Abstract

The development of the physics E-Module at this time really needs to be done because of the very rapid development of information technology and coupled with the Covid-19 pandemic situation which requires the availability of the physics E-Module so that it can assist students in learning physics both face-to-face and virtual learning. Based on preliminary observations made in public high schools and private high schools, it was found that the physics module used was a conventional module, namely the printed version of the physics module and the printed year of the module was out of date, so the module is less relevant when used today. The aim of this research is to develop a high school Physics e-module in Manokwari Regency so that it becomes a valid, effective and practical e-module. The method used is the four-D (4D) method. The population of this study were students of class XI IPA 4 at SMA Negeri 1 Manokwari and class XI IPA at SMA YAPIS Manokwari. This research produces an E-Module of Rotational Dynamics and Rigid Body Equilibrium using Augmented Reality (AR) which can be used interactively by students via mobile devices or computers, where in this E-Module there are simple experiments presented in the form of videos, animations using AR, virtual reality that can be accessed anywhere and anytime so that it can improve the physics learning outcomes of class XI IPA students. The purpose of this research is to produce E-Modules using AR in physics lessons that are practical and effective and can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kampus merdeka merupakan kebijakan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dengan beberapa program yang diterapkan di perguruan tinggi salah satunya adalah magang dan studi independent bersertifikat (MSIB). Program magang memberikan kebebasan kepada mahasiswa untuk memilih bidang magang serta instansi penyedia magang. Namun dalam penerapannya bidang magang yang dipilih belum sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki mahasiswa. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan K-Means Clustering dalam menentukan bidang magang mahasiswa. Studi kasus yang diambil yaitu mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatik Universitas Papua. Kemampuan mahasiswa akan diukur berdasarkan nilai mata kuliah serta menerapkan metode K-Means Clustering untuk mengelompokkan bidang magang mahasiswa. Setelah melakukan pengujian diperoleh nilai DBI terendah yaitu 0.203 dari nilai k=2. Cluster yang terbentuk dalam penelitian ini yaitu cluster_0 dengan 57 data nilai mahasiswa dan cluster_1 dengan 134 data nilai mahasiswa. Dengan metode K-Means Clustering berhasil menentukan bidang magang mahasiswa berdasarkan nilai mata kuliah.

Abstract

This research discusses designing a website-based information system using the CodeIgniter Framework. The aim of this research is to optimize district information management, increase open access to information for the community, and speed up the data management process at the district level. The research methodology involves requirements analysis, system design, implementation using CodeIgniter, and system performance evaluation. A needs analysis is carried out to identify the information needed by the community, district government and other related parties. With the results of this analysis, system design was carried out by utilizing the features provided by the CodeIgniter Framework, such as model-view-controller (MVC) to separate application logic and display. CodeIgniter's advantages in database management and ease of web application development are the main focus in developing this system. The user interface is designed to be responsive and easy for users to use. Designing a website-based district information system using the CodeIgniter Framework can make a positive contribution in increasing the efficiency of district information management, providing better accessibility to the community, and supporting transparency and accountability of district governments in data and information management.

Abstract

The library is part of a learning resource for students at the Department of Physics, University of Papua. Because it makes it easier for students to find information or knowledge through the library. With the development of technology, humans think about being able to work more effectively and efficiently, one of which is to make computerized systems and systems. This study aims to create a Library Information system at the Department of Physics, University of Papua in terms of book search, book data collection, member data collection, borrowers and book returns. The method used in designing library information systems is the RAD model, as well as using PHP programming language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), MySQL database server and using CodeIgniter Framework. The result of this research is a web-based library information system application that has transaction features, making it easier to collect data on borrowing and returning books, and will improve performance and make it easier to manage book data

Abstract

This research was conducted to create an Information System that can make it easier for alumni to find jobs according to their competence. The goal is that alumni can access job vacancy information that matches their interests and expertise through the platform provided by this application. Job search can be adjusted according to certain criteria, and the system provides automatic notifications for suitable vacancies. In addition, Special Job Exchange (BKK) managers can track alumni activities, add job vacancies, and track alumni placements using this application. The speed, scalability, and performance that the CodeIgniter framework offers are advantages. Using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method, the system can be developed with client orientation. The test results show that this application can help alumni find jobs. This will benefit both parties.

Abstract

With the aim of overcoming management and storage problems that still use manual methods in storing data, products, incoming goods, and outgoing goods along with each existing report. It is felt to be less effective and inefficient, because if there is an addition to product data, incoming goods, outgoing goods along with each data report must be studied in detail as a whole, so as to provide ineffectiveness in data processing and storage. The impact of this problem is the delay in providing reports to business owners. and with the existence of an application system "Designing a Web-Based In Out Stock Information System with Codeigniter Framework at the Metrochilon Papuana Gemilang (MPG) Wosi Store". With the mechanism of the in out stock application system, the company gets stock data of goods that are still available to then be used as a reference for incoming and outgoing goods, the issuance of goods is more systematic. With this mechanism, it is proven to help the company's performance and overcome problems in accordance with current technological developments.

Abstract

TOKO AMI IT & CREATIVE is a store located at Sp7 Kampung Sumberboga, Masni District. TOKO AMI IT & CREATIVE itself is a business store that runs an office stationery (ATK) and printing business. At this time, many people have problems managing stock inventory, which is one of the most important things for a business field such as a store. If an item is not properly inventoried, it can cause problems such as inconsistency in the stock of available goods, loss of data on goods owned, long search for item data, a lot of time consuming when managing data, and losses. Therefore, this research aims to assist business processes in TOKO AMI IT & CREATIVE in building web-based applications. The system development methods used are the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Prototype, because this development process has the stages needed in its development.

Abstract

At the same time as the increase in internet users in Indonesia, the number of users has also increased for both video and audio streaming. This increase is based on very rapid technological developments, especially notebooks and tablets that use wireless internet access. The use of streaming video transmission over a wireless network is different from a cable network because the characteristics of wireless networks are limited compared to cable networks, and the characteristics of streaming video transmission require different handling from text data transmission in general. To maintain the stability of internet services for users who access various applications on the internet, the QOS (Quality Of Service) method will be implemented on wireless networks with HTB (Hierarchical Token Bucket) data used, namely video with quality 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p. The QoS parameters analyzed consist of Delay, Jitter, Packet Loss, and Throughput. Test results using the RTP protocol for video streaming have a jitter value of 0 ms because RTP is designed to compensate for jitter and desequencing, if a packet is dropped or lost in the network then RTP will not retransmit to avoid delays due to retransmission requests. To get good video results, packet loss must be between 0% - 3%. If the packet loss is more than 3%, the video results obtained are not satisfactory because the video has a lot of image and sound damage. The author conducted research at UPT Tik Unipa.
