Abstract

Pengolahan arsip secara manual di lingkungan kesekretariatan SDM PT. Taspen Cabang Bukittinggi masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan ruang penyimpanan, kesulitan pencarian dokumen, dan risiko kehilangan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem E-arsip berbasis web yang dirancang dengan prinsip antarmuka pengguna dan pengalaman pengguna (UI/UX) guna meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan arsip digital. Dalam perancangan system, metode pengembangan menggunakan SDLC model Watelfall dan alat bantu perncangan system menggunakan UML. Selain itu aga juga menggunakan model Design Thinking, yang mencakup tahap empati, definisi, ideasi, prototipe, dan pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian sistem aplikasi E-arsip yang sudah dirancang dilengkapi berbagai fitur untuk membantu mendapatkan informasi e-arsip lebih efektif dan lebih cepat untuk pencarian seperti layanan arsip surat masuk, surat keluar. Selain itu system E-arsip dilihat dari perancangan UI / UX, system sesuai dengan pengguna. Selanjutnya system di uji dengan metode (SUS) System Usability Scale, bersasarkan hasil analisis dari metode SUS, maka diperoleh nilai nilai rata-rata Skor SUS sebesar 72,75 dengan karegori Baik. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan proses administrasi SDM menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan terdigitalisasi dengan optimal

Abstract

This research aims to comprehend the practice of dividing the inheritance in Saruaso and Sawah Tangah Villages following the distribution principle of inheritance law distribution in Islam. The problem was that there were different views on the distribution of inheritance in the Saruaso and Sawah Tangah Villages with the provisions on the distribution of inheritance based on Islamic teachings. Meanwhile, the people of Saruaso and Sawah Tangah Villages embraced Islam. This research used a survey method. The research object was Niniak Mamak (indigenous stakeholders) and Bundo Kanduang (village's mothers) in two villages, Kanagarian Saruaso and Kanagarian Sawah Tangah. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling technique. The results of this research are the practice of dividing inheritance in Saruaso and Sawah Tangah Village; in this case, low inheritance does not conflict with the provisions that apply to inheritance law in Islamic teachings (based on Faraid law). While the division of high inheritance follows customary provisions, this is because the high inheritance belongs to the people (tribes), cannot be traded, and cannot be divided individually.

Abstract

This study aims to design an online-based art market information system for Batung Taba SMEs to help business actors to market their products digitally and reach a wider market share, especially in the field of arts crafts. Based on the results of observations made that Batung Taba SMES business actors do not yet have an information system which results in the sale of art products not being so widespread. This also makes it difficult for consumers to find information and the availability of goods. The research method uses the waterfall model with UML design tools. The result of this research is that the system built is expected to be able to increase the marketing of art products for the Batung Taba SMES business actors
