Abstract

Most of the people in Timpag Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan, rely on agriculture, plantations and livestock. The majority of plantation products in Timpag Village are head producers. The community in Timpag Village processes coconut into various kinds of preparations such as food and crafts. MSME coconut shell crafts Mr. Si Made Merta has been running for 7 years by processing coconut shells into extraordinary handicrafts such as soap holders, ashtrays, buckles, incense holders and other shell crafts with various unique and interesting shapes. The problem faced by MSME Mr. Si Made Merta in running his business is a lack of understanding of marketing and preparation of financial reports so that the business he is running has not been able to develop properly. Marketing techniques have a very important role in running a business because customer satisfaction is the final goal in marketing techniques, it is necessary to understand and understand proper marketing management. Financial reporting in a business is the final process of the accounting process. This report serves as information material and decision-making material for users in running their business. Based on these problems, we provide assistance and training in simple Marketing Techniques and Financial Statement Preparation Training so that in the future the business can be more advanced and compete in the midst of the current rapid economic growth. With this community service, it is hoped that MSMEs Mr. Si Made Merta will be able to carry out marketing techniques properly and also in preparing correct financial reports.

Abstract

The existence of office inventory items requires the process of managing, recording, or reporting goods to find out the number of items, additions to existing items and to find out reports of mutations or deletion of goods. The problem that occurs in inventory management at Tiara Dewata is that checking inventory data distributed between departments every 6 months is still not good, there is still a lack of thorough SO inventory officers in each department when checking inventory data between goods that are still good and those that are damaged ( destroyed). Therefore, in order to provide a change from the actual situation that is currently happening and to improve in terms of checking so that it is accurate and in accordance with the data, it is deemed necessary to provide assistance to provide information related to the process of checking inventory data that is correct and in accordance with what is in the company Tiara Dewata. Overall, the assistance activities to increase the ability and accuracy in inventory management in Tiara Dewata's accounting department can be said to be successful. Apart from being measured by the three components above, this success can also be seen from the benefits after participating in the activity. The benefits obtained are being able to carry out inventory management activities better and it is hoped that all parties will always improve accuracy and better communication. So it can be concluded that the purpose of this activity can be achieved

Abstract

Obat tradisional sejak jaman dahulu hingga saat ini masih dipercaya memiliki peranan yang penting di dunia kesehatan. Tanaman obat dapat menghasilkan keuntungan yang besar apabila dibudidayakan dengan baik, salah satunya sebagai penyedia bahan baku obat tradisional untuk masyarakat dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan industri. Tujuan: Mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku masyarakat dalam budidaya tanaman obat. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 87 orang. Instrument yang digunakan berupa kuisioner yang diisi melalui google form. Metode Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif. Hasil: Tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang budidaya tanaman obat menunjukan hasil kategori baik 63,2%, cukup 36,8%, dan kurang 0%. Sedangkan untuk perilaku masyarakat dalam budidaya tanaman obat menunjukan hasil baik sebanyak 94,3% dan kurang baik sebanyak 5,7% Kesimpulan: Tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku masyarakat dalam budidaya tanaman obat di desa Ketewel masuk dalam kategori baik

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance , determine the effect of motivation on employee performance , determine the effect of work compensation on job satisfaction , determine the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction , knowing the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance , knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance through the mediation of job satisfaction , and knowing the effect of motivation on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction at KSP in Karangasem Regency . Using a quantitative approach. Questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability are then analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square analysis and produce results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media marketing, Instagram, and celebrity endorsers on buying interest. This research was conducted at the Fashion Store Laxmii Id in Denpasar using the purposive sampling method with a sample of 100 people. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used were classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial significance test (t-test), and simultaneous significance test (f-test). The results of the analysis show that 1) Instagram social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, 2) celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, 3) Social media marketing, Instagram, and celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. The advice that can be given is that Laxmii Id in Denpasar is expected to increase the activeness of Instagram social media as an advertising medium and then use an endorser who is better known by many people or a celebrity who has a positive image in the minds of consumers.

Abstract

Village Credit Institutions (LPD) as microfinance institutions belonging to traditional villages are an important part in realizing and driving a traditional village economy based on local wisdom in Bali. The role of LPD is not only seen from its ability to create a healthy LPD but also its benefits for the community in each traditional village. LPDs that are in a healthy condition are expected to be able to realize business sustainability as demonstrated by the ability to realize sustainability through concepts and measurements. This research aims to produce a concept and measurement model for LPD sustainability, seen from the dimensions of Economic Sustainability, Social Sustainability and Environmental Sustainability. This research was carried out with a qualitative approach, by taking LPD Kedonganan as the research location because LPD Kedonganan is in the healthy category as a requirement for Sustainability and LPD Kedonganan has been able to realize its benefits for improving community welfare (social), its ability to manage finances and achieve profitability (economy), and its ability to preserve and develop traditional villages (environment) through activities based on local wisdom. Data collection in this research was carried out through in-depth interviews, then analyzed using descriptive narrative. The research results show that the concept and measurement of Sustainability is an interpretive concept with various views by researchers, but almost all of it involves three dimensions of Sustainability, namely Economic Sustainability, Environmental Sustainability, and Social Sustainability. The indicators or measurement dimensions refer to the activities in measuring the organization's sustainability SustainabilityLPD can be measured using three dimensions, namely the economic dimension, the environmental dimension and the social dimension which results in a LPD Sustainability measurement formulation.

Abstract

The culinary industry is growing rapidly due to lifestyle and supply of community behavior. Urban communities tend to behave by buying food rather than cooking. This study aims to analyze the effect of green knowledge and green marketing on purchasing interest and purchasing decisions for culinary products in Denpasar City, and to analyze the differences in their influence based on gender perspective. The population is the population of Denpasar City, with a sample size of 385 people, purposive sampling technique, using SEM-PLS with MGA (multi-group analysis) as an analysis technique. The results showed that Green knowledge had a significant effect, while green marketing did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Green knowledge and green marketing had a significant effect on purchasing interest, and purchasing interest had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Purchasing interest was able to mediate green knowledge and green marketing on purchasing decisions. Male customers had a stronger influence between green knowledge on purchasing decisions and purchasing interest. Female customers have a stronger influence between green marketing on purchase intention, while the influence of green marketing on purchasing decisions of male customers has a stronger influence than female customers.
