The goal of an election is to choose the best leader with great integrity and responsibility. In achieving the goal, the election must be supported by all components involved in it; the administrators, participants, and integrated process. One of the process of the election is campaign. This process is used as the best way to attract people’s interest. Therefore, people will vote a particular candidate in the election day. The candidates of board members will compete to get the highest voter.The one who get the highest vote will be the board member. The rules of the campaign are clearly stated in the regulation. However, there are many violations happened. The votes are meaningless because the process is full of violations, not a fair and democratic process as people desire.

The covid-19 pandemic has killed many businesses and incomes for the Slorok village community. The problem faced is the lack of capital. As a partner, the Slorok village community wishes to take advantage of the facilities they have in the form of a fish pond that can be used for betta fish breeding. The solution is to create a Betta Fish Cultivation Business. This situation requires all to keep their distance so that the hobby and activity that is highly recommended is betta fish cultivation. This hobby is growing and has many enthusiasts, and the price is increasing, so it can become one of the sources of income that can be initiated by the people of Slorok Village, Kromengan, Malang Regency. The method that will be used is a social and practical approach. The result of the implementation of this betta fish cultivation service program is that the training and practice have been carried out well by the service team and also partners. the Slorok village community as partners already have the knowledge and expertise to cultivate betta fish with star fruit. The provision of knowledge and skills in the application of betta fish cultivation is very helpful in efforts to produce quality betta fish products, so that it will improve the welfare of the local community. To be able to realize the things mentioned above, socialization and assistance are needed that can support the needs of betta fish farming.

Perlindungan terhadap konsumen telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan terbukti dengan adanya undang-undang yang khusus mengatur mengenai perlundungan konsumen. Kebutuhan masyarakat sebagai manusia yang selalu berhubungan dengan orang lain dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya, seringkali menempatkan mereka pada posisi sebagai konsumen atau pelaka usaha jika mereka yang membantu konsumen dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya. Hubungan hukum antara konsumen dan pelaku usaha tidak selalu berjalan dengan baik, ada juga yang akhirnya menjadi sengketa, dan membutuhkan penyelesaian untuk itu. Penelitian0ini merupakan0jenis penelitian empiris, dengan teknik pengumpulan0data0primer dengan cara purposive sampling dan pengambilan data sekunder dengan pendekatan perundang-undnagan statute approach. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisa secara deskriptif kualitatif untuk diambil kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penyelesaian sengketa konsumen dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengajukan gugatan ke Pengadilan dan mengajukan pengaduan ke BPSK, dimana tata cara keduanya memiliki hukum acara yang berbeda. Penyelesaian di0BPSK dapat0dilakukan dalam 30cara penyelesaian yaitu0konsiliasi, 0mediasi dan0arbitrasi. Kata Kunci: Sengketa, Konsumen, Litigasi, Non litigas, penyelesaian.

Penanganan kasus keterlibatan anak dalam tindak pidana anak merupakan tantangan yang kompleks di Indonesia. Salah satu pendekatan yang dianggap efektif adalah penerapan asas keadilan restoratif dalam sistem peradilan pidana anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi asas keadilan restoratif dalam konteks penanganan kasus keterlibatan anak dalam tindak pidana anak di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada peran sistem peradilan pidana anak dalam menerapkan asas keadilan restoratif, serta partisipasi dan persepsi berbagai pihak yang terlibat dalam proses implementasi tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis normatif, yang melibatkan tinjauan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, literatur, dan kebijakan terkait. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Bahwa Restorative Justice (keadilan restoratif) adalah pendekatan dalam sistem hukum yang menekankan pemulihan hubungan yang rusak antara pelaku kejahatan, korban, dan komunitas. Implementasi Restorative Justice melibatkan berbagai metode seperti mediasi, konferensi restoratif, atau program rehabilitasi untuk menciptakan kesempatan bagi semua pihak yang terlibat untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses penyelesaian konflik dengan cara yang mendukung pertobatan, pertanggungjawaban, dan pemulihan, (2) Partisipasi dan persepsi berbagai pihak yang terlibat, seperti pelaku, korban, keluarga, dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya terhadap proses implementasi asas keadilan restoratif memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan pendekatan ini untuk mencapai keadilan yang lebih baik dalam penyelesaian konflik dan tindak pidana

The involvement of children, who in this case are perpetrators of a criminal act, must be given the rights and protection of children as vulnerable legal subjects as regulated in the applicable laws and regulations. Through a normative legal approach, this research analyzes legal regulations that regulate the rights and protection of children involved in criminal contexts. The aims of this research are firstly to find out the meaning of children in Indonesian laws and regulations, secondly to find the concept of children's criminal law legislation in Indonesia which regulates children's involvement in criminal acts according to a normative approach, and thirdly to find out the procedures for handling cases of involvement. children in juvenile crimes from the perspective of juvenile criminal law in Indonesia through the principles of child human rights and the principles of the best interests of the child. The results of this research are that the handling of cases of child involvement in juvenile crimes from the perspective of juvenile criminal law in Indonesia is by placing more emphasis on the principles of children's human rights and the best principles for the interests of children because although there has been progress, challenges remain, and improvements Continuous harmonization of policies, consistent implementation, and strengthening the rehabilitation system can optimize the protection and development of children involved in the context of juvenile criminal justice. Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen (BPSK),memiliki wewenang untuk melakukan pengawasan pencantuman klausula baku. Dalam pelaksanaannya BPSK mengalami kendala, karena tidak ada aturan pelaksanaannya. Tanggung jawab pengawasan tanpa disertai kekuatan untuk menindak sangat tidak memberikan efek jera kepada pihak yang melakukan pelanggaran tersebut. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat melengkapi aturan pendukung dari pengawasan pencantuman klausula baku dan wewenang pemberian sanksi oleh BPSK. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris, yuridis, yang membahas mengenai mekanisme pengawasan Pencantuman Klausula Baku oleh BPSK dan tindak lanjut BPSK apabilapelanggaran terhadap ketentuan pencantuman klausula baku dalam Undang-undang Perlindungan Konsumen.Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu bahwa untuk memaksimalkan fungsi pengawasan oleh BPSK, perlu ada suatu pedoman khusus yang dapat dijadikan pegangan dan acuan oleh BPSK untuk melaksanakan tugasnya khususnya pengawasan klausula baku.

The management of village treasury land in Sukolilo Village faces various challenges that deviate from the provisions, especially related to the issue of securing and utilizing village assets. This study aims to examine legal management such as securing and utilizing village treasury land in Sukolilo Village in order to provide legal certainty and benefits for the community. This study uses an empirical or socio-legal method, with a sociological approach to examine the implementation, legal dynamics, and challenges of managing village treasury land in Sukolilo Village, East Java, Indonesia. Regarding security, the land certification process that is designated as part of the village treasury land in Sukolilo Village is still incomplete. Regarding its utilization, buildings utilized by outside parties do not provide economic benefits to the village because they do not have official permits from the village government. The absence of village regulations or directions from the village leadership also creates a legal vacuum. The Sukolilo Village Government needs to immediately register village treasury land and enter into legal agreements stipulated through village regulations. Expansion of the utilization of village treasury land can be done by building tourist villages, utilizing village potential by involving various community groups.

This type of batik making is not only done by canting, but is also known as splashed batik. Sprinkled batik is unique in its motif, where the motif is formed with different patterns depending on the tapa style used to splash. All the abstract splash patterns make this splashed batik different from other batik. To be able to produce products in the form of splashed batik applications, partners need assistance and guidance to carry out the steps in making splashed batik, which will then be used as material to make finished products that are ready to use and ready to be marketed for general sale. This training in making splashed batik creations is carried out with several types of training, namely starting with theoretical training, after that it will continue with practical training where partners will directly make splashed batik. The application of splashed batik is the basic material for making ready-to-wear products such as t-shirts and other types of clothing. This training program is held to develop partners' skills and can be used as business capital for partners to provide additional income for their families

PKK or Family Welfare Development, is a movement that focuses on improving the welfare of families and communities in Indonesia. This program accommodates Indonesian women, especially mothers, in terms of empowerment, education, and active participation in community development. One of the main functions of PKK is improving skills and knowledge. In this program, partners are interested in developing the skills of their member mothers, painting on cloth. This program provides solutions in terms of implementing training and also workshops on making painted hijabs with free painting techniques with tools. There are 2 (two) types of activities that will be provided, namely providing training in the form of knowledge about the procedures for making painted hijabs, and workshops on making painted hijabs. This activity is expected to be a means of creativity for partner members. This activity, in addition to being able to provide new business opportunities for partners, can also be a means to reduce stress levels for mothers in carrying out their activities as housewives. The output targets of this activity are first to be a means of proposals for proposers; second to provide solutions to partner problems in terms of facilities and infrastructure for learning painted hijabs; third to improve the knowledge and skills of partner members as a means of empowering women; fourth, the results of the activity will be published in a journal; and the five partners' works will be registered as one of the creations protected by copyright.

The Malang City Government is very concerned about the potential of women's associations, most of which are engaged in women's empowerment. Today's women not only devote themselves to their families, but also become creative mothers who can earn money even from home. To be able to equip women who are members of the Dasawisma mangosteen women's association to be able to enrich creativity and also increase the business potential that can be run, the service team will provide training on making ecoprint batik using natural colors and using steaming or steam techniques. There are many types of batik making, but ecoprint batik has the advantage that the colors come from various kinds of living plants that are around us as well as the coloring materials which are more environmentally friendly with unique motifs that are popular today.The method used to carry out the training program for making ecoprint batik is to start with theoretical debriefing, which will then be followed by practice on making ecoprint batik using the steaming technique. The two methods above will be followed by all training participants who are expected to provide capital in the form of knowledge for partners to be applied as one of the efforts to empower women in Malang City. Partners during the training carry out with enthusiasm, the knowledge gained can be used as capital to have a creative business at home and the products produced are good enough and will continue to develop expertise and products from partners.
