Abstract

Learning is currently still centered on lecturers so that it is not yet effective. Blended learning through google classroom as a learning innovation is expected to help learning be effective. The purpose of this study was to examine 1) the stages of implementing blended learning through google classroom in the Geography Learning Media course and 2) student responses to the use of blended learning through google classroom in the Geography Learning Media course. The method in this research is descriptive method. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics which are presented in a percentage table. The results of the research are 1) the implementation of blended learning is carried out in five stages, namely, analysis of learning outcomes and materials, designing learning content in google classroom, filling in learning content in google classroom, testing blended learning and evaluating the blended learning process; and 2) The implementation of blended learning through google classrooms received positive responses from students, starting from the good to very good categories, namely 61% -100%. The implementation of blended learning through google classroom is considered effective and needs to be developed to support it in the Geography Media Instructional course.

Abstract

This study focused on the analysis of social culture of rambu solo’ in growing the learners’ character. The problems of generations of one country was affected by globalization growth. It causes the need of implementing the educational character. The ceremony of rambu solo’ which brings social and religious value can be identified as social cultural aspect in ceremony rambu solo’. This research was a library research using descriptive approach. The results were: a). The ceremony is held to unite the family. b). to devide the heritage of family. c). to state prestige. d). to work together and become responsible. e). to develop art of custom. f). to donate wealth as a charity. This ceremony rambu solo’ enables to be designed as a reference of learning of character education because it is appropriate with the need of learners’ character expected by Indonesia.Kajian sosial-budaya rambu solo’ dalam pembentukan karakater peserta didik. Permasalahan karakter generasi bangsa merupakan dampak dari globalisasi. Hal tersebut menyebabkan perlunya penanaman pendidikan berkarakter. Upacara rambu solo’ yang memiliki nilai sosial dan religus dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar pendidikan berkarakter. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui aspek sosial-budaya dalam upacara rambu solo’ di Toraja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Adapun hasilnya, yaitu (a) Sebagai wadah pemersatu keluarga; b). Sebagai tempat membagi warisan (c) sebagai tempat menyatakan martabat; (d) sebagai tempat bergotong royong; (e) sebagai wadah pengembangan seni artinya; (f) sebagai Wadah berdonasi. Upacara rambu solo’ dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber pembelajaran pendidikan berkarakter karena sesuai dengan kebutuhan karakter peserta didik yang diinginkan oleh bangsa Indonesia.

Abstract

This study is to uncover the spatial potential that includes landscaping and areas in the Mount Nona Tourism Spasial, Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Data collection methods by field survey, literature review and documentation. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, processed using Arcgis 10.5. The results showed that the Mount Nona Tourism Area has fulfilled aspects of 4A tourism products, namely Attractiveness, Amenity, Accommodation and Comfort. While the potential for landscaping is located in the area of ​​5,219 ha which is administratively located in the Tanete, Mindante, Batu Noni, Bambapuang and Rosoan villages. The topography starts with a minimum height of 140 masl and a maximum of 1,540 masl. Villa Bambapuang, Dante Pine, Buttu Macca, Mandu Site, Goa Japan and Outbond Bambapuang. The movement of tourists throughout 2018-2019 are in all tourist attractions in the Mount Nona Region, with the highest hotspots. This study discusses the Regional Government for the Gunung Nona Tourism District District in the Provincial and National Tourism Development Strategic Plan.

Abstract

Tourism in the MICE sector is one of the fields that increases the income of the tourism sector. Business visitor/MICE expenditure in Thailand 3.5 times leisure visitor. This study aims to determine the quality and strategy of human resource development for the MICE Event Organizer in South Sulawesi. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. There were four informants in the study. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques, namely data classified and analyzed with theories related to the object of research. The results of the research are the quality of MICE Human Resources at the Event Organizer in South Sulawesi Selatan is quite good and the MICE Event Organize HR Development Strategy in South Sulawesi, namely 3 main strategies, namely development through internships and guidance, development through education and training and career development.

Abstract

The quality of learning is one of the important elements in the implementation of the learning process, the success or failure of a learning objective depends on the quality that is prepared and developed optimally. Archives are important for an institution as a provider of information needed in the management process to support the quality of learning. This research is a qualitative research by means of a case study. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. This study aims to identify, find out problems and provide solutions related to managing the filing system in supporting learning quality management. To obtain data, the subjects of this study were the heads of Administration, staff and teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Parepare. In addition, this study tested the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that (1) Management of the filing system at MAN 1 Parepare has been carried out well but not yet structured. Because the party did not make a record book of borrowing and returning records so that it did not run efficiently. (2) Management of the filing system in supporting the quality of learning at MAN 1 Parepare has not been maximized in meeting the quality of learning because there are still deficiencies such as facilities and infrastructure and less efficient employee performance. (3) Obstacles in managing the filing system in supporting the quality of learning at MAN 1 Parepare, namely the lack of facilities both facilities and infrastructure, archival training is rarely conducted, there is no record retention schedule, the work of employees is quite busy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak yang ditimbulkan dalam penggunaan Gadget terhadap perkembangan sosial peserta didik di MTs DDI Lero Kab Pinrang. Metode peneltian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Narasumber penelitian ialah guru IPS dan peserta didik. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan data reduksi, data display dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawa dampak yang ditimbulkan dalam penggunaan gadget terhadap perkembangan sosial peserta didik menunjukkan dampak positif termasuk peningkatan antusiasme belajar, motivasi, dan keterlibatan siswa dalam aktivitas pembelajaran. Namun, ada juga dampak negatif yang perlu diperhatikan, seperti potensi pengurangan kemampuan empati dan risiko akses yang tidak terkontrol ke konten yang tidak sesuai dengan proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the local cultural values ​​of pabbagang which can be used as a source of contextual learning. This research is a literature review research. Sources of data come from relevant studies. The data were analyzed carefully according to the research topic. The results of the research are generally the pabbagang community uses three types of bagan, namely bagan rakit, bagan tanam and bagan congkel. The local cultural values ​​ are the value of solidarity, the value of cooperation, the value of religious and the value of art. This is part of character building which is the goal of national education so that the local culture of pabbagang can be used as a source of learning for character building. Keywords: Local Culture, Learning Resources, character building Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai budaya lokal nelayan pabbagang yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar kontekstual. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kajian pustaka. Sumber data berasal dari studi-studi yang relevan. Data dianalisis secara teliti sesuai dengan topik penelitian. Adapun hasil dari penelitian yaitu umumnya masyarakat pabbagang menggunakan tiga jenis bagan yaitu bagan rakit, bagan tanam dan bagan congkel. Nilai-nilai budaya lokal yang terdapat pada masyarakat nelayan yaitu nilai solidaritas, nilai kerjasama, nilai keagamaan/religius dan nilai keindahan /seni. Hal tersebut merupakan bagian dari pendidikan karakter yang menjadi tujuan pendidikan nasional sehingga budaya lokal nelayan pabbagang dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar untuk penanaman pendidikan karakter Kata kunci: Budaya lokal, Sumber Belajar, Pendidikan Karakter

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the integration of multicultural values through Social Studies (IPS) learning at SMP Negeri 4 Parepare. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Informants in this study consisted of IPS teachers and students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that multicultural values such as tolerance, cooperation, and respect for diversity have been integrated into IPS learning both directly through teaching materials and indirectly through learning strategies and approaches used by teachers. Teachers actively prepare lesson plans that reflect these values and implement them through participatory learning methods such as discussions, case studies, and cultural projects. Students responded positively to this learning and showed changes in attitudes in everyday life, such as respecting differences, living in harmony, and participating in cross-cultural activities. This integration has been shown to contribute to the creation of a harmonious and inclusive learning climate in the school environment.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the ecological awareness of students at SMP Negeri 4 Parepare through the Adiwiyata School Program. This program is designed to foster environmental awareness through activities such as “Jumat Bersih” (Clean Friday) and “Sahabat Pohon” (Tree Friends). A descriptive qualitative approach was used, involving 20 students selected purposively. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations of environmental conservation activities at school. The results show that most students understand the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness, although some still require continuous reinforcement. These findings complement previous research by emphasizing the impact of sustainability principles in daily school activities. The novelty of this study lies in identifying the need for a more practical project-based approach to ensure equal student participation. The implications provide practical insights to enhance the effectiveness of the Adiwiyata Program at the junior high school level. This study recommends integrating project-based learning into routine school activities to ensure all students consistently engage in environmental conservation efforts.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kesadaran ekologis siswa di SMP Negeri 4 Parepare melalui program Sekolah Adiwiyata. Program ini dirancang untuk menumbuhkan kepedulian lingkungan melalui kegiatan seperti “Jumat Bersih” dan “Sahabat Pohon.” Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 20 siswa yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi kegiatan pelestarian lingkungan di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar siswa memahami pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, meskipun beberapa masih membutuhkan penguatan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini melengkapi penelitian sebelumnya dengan menegaskan dampak penerapan prinsip keberlanjutan dalam aktivitas sekolah sehari-hari. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada identifikasi perlunya pendekatan berbasis proyek yang lebih aplikatif agar keterlibatan siswa merata. Implikasi temuan ini memberikan gambaran praktis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program Adiwiyata di tingkat SMP. Penelitian merekomendasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang terintegrasi dengan aktivitas rutin sekolah guna memastikan semua siswa terlibat aktif dalam pelestarian lingkungan secara konsisten.
