Abstract

A review of previous research on m-banking in developing countries reveals that research on the drivers of trust in mobile banking is somewhat limited. Therefore, this study attempts to investigate the factors that influence the user's perception of confidence in mobile banking services. This model was tested empirically using an online survey from a convenience sampling of 95 respondents and analyzed using SEM PLS. This study estimates that six variables (perceived credibility, perceived benefits, security risks, privacy risks, social influence, and perceived behavioral control) directly impact perceived trust in mobile banking. The results, in particular, perceived benefits positively affect perceived trust in mobile banking, followed by social influence, security risk, and privacy risk has power on perceived trust in mobile banking. On the other hand, perceived credibility and PBC show no significant effect on the belief of mobile banking users.

Abstract

Understanding why exaggerated negative word of mouth customers complain the way they do is important from theorical, managerial and public policy perspectives. This research try to answer customer negative WOM and desirable organizational outcomes, the possibility that customer might routinely exaggerate their consumption experience stories has been neglected. This research uses non-random sampling method (convenience sampling) in order to collect data. 138 people in Kupang were used as respondents. Data were collected using questionnaire (google form). This study uses SEM analyze to test the data. The result suggested consumer dissatisfaction and consumer vanting had effect toward exaggerated negative word of mouth, interactional justice and perceived tie had no effect toward exaggerated negative word of mouth. Abstract

Harga adalah satu dari sekian poin penting di pemasaran serta dalam menciptakan nilai pelanggan. Harga Ganjil menjadi satu dari sekian strategi yang dibuat oleh perusahaan untuk membentuk kesan harga murah di benak konsumen. Dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk menyelami relasi antara harga ganjil maupun keterlibatan konsumen tehadap niat untuk beli. Metode pengambilan sampel non-random yaitu convenience sampling digunakan di dalam penelituan ini untuk pengumpulan data. Responden berjumlah 112 orang yang berada di Kupang. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada pelanggan yang menggunakan shopee (produk Flash sale) di Kupang. Metode penelitian adalah survei dan data dianalisis dan diinterpretasikan dengan menggunakan Structure Equation Modeling (SEM). Hubungan antara harga ganjil, keterlibatan pelanggan menunjukkan pengaruh positif satu sama lain. Kata kunci: Harga ganjil, keterlibatan konsumen, niat beli

Abstract

Aplikasi pengiriman makanan menjadi teknologi seluler yang sedang berkembang, dan diadopsi secara luas oleh bisnis katering dan pelanggan. Pada masa Covid-19 FDA memberikan manfaat serta menyelamatkan berbagai pihak antara lain, perusahaan di bidang makanan serta pelanggan yang bisa memanfaatkan jejaring online yang ada pada FDA. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi implikasi pengaruh 4 faktor yaitu performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence dan trust terhadap continuance intention of using FDAs. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 orang yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi pengiriman makanan setidaknya sekali dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Hasil yang diolah dengan SEM AMOS versi 24 menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang signifikan terhadap continuance intention of using FDAs selama pandemi COVID-19 adalah performance expectancy, effort expectancy, dan social influence. Yang tidak berpengaruh adalah faktor trust.

Abstract

Tenun Ikat NTT as traditional apparel hasn't attracted the youth market yet especially millennial genera-tion. The millennial generation is a potential market that profitable for Tenun Ikat NTT industry. This re-search tries to answer the questions about attitude and repurchase intention of the millennial generation to buy Tenun Ikat NTT. The author predicts positive attitude and positive norm subjective effect repurchase intention of millennial generation toward Tenun Ikat NTT. This research uses a non-random sampling method (convenience sampling) in order to collect data. One hundred ten young people in Kupang were used as respondents (born in 1982-2000). Data were collected using a questionnaire (google form). This study uses SEM analyze to test the data. The result suggested model fully conforms to theory reasoned ac-tion, attitude and subjective norm had effect toward repurchase intention, fashion involvement and product personality had an effect toward attitude. The study result could be taken to count any policies that link all of the characteristics used in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance moderated by job satisfaction at the Department of Tourism of Kupang city. This type of research is quantitative survey research. The population and sample in this study amounted to 52 people. Collecting data through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. This research uses quantitative survey research. The results of research show that work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture does not have a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of the mediation test show that job satisfaction cannot mediate work motivation on employee performance and job satisfaction can mediate organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dikategorikan menjadi usaha desa yang berpotensial untuk dikembangkan menjadi penggerak ekonomi desa. Sosialisasi cara menyusun proposal usaha pada kegiatan pelatihan bagi BUMDes dalam rangka kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berniat untuk menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan penyusunan proposal usaha. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Kupang barat pada dua desa yaitu Desa Tablolong dan Desa Oenaek, pesertanya terdiri dari pengurus Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes), pemerintah desa, Badan Pengawas Desa, tokoh masyarakat, Unit Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM), dan kelompok anak muda berjumlah 20 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyampaian materi berupa ceramah, diskusi dan simulasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan menunjukkan kegiatan sosialisasi mendorong pengurus BUMDes dan menambah pengetahuan serta keterampilan menyusun proposal usaha. Kegiatan ini kedepannya dapat  dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis dalam penyusunan proposal usaha Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Proposal Usaha, Sosialisasi, Sencana Bisnis                  ABSTRACT Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is categorized as a village business that has the potential to be developed as a driving force for the village economy. Training on how to prepare business proposals in training activities for BUMDes in the context of community service activities intends to increase knowledge and skills in preparing business proposals. The activity was carried out in West Kupang District in two villages, namely Tablolong Village and Oenaek Village. The participants consisted of BUMDes management, village government, Village Supervisory Board, community leaders, Micro Small Medium Unit (MSMEs), and a group of 20 young people. The method used is the delivery of material in the form of lectures, discussions, and simulations. The results of the activity show that socialization activities encourage BUMDes management and increase their knowledge and skills in preparing business proposals. This activity can be continued in the future with training and technical guidance in the preparation of business proposals. Keywords: Business Proposal Training, Socialization, Business Plan

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to prove and analyze the effect of uncertainty variable, trust and frequency buying on transaction cost economics, as well as the implications of transaction cost economics on consumer's willingness to buy online. The sample is 115 people. The data comes from analyzed with SEM AMOS version 24. The results showed that the brand uncertainty of online stores had no effect on transaction cost economics. Meanwhile, performance uncertainty of products has a positive effect on transaction cost economics. Dependability of online store, privacy policy and buying frequency have a negative effect on transaction cost economics. Transaction cost economics has a negative effect on consumer's willingness to buy online.Abstrak: Tujuan peneltian yaitu membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel uncertainty, trust dan frequency buying terhadap transaction cost economics, serta implikasi transaction cost economics terhadap consumer’s willingness to buy online. Banyaknya responden di penelitian ini adalah 115 orang. Perolehan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM AMOS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand uncertainty of online stores tidak berpengaruh terhadap transaction cost economics. Sedangkan performance uncertainty of products berpengaruh positif terhadap transaction cost economics. Abstract

Technology is a part of human life. Almost all mechanical work. The high use of smartphones makes the banking industry more competitive in marketing products using mobile phones, helping customers in the banking business everywhere and all the time. This research aims to analyze the impact of perceived service quality, perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, perceived security, and OVO users' satisfaction and trust. . This study classifies it as descriptive analysis with samples and questions as the main tools. The sample for this study is an e-cash user. Respondents were selected using non-probability and convenience sampling methods. The results of the analysis using the structural equation modeling (SEM) and the results will appear as follows: the results of agreement have a positive effect on satisfaction in use, perceived benefits in use have a significant effect on satisfaction in use. 4. Abstract

Anak usia dini adalah usia dimana pertumbuhan peka terhadap perkembangan kemampuan kognitif, gerak fisik, bahasa, emosi sosial, dan nilai-nilai agama dan moral. Pada titik ini, kekurangan administratif harus disesuaikan dengan kelompok usia. Calistung bisa diterapkan untuk meningkatkan anak usia dini asalkan aspek perkembangannya. Mahasiswa dari Universitas Katolik Widya Mandira Kupang melangsungkan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Duarato untuk mempromosikan cinta budaya literasi. Kegiatan pendampingan berupa pelajaran membaca, menulis dan berhitung dengan pendekatan yang lebih santai dan bersahabat bagi siswa usia sekolah. Program ini mencapai hasil yang memuaskan berdasarkan persepsi guru dan orang tua, siswa memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang calistung, dan anak-anak menunjukkan perilaku yang lebih terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran
