Abstract

ABSTRACTLebakmuncang Tourism Village, Ciwidey District requires an adaptation in increasing the diversification of tourist attractions. Comprehensive and attractive digitalization needs to be carried out to maximize the promotion of Tourism Villages. This research aims to analyze digitalization strategies that are suitable for implementation in the Lebakmuncang Tourism Village with a diversification approach to tourist attractions. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the variable diversification of tourist attractions which has indicators of Tourist Village Structure, potential for tourist attractions, Sapta Pesona, homestay management, digital marketing and digitalization of virtual tours. Based on the analysis, it was found that the challenges faced by the Lebakmuncang Tourism Village are based on minimal management knowledge and the lack of development of existing information media, apart from that the management has not been optimal in improving the branding image of the tourist village through the use of technology. You can diversify tourist attractions in the Lebakmuncang Tourism Village by creating a 360 virtual tour scheme. Virtual tour technology using a 360 camera can be a solution for digitizing tourist attractions in the Lebakmuncang tourist village. Six indicators of the diversification variable of tourist attractions can be created into a 360 virtual tour scheme, which offers authenticity and virtual experience of tourist attraction locations.ABSTRAKDesa Wisata Lebakmuncang, Kecamatan Ciwidey membutuhkan suatu adaptasi dalam peningkatan diversifikasi atraksi wisata. Digitalisasi secara komprehensif dan menarik perlu dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan promosi Desa Wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi digitalisasi yang cocok di terapkan di Desa Wisata Lebakmuncang dengan pendekatan diversifikasi atraksi wisata. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan variabel diversifikasi atraksi wisata yang memiliki indikator strukur Desa Wisata, potensi atraksi wisata, sapta pesona, pengelolaan homestay, pemasaran digital dan digitalisasi virtual tour. Berdasarkan analisis ditemukan bahwa tantangan yang dihadapi pada Desa Wisata Lebakmuncang berporos pada pengetahuan tatakelola yang minim dan belum berkembangnya media informasi yang ada, selain itu juga pengelola belum optimal dalam meningkatkan branding image desa wisata melalui pemanfaatan teknologi. Teknologi virtual tour menggunakan kamera 360 dapat menjadi solusi untuk digitalisasi atraksi wisata di Desa Wisata Lebakmuncang. Enam indikator dari variabel diversifikasi atraksi wisata dapat dibuat skema virtual tour 360, yang dimana menawarkan keaslian serta pengalaman secara virtual lokasi atraksi wisata.

Abstract

Travel plays a crucial role in shaping and influencing the quality of life of emerging adulthood who explore their lives. The motivation for travel is a pivotal factor that determines their view about the influence of travel on quality of life. This study focused on individuals aged 18 to 25 who had traveled at least once in the six years (2018-2024). A total of 212 respondents answered the questionnaires distributed to collect data.. The collected data underwent rigorous analysis using various methods, including descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, hierarchical cluster analysis, chi-square, and ANOVA. These analyses were conducted with the assistance of the SPSS Statistics version 23 program. The findings of this research indicated that travel has a significant effect on the quality of life of emerging adulthood. Applying cluster analysis to the survey data resulted in the identification of four distinct categories of respondents according to their views on the effects of travel. These categories are (1) the least affected cluster, (2) the cognitively affected cluster, (3) the socially affected cluster, and (4) the most affected cluster. The largest cluster, designated as "cluster 4," encompasses 100 respondents who reported the most significant influence of travel on their quality of life. This research may be utilized to inform the vital role of travel in improving the quality of life of the emerging adulthood segment, as well as to provide suggestions for tourist destinations or travel businesses.

Abstract

With the rapid development of the internet and social media, Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) has become a powerful medium for sharing information and shaping public perception. This study explores how E-WOM influences individuals’ decisions to visit tourism destinations, focusing particularly on travel related content shared through TikTok. This study applies a quantitative survey design with purposive sampling of 250 valid respondents who are active TikTok users and prospective tourists. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, and regression use SPSS.  Although certain data patterns showed irregularities, the overall analysis confirms a clear and consistent connection between the two variables. This study confirms that E-WOM disseminated through travel vlog content on TikTok has a positive and significant influence on tourists’ decisions to visit a destination. The findings emphasize the strategic importance of managing digital narratives on social media platforms, encouraging tourism stakeholders to pay closer attention to how content is created and perceived. This research offers practical insights for enhancing digital marketing strategies and opens further opportunities to investigate other influencing factors in tourism decision making within the digital era.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) harus mengadopsi teknologi digital untuk bertahan dalam persaingan pasar di era digitalisasi yang cepat ini. Khususnya, UMKM ADZ Craft menghadapi tantangan besar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan digital mereka dan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam berbagai bidang seperti digital marketing, adopsi teknologi, literasi digital, dan peningkatan kemampuan digital. Meskipun ada bantuan dari pemerintah dan teknologi, tidak cukup pengetahuan untuk menerapkannya dengan baik. Untuk memberikan penjelasan lebih lanjut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan kolaboratif dan partisipatif, yang melibatkan observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, dan fokus kelompok fokus (FGD). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan besar dalam jangkauan pasar, pengetahuan merek, dan efisiensi operasional setelah pelatihan. Ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi digital yang terintegrasi sangat penting. Selain itu, kemampuan karyawan untuk menggunakan teknologi meningkat, yang menunjukkan betapa efektifnya pelatihan literasi digital. Dengan demikian, meningkatkan kemampuan digital UMKM dapat meningkatkan kinerja bisnis dan meningkatkan keberlanjutan ekonomi digital. Kegiatan PKM dan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program pembinaan yang dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan adopsi teknologi oleh UMKM sangat diperlukan.

Abstract

Era digital saat ini menuntut sektor kreatif untuk beradaptasi dan berinovasi secara berkelanjutan guna mempertahankan relevansi dan daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi inovasi dan resiliensi yang diterapkan oleh sektor kreatif dalam menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi kasus dari berbagai organisasi kreatif yang berhasil mengimplementasikan transformasi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi antara inovasi dalam proses kreatif dan resiliensi organisasi merupakan kunci utama dalam mengoptimalkan transformasi digital. Peneliti menemukan bahwa adaptasi terhadap teknologi baru, penerapan model bisnis yang fleksibel, dan pengembangan budaya organisasi yang mendorong pembelajaran berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi merupakan salahsatu faktor penting dalam membangun resiliensi. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini membahas implikasi dari strategi inovasi dan resiliensi terhadap kinerja dan keberlanjutan bisnis di sektor kreatif. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi para pemangku kepentingan sektor kreatif untuk merumuskan dan menerapkan strategi yang efektif dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar dan teknologi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam mengembangkan kerangka kerja yang dapat mendukung sektor kreatif dalam merespons tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang yang muncul dari transformasi digital.

Abstract

Work-life balance has become a critical issue in the hospitality industry, which is characterized by high service demands, irregular working hours, and intense work pressure. Despite the growing body of literature on work-life balance and employee performance, empirical evidence focusing on the hospitality sector in Indonesia remains limited. This study aims to examine the effect of work-life balance on employee performance in a four-star hotel in Bandung, Indonesia. A quantitative approach with a descriptive and verificative design was employed. The research population consisted of 50 hotel employees, and a saturated sampling technique was applied. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed through simple linear regression. The results indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, explaining 26.1% of performance variance. This finding suggests that while work-life balance plays an important role in enhancing employee performance, other factors also contribute substantially. The study provides empirical support for the strategic importance of work-life balance policies in service-oriented organizations and offers practical implications for hotel management in improving employee well-being, productivity, and retention. Furthermore, this research contributes to the literature by enriching contextual evidence from the Indonesian hospitality industry and highlighting directions for future research on comprehensive human resource management strategies.   Keywords: work-life balance; employee performance; hospitality industry; employee well-being; productivity
