Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out and analyzes the influences of Cash Position, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Assets to Dividend Payout Ratio at manufactured industry period 2012 -2016. The data used in this research is from the yearly financial report in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample use is 7 industry of 149 listed manufactured industy at 2012 ÔÇô 2016. The analysis of method used in this research is the multiple linear regressions method, the hypothesize test used the stastistical of F-test and the stastistical of t-test. The results data analysis showed that all the independent variable, which Cash Position, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Assets simultaneously have an influence on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). At the determinant coefficient (R2) it shows that research independent variables able to explain 19,3% to Dividend Payout Ratio while the remaining of 80,7% explained by independent variables that were un-research. While partially (t-test), only the Return on Assets (ROA) which have an influence on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to study the analysis of education, training and work skills related to the improvement of human resources in the Lenteng District Office of Sumenep Regency; to find out and analyze whether education, training and work ability have a significant and partial influence on the development of Human Resources at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency. This type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research. This research was conducted at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency with a total sample of 34 people. The sampling technique uses the total sampling method. The results of the study showed that simultaneously, education, training and work ability were significant for the development of human resources at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency. Partially, education, training and significant work ability to develop human resources at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the ma al-miftah kecamatan pasean kabupaten pamekasan with a total sample of 48 people. The results showed that managerial capabilities simultaneously, teacher, the discipline of work and competence of teachers teachers had a very significant influence on performance Teacher, evidenced by the value of F is calculated with a degree of 3,135 the significance of 0.003 (less than 0.05). Partially, the managerial capabilities of the teacher, discipline and competence of teachers teacher's work has a significant influence on performance teacher on ma al-miftah kecamatan pasean kabupaten pamekasan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep with a total sample of 60 people (using the random sampling method). The purpose of this study are 1). To describe the quality of human resources, organizational culture and performance professionalism of the Employees of the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, 2). To find out and test whether the quality of human resources, organizational culture and professionalism have a simultaneous influence on the performance of the Employees of the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, 3). Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Pamekasan Police Station in Pamekasan Regency with a total sample of 42 police officers. The objectives of this study are: 1) To describe the provision of incentives and supervision on the performance police officers, 2) To find out whether the provision of incentives and supervision has a simultaneous influence on the performance police officers, 3) To find out whether the provision of incentives and supervision has a partial effect on police officers, 4) To find out which variable among incentives and supervision has a dominant influence on the performance police officers. The results showed that: 1. Simultaneously, the provision of incentives and supervision simultaneously had a significant influence on the performance of Pamekasan police officers in Pamekasan Regency, 2. Partially, the provision of incentives and supervision partially has a significant influence on the performance of Pamekasan police officers in Pamekasan Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Kedungdung Sub-District Police, Sampang Regency. with a total sample of 33 people. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out and describe communication competencies, emotional intelligence, organizational culture and performance of police officers, 2) To find out and analyze whether communication competencies, emotional intelligence and organizational culture simultaneously influence the performance of police officers, 3) To find out and analyze whether communication skills, emotional intelligence and organizational culture partially influence the performance of police officers. The results showed that 1) Simultaneously, communication competencies, emotional intelligence and organizational culture had a very significant effect on employee performance, 2) Partially, communication competencies, emotional intelligence and organizational culture have a significant influence on the performance Police officers. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency. with a total sample of 34 employees. Analysis of data using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research approaches. The results of the study show that: 1) Simultaneously, leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Partially, leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Pamekasan Regional Police Station. with a total sample of 85 people. The objectives of this study are 1) To describe how the transformational leadership, work motivation, and quality of human resources on the performance, 2) To find out and analyze whether transformational leadership, work motivation and quality of human resources simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance, 3) To find out and analyze whether transformational leadership, work motivation and quality of human resources partially have a significant influence on the performance. Analysis of data using SPSS. The results of the study show that 1). Simultaneously, transformational leadership, work motivation, HR quality have a very significant effect on personnel performance 2). Partially, transformational leadership, work motivation and quality of human resources have a significant effect on the performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Pamekasan Police Office with the number of research samples of 42 personnel, The purpose of this study is 1) To know and describe about knowledge, work experience, human resource competence and career development on the work performance, 2) To test and analyze whether knowledge, work experience, HR competence and career development have a simultaneous and significant influence on the work performance, 3) To test and analyze whether the knowledge significantly affect the work performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is 1) to know the simultaneous effect of functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline, to the development of career careers of DAU Police Sub-district of Malang Regency, 2) to know the partial influence of functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline, to the development of career careers of DAU Police Sub-district of Malang Regency, 3) To know the variables that have dominant influence to the development of career careers of DAU District Police Sector Malang. The results showed: 1) simultaneously functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline had a significant influence on the development of career careers of Malang District Police Sector, 2) Partially functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline have a significant influence on the development of career careers of DAU District Police Sector Malang, 3) Based on the results of the t test, it is known that the competence of human resources have a dominant influence on the development of career careers Police Sector of Malang Regency.
