Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia yang dipengaruhi faktor gizi, lingkungan, dan sosial ekonomi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bilungala Utara, Kabupaten Bone Bolango, dengan tujuan memetakan kondisi gizi balita, mendeteksi risiko Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) pada ibu hamil, serta memberikan edukasi gizi berbasis pangan lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan partisipatif, melibatkan 70 balita, 3 ibu hamil, kader posyandu, tenaga kesehatan, dan aparat desa. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, serta catatan resmi posyandu dan puskesmas, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian informasi, dan triangulasi. Hasil menunjukkan prevalensi stunting relatif rendah, namun masih terdapat kendala ekonomi dan keterbatasan akses pangan bergizi. Edukasi gizi yang diberikan meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil dan orang tua balita mengenai pola makan seimbang serta pemanfaatan pangan lokal. Kegiatan ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan pembiayaan posyandu, inovasi pencatatan digital, dan strategi komunikasi gizi yang inklusif. Implikasi mencakup penguatan praktik kader, kebijakan berbasis komunitas, serta peluang penelitian lanjutan terkait efektivitas edukasi interaktif dalam pencegahan stunting.

Abstract

A vortex generator is an aerodynamic device installed on wings or other surfaces to enhance lift and delay stall at high angles of attack. This study aims to analyze the effect of vortex generator installation on the aerodynamic characteristics of a straight wing. Numerical simulations were conducted using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method on a three-dimensional wing model with a NACA 4412 airfoil section. Triangular vortex generators with heights of 10 mm and 20 mm were applied, while a clean wing without vortex generator was used as a reference. The wing was subjected to an airflow velocity of 50 m/s at several angles of attack. The main parameters observed were the lift coefficient (CL), drag coefficient (CD), and flow visualization around the wing surface. The simulation results show that the addition of a 10 mm vortex generator increases CL at higher angles of attack compared to the clean wing. In contrast, the installation of a 20 mm vortex generator primarily resulted in a higher CD and did not provide a positive contribution to lift performance. Overall, it could be concluded that  for this research configuration, the 10 mm vortex generator increase the aerodynamic performance of the wing.

Abstract

Mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit sangat bergantung pada kompetensi tenaga kesehatan sebagai ujung tombak penyelenggara layanan. Kualifikasi pendidikan menjadi faktor penting dalam menentukan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan, namun masih ditemukan variasi latar belakang pendidikan yang tidak selalu relevan dengan bidang kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kualifikasi pendidikan tenaga kesehatan dalam mendukung mutu pelayanan di RSUD Toto Kabila. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap tenaga medis, paramedis, administrasi, dan manajemen rumah sakit yang dipilih secara purposive. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model Miles dan Huberman melalui proses reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang divalidasi dengan triangulasi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya variasi kualifikasi mulai dari diploma, sarjana, hingga non-kesehatan. Tenaga dengan kualifikasi sesuai bidang lebih memahami SOP, bekerja disiplin, dan memberikan pelayanan optimal, sementara tenaga yang tidak relevan menghadapi kendala teknis yang berdampak pada keterlambatan dan menurunnya kepuasan pasien. Ditemukan pula hambatan berupa keterbatasan tenaga berkualifikasi tepat, distribusi kerja tidak merata, dan minimnya pelatihan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kualifikasi pendidikan tenaga kesehatan berperan krusial dalam menjamin mutu pelayanan rumah sakit, khususnya di wilayah daerah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. Mikro Cluster Gorontalo; 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. Mikro Cluster Gorontalo; 3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan antara budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. Mikro Cluster Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian survey. Data primer didapat melalui survei pada 74 Pegawai dengan teknik pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier (Linier regression analysis) dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1). Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. Mikro Cluster Gorontalo. Nilai koefisien determinasi parsial hasilnya sebesar 0,223. 2). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. Mikro Cluster Gorontalo. Nilai koefisien determinasi parsial hasilnya sebesar 0,310. 3) Budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. Mikro Cluster Gorontalo. Nilai R Square, sebesar 0,533.

Abstract

The Doctor of Education Program at State University of Gorontalo will carry out the accreditation, where the alumni's track record and user satisfaction have a sizable portion in the accreditation assessment. This service aims to identify, record, formulate and analyze the profiles of graduate students based on tracer studies in the postgraduate doctoral study program, State University of Gorontalo. In particular, this study aims to: 1) Describe tracer study-based student and alumni profiles in the Postgraduate Education Doctoral Study Program, State University of Gorontalo; 2) Mapping the curriculum in the Postgraduate Education Doctoral Study Program, State University of Gorontalo. This service is designed using a mix method with data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. This service is expected to: a) be input or reference material in improving the quality of students and alumni in the Doctoral Study Program of Postgraduate Education, State University of Gorontalo, b) become a reference in carrying out study and postgraduate program policies in developing the vision and mission of the organization, c) be a reference in the development of study programs and postgraduate programs in preparing accreditation forms in the future, and d) be useful for the formulation of work programs for the Doctor of Education Study Program that are more responsive to the needs of students and alumni. The end result of this service is expected to be; 1) Formulate a Compilation of Profiles of Doctoral Education Graduates for Users of Postgraduate Education Doctoral Graduates, State University of Gorontalo, and also 2) a Compilation of the Curriculum for the Doctoral Study Program in Postgraduate Education, State University of Gorontalo, with the Outcomes of the Collaborative Service Program being; 1) Consolidated Service Report Formulation of Doctoral Education Graduate Profiles and Doctoral Education Curriculum for Users of Doctoral Graduates (S3) in Postgraduate Education, State University of Gorontalo. 2) Service Journal. 3) Publication of Service Activities in Gorontalo Post or Electronic Print Media; Instagram and FB. 4) IPR Grand Design Service Research Report Based on Tracer Study at the Doctoral Study Program of Postgraduate Education, State University of Gorontalo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji secara mendalam efektivitas pengelolaan intelijen di Lapas Kelas IIB Boalemo dalam mencegah gangguan keamanan dan ketertiban (kamtib). Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk memahami bagaimana kegiatan intelijen berkontribusi pada terciptanya lingkungan Lapas yang aman. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan petugas Lapas, narapidana, pihak eksternal terkait, serta analisis dokumen seperti laporan kejadian, catatan intelijen, dan data statistik kamtib. Hasil penelitian menyoroti peran signifikan pengelolaan intelijen dalam mencegah berbagai gangguan kamtib, termasuk perkelahian antar narapidana, upaya pelarian, dan peredaran narkoba di dalam Lapas. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi sejumlah tantangan yang menghambat efektivitas pengelolaan intelijen, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan anggaran, koordinasi yang kurang optimal antar unit kerja, serta resistensi terhadap perubahan dan inovasi dari sebagian petugas. Kesimpulan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi upaya peningkatan pengelolaan intelijen di lembaga pemasyarakatan secara umum, serta dapat menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya yang tertarik untuk mendalami isu serupa.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Intelijen, Lembaga Pemasyarakatan, Pencegahan Gangguan Kamtib, Efektifitas Intelijen, Deteksi Dini, Koordinasi Intelijen

Abstract

This analysis of the project-based learning (PBL) model aims to examine its effectiveness in improving student learning outcomes. PBL, as a constructivist approach, emphasizes learning through real experiences and authentic problem solving. This analysis includes the definition, main characteristics, theoretical basis, implementation steps, teacher roles, advantages, challenges, and strategies to overcome challenges in PBL. Assessment in PBL is also discussed, including formative, summative, rubric, and self- and peer assessment. The results of the analysis indicate that PBL has the potential to improve students' motivation, engagement, 21st century skills, and conceptual understanding. However, the implementation of PBL requires careful planning, high teacher skills, and adequate resources. With the right strategy, PBL can be an effective learning approach to prepare students for real-world challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of policies and what factors determine the implementation of policies on procedures for filling high-ranking pratama positions in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Informants in this study were the Regent, Regional Secretary, Secretary of BKPSDM, Head of Division and Sub-Section of BKPSDM. Data analysis through data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study showed that at the preparation stage, there were no Independent Assessors. At the implementation stage, there is a lack of ASN human resources participating in the auction of positions. At the stage of monitoring and evaluation not running effectively, there are several High Leadership Officials who have held positions for 5 (five) years, and have not been reassessed related to the suitability of competencies and positions occupied. Factors that affect implementation: Communication, an inhibiting factor because of the existence of the Pansel Team and Assessor Team; Resources, become an inhibiting factor because the ASN candidates for bidding positions that meet the requirements are still very lacking; Disposition is a supporting factor because the understanding and response of program implementers is good; bureaucratic structure,

Abstract

The establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is a strategic move to strengthen the village economy and support national sovereignty. However, many BUMDes face significant challenges in achieving optimal competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the competitiveness of BUMDes Saritani Makmur in Sari Tani Village, Boalemo Regency, focusing on three dimensions: product uniqueness, product quality, and competitive pricing. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that BUMDes Saritani Makmur currently operates in "survival mode" with low competitiveness due to generic product offerings, declining asset quality, and high operational costs caused by a lack of independent logistics. Internal hurdles, such as limited strategic vision and lack of operational capital, further hinder innovation. The study concludes that to escape stagnation, BUMDes must diversify into leading local commodities (agriculture/plantations), digitalize administration, and professionalize human resources to transition from a mere administrative relic to a thriving economic hub.

Abstract

Students with disabilities in higher education often encounter multifaceted challenges, including limited physical accessibility, persistent social stigma, and communication barriers, all of which significantly diminish their learning motivation. This qualitative study investigates the strategic role of Peer Volunteers in fostering academic motivation among students with disabilities at Universitas Bina Mandiri Gorontalo. Utilizing a case study design, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentary analysis involving students with disabilities, volunteer coordinators, and the Head of the Disability Service Unit. The findings reveal that Peer Volunteers serve as a vital support system by providing academic assistance, emotional encouragement, and social bridging. This peer-to-peer intervention effectively reduces anxiety, enhances self-confidence, and promotes independence among students with disabilities. Furthermore, the study identifies that structured recruitment and specialized training for volunteers are essential for maintaining the quality of inclusive mentoring. The presence of Peer Volunteers not only overcomes technical learning obstacles but also cultivates a more inclusive campus culture. This research concludes that integrating peer mentoring programs into university policy is a fundamental strategy for promoting educational equality and ensuring the academic success of students with diverse needs.
