Abstract

Semakin banyaknya koperasi kredit yang baru maka penting bagi Program Studi Manajemen melakukan pelatihan manajemen keuangan dan manajemen pemasaran bagi para pengurus dan pengawas Koperasi Kredit Harapan Sejahtera guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan anggota serta menambah jumlah anggota. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberi pemahaman tentang pentingnya mengatur anggaran, strategi pemasaran koperasi di era modern dan pelaksanaan bauran pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemaparan materi dan diskusi dengan peserta. Tahap pelaksanaannya adalah pertemuan awal, menyiapkan kebutuhan yang akan digunakan selama kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan rencana keberlanjutan. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini adalah terus melakukan pelatihan manajemen keuangan terkait perolehan dan penggunaan anggaran, manajemen pemasaran terkait strategi pemasaran modern dan bauran pemasaran sesuai perkembangan zaman agar mampu bersaing dengan banyak koperasi kredit lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Memorable Tourism Experience on the intention to revisit with nostalgia as a mediating variable in renovated tourist destinations where, the destination still offers the same thing but with a different appearance. The author examines tourism destinations in Kupang City that are being improved in order to increase their core competitiveness and generate tourist visit intentions. The methodological approach consists of three types: interview, observation and survey. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. Of the 203 questionnaires we distributed, 172 respondents answered that they had visited Tedis Beach and were willing to continue answering 14 questions related to research. The results showed the influence of Memorable Travel Experiences on the intention to revisit tourist attractions that have been transformed. But nostalgia does not directly affect the intention to visit again. This research can be an information, consideration, and contribution of ideas for stakeholders in an effort to increase interest in visiting Tedis Beach Kupang. It is hoped that future research can develop other elements that can increase MTE such as: psychological factors, culture, environmental factors, and interrelational factors. In addition, it can offer both positive and negative experiences that involve international tourists as research objects

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product variation strategies, premium pricing, marketing communication, and digital marketing on marketing performance. Conducted this research in Malaka, East Nusa Tenggara. A population of 50 respondents. The analytical method used SPSS 15.00. This result rejects the proposed hypothesis, which is quite good. Consumer perceptions of product variety strategies, premium pricing, marketing communication and digital marketing at BUMDes Kufeu-M'rian-Malaka are good. The results showed that all strategies carried out had a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Premium pricing has a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of BUMDes Kufeu-M'rian-Malaka.

Abstract

Saat ini traveling sudah menjadi trend kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Untuk beberapa orang yang tinggal di Indonesia, bepergian bisa dikategorikan sebagai hobi yang mahal. Bepergian keluar kota atau luar negeri dapat biaya cukup banyak karena itu termasuk transportasi, reservasi hotel, makan,rekreasi, belanja, souvenir, dan sebagainya. Tiket.com adalah perusahaan internet dan aplikasi yang menyediakan reservasi dan tiket secara online serta menyediakan layanan pemesanan tiket. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah harga, iklan dan gaya hidup mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dilakukan terhadap responden yang melakukan pembelian di tiket.com. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna tiket.com yang berdomisili di Kota Kupang berusia 20-30 tahun yang membeli atau memesan tiket dari tiket.com. 120 responden dipilih melalui purposive sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google form. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis inferensial dan alat analisis penelitian ini adalah SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Harga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Promosi berpengaruh signifikan dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Gaya Hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dapat dilakukan antara lain dengan menawarkan promosi, potongan harga, kupon gratis dan kontes untuk menciptakan harga yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian di aplikasi tiket.com.

Abstract

Studi ini menguji pengaruh nilai konsumsi (yaitu nilai fungsional, nilai sosial, nilai emosional, nilai kondisional, dan nilai epistemik) terhadap kepedulian lingkungan konsumen di Indonesia (Kota Kupang) seperti yang diungkapkan dalam pembelian produk ramah lingkungan. Hal ini juga menyelidiki perbedaan antara tiga kelompok penggunaan (pengguna ringan, rata-rata, dan berat) dan faktor signifikan yang mendorong perbedaan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur yang dikelola sendiri. Data dianalisis dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui program komputer Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) versi 24. Hasil empiris menegaskan bahwa nilai emosional mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap kepedulian konsumen terhadap lingkungan, yang dinyatakan dalam pembelian produk ramah lingkungan, nilai sosial dan nilai epistemik, dan kualitas nilai fungsional pada yang terakhir. Nilai kondisional tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Perbedaan  signifikan secara statistik ditemukan ketika membandingkan pengguna ringan dengan pengguna sedang dan  berat (p<0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menambah dorongan baru terhadap temuan sebelumnya mengenai kepedulian konsumen terhadap lingkungan, yang ditunjukkan dengan pembelian produk ramah lingkungan yang dianggap remeh dalam konteks Indonesia. Hasilnya juga memberikan informasi penting kepada perusahaan dan mendorong mereka untuk berinvestasi lebih banyak lagi pada nilai sosial, nilai epistemik, dan  nilai fungsional berkualitas tinggi di perusahaan produksi, untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan  konsumen selama keputusan pembelian, dan untuk menghasilkan produk  ramah lingkungan. barang konsumsi.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to learn more about the West Miomaffo District, North Central Timor Regency's horticultural farmers' motivation, training, production capabilities, and performance. With a population of 4,160 and a sample of 94 respondents, this study falls within the quantitative research area. The descriptive analysis's findings demonstrate that farmers had positive perceptions of the factors of motivation, training, production capabilities, and farmer performance. While the results of the inferential analysis demonstrate a significant linear relationship between Horticultural Farmer Performance (Y) and the variables Motivation (X1), Training (X2), and Production Facilities (X3), the results of the t test demonstrate a positive correlation between each of these variables and Horticultural Farmer Performance (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, competence, work environment and organizational culture which simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Nusa Tenggara Province. The population in this study were all employees at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Nusa Tenggara Province, totaling 121 people using census techniques. Data can be collected using questionnaires and documentation studies. The research results show that employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Nusa Tenggara Province can be improved by increasing employee motivation, employee competency, work environment and a supportive organizational culture.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the significance of the relationship between work motivation and employee work discipline; and to ensure the significance of the relationship between work motivation and compensation in terms of mediating the relationship between these influences in the Financial Agency and Regional Assets of Kupang City. This research uses quantitative techniques. Descriptive statistical analysis shows that motivating employees in the workplace is influenced positively and significantly by leadership, rewards and punishment. Discipline in the workplace is significantly and beneficially influenced by leadership, rewards, and punishment. Work motivation influences work discipline positively but not significantly. Workplace motivation is not a moderator of how leadership, rewards, and punishment influence workplace discipline.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of competence, leadership and organizational culture mediated by job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Nusa Tenggara Province. The respondents in this research are all 106 staffs of the General Bureau. The data were collected using survey questionnaire and analysed using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Squares). The results show that competence and organizational culture partially have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, but leadership has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, competence, organizational culture, leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees. Further, the results of the study show that job satisfaction has a positive significant role in mediating the effect of competence and organizational culture on employee performance. However job satisfaction has no significant influence in mediating the effect of leadership on employee performance

Abstract

Abstract: Writing this scientific paper intends to review literature that has an impact on employee performance, namely work discipline which is used as an intervening variable as well as work motivation and employee competence. Writing this scientific paper intends to determine the hypothesis that has an impact on each variable so that it is useful for writing further scientific work. The results obtained are: 1) Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee work discipline; 2) Employee competence has a positive or significant impact on employee work discipline; 3) Work motivation has a positive or significant impact on employee performance; 4). Employee competence has a positive or significant impact on employee performance; 5). Employee work discipline has a positive or significant impact on employee work performance; 6). Work discipline can mediate work motivation that affects employee performance; 7) Work discipline can mediate employee competencies that affect employee work performance. 8) Work motivation and employee competence together have a positive and quite important impact on employee performance. Abstrak: Penulisan karya ilmiah ini bermaksud guna mengulas kajian pustaka yang mempunyai dampak pada prestasi kerja pegawai, yakni disiplin kerja yang dijadikan variable intervening serta motivasi kerja dan kompetensi pegawai. Penulisan karya ilmiah ini bermaksud untuk penentuan hipotesis yang mempunyai dampak ke setiap variabel supaya bermanfaat bagi penulisan karya ilmiah selanjutnya. Hasil yang didapat ialah: 1) Motivasi kerja mempengaruhi positif maupun cukup penting pada disiplin kerja pegawai; 2) Kompetensi pegawai mempengaruhi positif maupun cukup penting pada disiplin kerja pegawai; 3) Motivasi kerja mempengaruhi positif maupun cukup penting pada prestasi kerja pegawai; 4). Kompetensi pegawai mempengaruhi positif maupun cukup penting pada prestasi kerja pegawai; 5). Disiplin kerja pegawai mempengaruhi positif maupun cukup penting pada prestasi kerja pegawai; 6). Disiplin kerja dapat melakukan mediasi terhadap motivasi kerja yang mempengaruhi prestasi kerja karyawan; 7) Disiplin kerja dapat melakukan mediasi terhadap kompetensi pegawai yang memengaruhi prestasi kerja karyawan. 8) Motivasi kerja maupun kompetensi pegawai secara bersama-sama mempunyai dampak pada positif dan cukup penting pada prestasi kerja karyawan.
