Abstract

Immersive experiences in 3D data visualization using Virtual Reality (VR) technology are increasingly important in the digital era with an ever-increasing volume of data. VR allows users to interact with data in three dimensions to improve understanding and analysis of complex information. Research shows that interactions in VR environments can speed up the identification of patterns and anomalies, as well as increase user understanding of data by up to 30% compared to traditional methods. This research aims to provide an alternative to the use of immersive technology with VR to provide immersive data visualization. The development of 3D data visualization prototypes using Oculus, Meta Quest 2, and Unity is expected to be an interactive platform for users. Despite the challenges related to ergonomics and comfort, the potential for VR in improving communication and data understanding is enormous. Systematic VR development methods, through planning, design, development, testing, and maintenance steps, are essential to ensure the application is effective and meets the needs of users.

Abstract

This study developed an integrated evaluation application using a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach combined with user-centered prototyping via Figma, aiming to improve academic service management in educational institutions. The application focused on four main features: service request submission, complaint reporting, lecturer evaluation, and a knowledge base for self-service solutions. Requirements were gathered through questionnaires and interviews with students, lecturers, and faculty leaders to ensure the design met user needs. The prototype was iteratively refined based on quantitative and qualitative evaluations using Likert scale questionnaires. Results showed high user satisfaction with an average score of 4.41, indicating excellent usability, visual appeal, and feature relevance. Thematic analysis highlighted key themes of ease of use, interface consistency, and system security. The integrated UCD and Figma prototyping approach proved effective in producing an adaptive, interactive, and user-friendly application design that supports continuous improvement in academic services.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of digital transformation requires an adaptive, measurable, and contextaware IT governance model. However, existing frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, and ISO/IEC 38500 tend to be partial and prescriptive, failing to address strategic, operational, and innovative needs holistically. This study proposes the Adaptive Digital IT Governance Framework, anovel governance model synthesized from eleven leading IT frameworks and structured into three integrated domains: Govern, Manage, and Adapt. Employing a Design Science Research methodology, the model was developed through a systematic framework analysis, conceptual domain formulation, iterative implementation mapping, and the design of a maturity assessment instrument. The results demonstrate that the Adaptive Digital IT Governance Framework offers a modular, scalable, and value-driven governance solution suited for diverse organizational contexts. Theoretical contributions include extending the IT governance paradigm by integrating strategic alignment, agile governance, and digital sustainability. Practically, the framework provides actionable guidance for designing, assessing, and enhancing digital governance systems across sectors. Unlike previous cross-framework synthesis efforts, the Adaptive Digital IT Governance Framework explicitly introduces the Adapt domain, operationalizing governance agility, innovation capability, and sustainability measurement. This makes the Adaptive Digital IT Governance Framework the first modular, maturity-oriented framework that simultaneously integrates strategy, operations, and adaptability, positioning it as a next-generationmodel to support organizational resilience and sustainable digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital promotion, product quality, product prices, and business location on purchasing decisions for products produced by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Pabean Udik village, Indramayu district. Pabean Udik village is located in a coastal area with relatively low levels of education and technological literacy. The study population includes MSME actors, community members, and stakeholders in the village. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale. If the model includes intervening or moderating variables, it can be analyzed using path analysis. Path analysis allows for the examination of direct and indirect relationships between variables. The analysis will help in making decisions based on hypothesis testing. The findings show that product quality has a positive effect on purchase decisions, product price does not significantly influence purchase decisions, digital promotion has a positive effect on purchase decisions, and business location does not significantly influence purchase decisions. Additionally, product quality, through business location, has a positive effect on purchase decisions, and product price, through digital promotion, also has a positive effect on purchase decisions. Digital promotion has the strongest influence on customers' purchasing decisions. To enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs in coastal areas, it is recommended to utilize digital promotions through platforms such as WhatsApp and Facebook. Additionally, programs for improving the digital literacy and skills of MSMEs' human resources are recommended to better adapt to social media and digital platforms. The aim is to increase their positive competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed public governance, evolving from e-government to more integrated digital government systems. However, the transition toward fully autonomous digital governance remains limited. This study aims to analyze how the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), data governance, and smart infrastructure can enable the development of autonomous digital governance systems. Using a mixed-method approach, this research combines a systematic literature review and case study analysis with quantitative survey data to examine the relationships between key variables, including AI capability, data governance quality, and infrastructure readiness. The findings indicate that the integration of these components significantly contributes to the formation of an autonomous decision-making system, which in turn enhances governance outcomes in terms of efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness. AI capability emerges as the most influential factor, particularly in enabling automation and predictive analytics, while data governance ensures the reliability and accountability of data-driven processes. Smart infrastructure supports real-time data collection and system connectivity, although disparities in infrastructure readiness remain a challenge. The study also identifies key benefits of autonomous digital governance, including faster decision-making, reduced human bias, and the development of predictive public services. However, several risks are highlighted, such as ethical concerns, privacy issues, and over-reliance on technology. This research proposes an integrated conceptual model of autonomous digital governance, emphasizing the need for synergy between technological and institutional components. The study contributes to the advancement of digital governance theory while providing practical insights for policymakers in designing future-ready governance systems.

Abstract

This research proposes a Unified Artificial Intelligence–Driven Data Governance Framework to enhance decision intelligence in smart digital ecosystems. The rapid growth of technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), smart cities, and digital platforms has led to an exponential increase in data volume and complexity, creating challenges related to data silos, poor data quality, lack of governance standards, and ineffective decision-making. While artificial intelligence (AI) has been widely adopted to address analytical needs, existing approaches often fail to integrate data governance with AI-driven decision processes, resulting in unreliable and less transparent outcomes. To address this gap, this study develops a multi-layered framework that integrates data governance, AI, and decision intelligence into a unified architecture. The proposed framework consists of a data layer, governance layer, AI layer, decision layer, and application layer, supported by key components such as data integration modules, data quality engines, policy enforcement mechanisms, AI model management, and decision support systems. A prototype-based methodology is employed to evaluate the framework using machine learning models and optimization techniques within simulated smart ecosystem environments. The results demonstrate that the proposed framework significantly improves decision accuracy, data quality, and system reliability while maintaining acceptable processing time and scalability. Compared to traditional systems and non-governed AI models, the framework provides enhanced transparency, accountability, and compliance. However, challenges related to computational cost, system complexity, scalability, and ethical considerations such as bias and fairness remain. This research contributes to the field by presenting a comprehensive and scalable solution that bridges the gap between AI and data governance.
