Abstract

The influence to conflict and job motivation on the job Ethos and their implication on employee’s performance. It is found that the employee’s performance  tend to decrease This matter is caused by lack of multiple complex of conflict and job motivation, so that it causes the decreasing of job ethos which implicates to the low of  employee’s performance. The characteristics measured from each responden are conflict, motivation, job etho’s , employee’s performance and their demographic characteristics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix consisting of product, price, place and promotion on customer satisfaction in the Cinematography Extracurricular Training program for the Bandung Branch of Cinema Innovator Company. The research method used is a survey research method. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, literature studies and distributing questionnaires to 21 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis used was multiple regression analysis with the help of SPPS 26. The results showed that the marketing mix of product, price and place had no and no significant effect on customer satisfaction, meanwhile, promotion had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously product, price, place and promotion have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The marketing mix variable consisting of product, price, place and promotion has an effect of 62.3% on the customer satisfaction variable, while 37.7% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Sinaradi Tatasejahtera. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para pelanggan PT. Sinaradi Tatasejahtera. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden yang pernah melakukan transaksi lebih dari dua kali. Metode analisi data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS. Metode survai deskriptif adalah suatu metode penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Dalam penelitian ini data dan informasi dikumpulkan dari responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, terdapat pengaruh Harga terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, dan terdapat pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga secara bersama-sama terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan sebesar 78,3%. Artinya, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga dapat menjelaskan variasi Kepuasan Pelanggan sebesar 78,3%. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the factors that can improve purchasing decisions by looking at the role of brand image, store atmosphere and word of mouth. The research method used is a quantitative approach to the survey by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This method is used to understand the impact of each variable. The results of this study indicate that purchasing decisions are positively influenced by brand image, store atmosphere and word of mouth. Thus the hypothesis proposed in this study can be accepted. In conclusion, this research has implications for business people, especially business owners to improve the image and store atmosphere better so that consumers feel comfortable when visiting. Abstract

Public service is an activity that involves at least two people, namely the party serving and the party being served. At this time it is said that service cannot be separated from human life because society always demands quality public services from an employee perspective, even though these demands are not in accordance with public expectations, the services that have occurred so far have been inaccurate or often late. This is indicated by the existence of various public complaints conveyed through the mass media, which can lead to an unfavorable image of government officials. Considering that the main function of the government is to serve the community, the government needs to strive to improve the quality of service. This study aims to determine and analyze the quality of public services in the Cibeureum Village, Cimahi City. This study uses qualitative research methods in a way that describes synergistic problems when the research is carried out. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documents. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets, interview sheets, and structured documentation made by the researchers themselves. The results showed that the quality of public services in the Cibeureum sub-district was in accordance with the existing terms and products, besides that public services in the Cibeureum sub-district had a fairly good level of timeliness and alertness so that people were enthusiastic enough to use public services.

Abstract

Service is the key to success in various service activities or businesses. Its role is very large in efforts to provide satisfaction to the community. The public can directly assess government performance based on the quality of public services which are in the interests of many people and the impact is directly felt by people from all walks of life. This study aims to determine the effect of the Community Satisfaction Survey on the Improvement of Population Administration Services in Cigugur Tengah Village. The method used is quantitative research with a population and sample of people who have surveyed community satisfaction in the Cigugur Tengah Village. Based on the results of the research and the results of the research analysis on the effect of the community satisfaction survey on improving population administration services in Cigugur Tengah Village, it was shown that the community satisfaction survey had an effect on improving population administration services in Cigugur Tengah Village. The results of this study 0.806 or 80,6% community satisfaction is influenced by administrative service variables and employee performance and is influenced by other variables not present in this study of 19,4%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer responses regarding the effect of service quality and store atmosphere on consumer loyalty at the Surjoy coffee shop in Bandung. The population in this study were true coffee consumers in the city of Bandung as many as 101 people, where the sample in this study was also the population. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, literature studies, and distributing questionnaires. Multiple linear analysis. The method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The results in this study indicate that there is an influence between store atmosphere and service quality on consumer loyalty. This result is supported by Dahmiri's research (2020) that there is a significant effect of these two variables on consumer loyalty. This study emphasizes that these two variables must be managed properly by the organization, especially when competition is increasing.
