Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Dalam Pengembangan Organisasi. Metode dalam penulisan ini adalah mengkaji tentang Pengaruh Motivasi Dalam Pengembangan Organisasi. Dengan demikian Pengaruh Motivasi dalam pengembangan Organisasi merupakan Motivasi kerja yang tinggi diharapkan akan meningkatkan kinerja dalam organisasi. Untuk meningkatkan motivasi diperlukan berbagai teknik yang terencana dan sistematis agar efektif. Motivasi merupakan alasan yang mendasari individu melakukan sesuatu. Individu yang memiliki motivasi tinggi dapat berarti individu tersebut memiliki alasan kuat untuk mencapai kinerja yang diharapkan. Sebaliknya, individu dengan motivasi rendah dipastikan tidak dapat memberikan kontribusi optimal atas kinerjanya.

Abstract

This article aims to find out and analyze the management of students in educational institutions. This paper examines the management of students in educational institutions. This article method uses the literature study method which relies on data sourced from books, articles in scientific journals related to the subject matter. Management is a process that contributes to individuals and groups understanding how to manage things, just like managing students. Thus the management of students in educational institutions is a process for managing students in order to achieve predetermined educational goals. And those who manage these students are educational institutions (schools) and educators in these educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe perception in interpersonal communication using a qualitative approach. The data sources used in this study are literature study sources that include references from journals, books and other articles. Perception in interpersonal communication is a complex process that involves how individuals understand, interpret, and give meaning to information received from their social environment. Perception plays an important role in shaping how a person interacts, responds, and builds relationships with others. In the context of interpersonal communication, perception is influenced by various factors, such as personal experience, cultural values, emotions, and stereotypes, all of which can affect the interpretation of messages. The perception process involves the stages of selecting, organizing, and interpreting information, which can result in misperceptions if not accompanied by deep understanding or clear communication. Thus, a proper understanding of perception can help improve the effectiveness of interpersonal communication, encourage empathy, and minimize the potential for conflict in social interactions.
