. In this study, unintentional sampling is used. Using IBM SPSS 20, multiple linear regression analysis tools (multiple correlation, determination, F test, and t test) were used to conduct a quantitative study of this research. The study's findings demonstrate how consumer psychology, marketing emotions, and experiential marketing affect Indonesia Skincare Store patron loyalty.

Abstract

With its human resources potential, companies in Indonesia have a challenge managing human resources, especially the millennial generation. Increasing corporate growth and development in Indonesia has a positive impact on society with increased employment opportunities, which will reduce the unemployment rate. One of the efforts to retain employees is that the company should pay attention to the career development of each employee, especially for millennial generation employees who have good performance. There are some issues in the process of career development in the company that are the subject of research, such as the millenial generation employee who cannot develop his career at the company where he works, while the employees feel they have done their job well. Research methods in this research are e-learning methods and interviews, as well as providing questionnaires to research subjects. The research subject in this study is a millennial generation employee at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). Learning is both a strategy and a solution for an organization or company, as well as for an individual, to adapt and take effective action to create a competitive advantage.

Abstract

In order to investigate the impact of digital marketing, service quality, and product on purchasing decisions at PT. Alunicorn, 249 people were questioned. Customer satisfaction was used as an intermediary variable. retrieval method based on the sample's evaluation of the target population. The analytical technique used in this work was SEM AMOS 23. The hypothesis states that whereas service quality has no impact on purchasing decisions through satisfaction, digital marketing and product quality have a positive impact on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate: 1) the impact of leadership, discipline, and work ethic on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Livestock Service of East Java Province, 2) the impact of leadership, discipline, and work ethic on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Livestock Service of East Java Province concurrently, and 3) the variables that most dominantly influence the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the East Java Province. The research findings show that: 1) Leadership partially influences performance; 2) Work Discipline has no effect on performance; 3) The coefficient of determination results show that 88.5% of employee performance variables can be explained by independent variables, namely Leadership (X1) and Work Discipline (X2), while the remaining 13.7% is explained by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

As a result, the goal of this article is to examine the marketing mix used by Antam's Padjadjaran Branch Group to market gold savings products, to evaluate the limitations and challenges faced by the marketing mix within the Antam Group Pajajaran Branch, and to develop marketing strategy recommendations to address both internal and external challenges encountered during the process of marketing gold savings products at the Antam Group Pajajaran Branch. Data for this study was acquired through interviews, observations, and recording using a qualitative descriptive methodology. The Antam Pajajaran Group Branch Managers, the Antam Pajajaran Branch Group Marketing Department, and the Gold Savings Products Pajajaran Bandung Branch's clients served as the study's informants. This study used the marketing mix theory as a guide. The study's conclusions include the marketing tactics used by Antam Group's Pajajaran Branch, which apply segmentation, targeting, and positioning principles, as well as the marketing mix, which includes product, price, place, promotion, people, processes, and facilities.

Abstract

The business world is expanding in Indonesia right now, especially among millennials and start-ups in this case. They must, however, have a mature and well-defined corporate plan because of the intense rivalry and challenging obstacles they encounter. Because the Business Model Canvas can summarize a business strategy on a dialog box page with 9 items, it is believed to be simple, comprehensive, and effective for business planning. The purpose of this service project is to offer BMC model-based business advice and training to Taruna Bakti Bandung Senior High School students. Counseling methods included the lecture style and focus group discussions (FGD). As a result of their community service projects, students are able to develop company ideas using the BMC model.
