Abstract

Perguruan tinggi sebagai satuan pendidikan sekaligus sebagai organisasi pendidikan harus bergerak maju dalam rangka membangun kualitas pendidikan secara nasional maupun dalam tingkat internasional di era 4.0. Era digital saat ini membutuhkan kepemimpinan yang mampu menghadapi tantangan tersebut dengan membantu para dosen, staff ataupun mahasiswa untuk mampu mengembangakan seluruh potensi yang dimiliki melalui motivasi, inspirasi, kerjasama, seluruh sumber daya manusia dalam mencapai tujuan. Kepemimpinan menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam keberhasilan gerak organisasi, kepemimpinan yang efektif akan mampu membawa organisasi pada tujuannya secara kolektif, olehnya itu kepemimpinan harus mampu mengantisipasi dan mengikuti perubahan–perubahan yang terjadi dalam organisasi maupun lingkungan orgniasasi dalam rangka membangun sistem, budaya, struktur maupun mekanisme kerja baru yang lebih produktif. Salah satu pendekatan gaya kepemimpinan yang dapat diterapkan di perguruan tinggi adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Kepemimpinan transformasional terdiri dari empat tindakan, yaitu ; pengaruh ideal, yakni tindakan yang meningkatkan emosi dan identitas pengikut dengan pemimpin, selanjutynya individual consideration untuk mendukung, mendorong, dan memberikan bimbingan kepada pengikut. Intellectual stimulation yakni mendorong bawahan untuk melihat masalah dengan perspektif baru, inspirational motivation artinya karakter seorang pemimpin yang dapat menerapkan standar yang tinggi sekaligus dapat mendorong bawahan untuk mencapai standar tersebut. Karakter tersebutlah yang kemudian terinternalisasi dalm perguruan tinggi sebagi perilaku organisasi untuk meningkatkan daya saing perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis terkait bagaimana manajemen pendidikan berbasis moderasi beragama serta bagaimana upaya dalam mengimplementasikannya di era digital saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian studi pustaka dengan pendekatan filosofis atau analisis konten dari berbagai literature, baik dari buku, jurnal dan literasi terkait lainnya. Adapun penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, Indonesia ialah sebuah negara yang majemuk, dimana di dalamnya terdapat berbagai ras, agama, suku yang beragam. Oleh karenanya dibutuhkan manajemen pendidikan berbasis moderasi beragama, agar setiap individu dapat memahami akan perbedaan di negara kita ini. Usaha yang serius diperlukan untuk menerapkan manajemen pendidikan berbasis moderasi beragama, dimana usaha tersebut mesti didukung oleh berbagai hal pokok, diantaranya ialah: pemahaman ataupun pengetahuan yang sesuai dengan kondisi dan keadaan negara kita, pengendalian serta keseimbangan emosi, kehati-hatian serta kewaspadaan yang berkesinambungan, misalnya perlu adanya integrasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam pembelajaran termasuk dalam pemanfaatan literasi digital. Impelementasi praktisnya di era digital ini dimana moderasi beragama bisa dijalankan diberbagai komponen misalnya impementasi pendidikan moderasi beragama pada pembelajaran serta kurikulum yang di manajerial secara sistemik dan integratif.

Abstract

The quality of learning is one of the important elements in the implementation of the learning process, the success or failure of a learning objective depends on the quality that is prepared and developed optimally. Archives are important for an institution as a provider of information needed in the management process to support the quality of learning. This research is a qualitative research by means of a case study. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. This study aims to identify, find out problems and provide solutions related to managing the filing system in supporting learning quality management. To obtain data, the subjects of this study were the heads of Administration, staff and teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Parepare. In addition, this study tested the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that (1) Management of the filing system at MAN 1 Parepare has been carried out well but not yet structured. Because the party did not make a record book of borrowing and returning records so that it did not run efficiently. (2) Management of the filing system in supporting the quality of learning at MAN 1 Parepare has not been maximized in meeting the quality of learning because there are still deficiencies such as facilities and infrastructure and less efficient employee performance. (3) Obstacles in managing the filing system in supporting the quality of learning at MAN 1 Parepare, namely the lack of facilities both facilities and infrastructure, archival training is rarely conducted, there is no record retention schedule, the work of employees is quite busy.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the work ethic of teachers at SDN 62 Parepare, (2) determine the performance of the principal's supervision in developing the work ethic of teachers at SDN 62 Parepare.  The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach, which involves observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The collected data were then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method, which includes data reduction, data display (data presentation), as well as drawing conclusions and verification.  The results of the study indicate the following: (1) The work ethic of teachers at SDN 62 Parepare is reflected in their high commitment to students and colleagues. The teachers demonstrate consistent dedication in carrying out their duties. Through the Learning Community (KOMBEL), teachers collaborate effectively and utilize good communication with fellow teachers and students to improve teaching strategies and build an inclusive learning environment. However, there are challenges such as sometimes there are limitations in resources such as time, funds, and facilities, as well as the need to improve understanding of individual student needs. Teachers also often have difficulty identifying weaknesses and strengths in their professional development. (2) The principal is actively involved in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of supervision results by holding structured meetings or gatherings with teachers

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a management system model for entrepreneurship-based madrasahs in Parepare City as an effort to strengthen institutional independence and innovation in Islamic education. The study is motivated by the limited human resources, inadequate facilities, and high dependence of madrasahs on government funding, while entrepreneurial practices have not been systematically integrated into the management system. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted at MAN 1 Parepare and MA DDI Taqwa Parepare. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed thematically using triangulation techniques. The findings indicate that madrasahs face internal challenges such as limited teacher competence, inadequate facilities, and capital constraints, as well as external challenges including competition and public stigma. However, significant opportunities are identified through students’ vocational skills, stakeholder support, and strategic location. The study concludes that madrasahs are in a developing stage and require strengthening in organizational structure and evaluation systems to achieve sustainable entrepreneurship management.
