Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi membuat beberapa pekerjaan bisa mudah dan cepat. Tidak hanya itu, perkembangan teknologi juga membuat pengolahan data lebih terstruktur dan mudah ditemukan bila dibutuhkan. Teknologi dapat digunakan dalam pendidikan dengan berbagai tema dan manfaat. Melihat kebutuhan di SMAN 24 Palembang di bidang pelayanan Bimbingan Konseling maka dirancang sebuah sistem informasi yang diharapkan bisa diterapkan dan bermanfaat dalam pengolahan data, terutama data konsultasi siswa.Kata kunci: Bimbingan Konseling, data, konsultasi, siswa

Abstract

AbstrakPada saat ini proses inventarisasi alat dan barang masih dilakukan dengan secara manual. Untuk saat ini, sistem inventarisasi setiap alat dan barang di SMP N 24 Palembang menggunakan cara yang masih manual yaitu dengan pencatatan pada buku inventaris kemudian data inventaris tersebut diketikkan ke dalam microsoft excel yang berada di komputer/pc milik sekolah yang berada di sekolah sehingga memungkinkan rawan kehilangan data inventaris sekolah apabila semisal perangkat komputer sekolah rusak atapun hilang sehingga mempersulit pihak sekolah untuk mendata ulang lagi. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan masalah dalam proses inventarisasi alat dan barang memakan waktu yang lama dan tidak tersusun dengan baik. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, maka diperlukan sistem untuk memudahkan pihak sekolah dalam melakukan pencatatan alat dan barang sekolah yang bisa diakses dimana pun dan kapanpun seperti sistem inventaris dibuat dengan berbasis web. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini penulis mengambil judul perancangan sistem informasi inventaris berbasis web.

Abstract

Pelatihan Penggunaan Financial Technologies untuk Penguatan Strategi Bisnis pada Pelaku UMKM di Kota Batam bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi keuangan (fintech) untuk memperkuat strategi bisnis mereka. Pelatihan ini membahas berbagai topik terkait fintech, seperti pembayaran digital, peminjaman modal, dan pengelolaan keuangan. Abstract

Kinerja keuangan adalah suatu analisis yang dilakukan untuk melihat sejauh mana suatu perusahaan telah melaksanakan dengan menggunakan aturan-aturan pelaksanaan keuangan secara baik dan benar. Penulis tertarik mengkaji bagaimana kinerja keuangan PT. Pratama Widya Tbk sejak perusahaan ini menawarkan sahamnya ke publik (go public) atau IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tanggal 7 Februari 2020. Tujuannya untuk menilai kinerja keuangan PT. Pratama Widya Tbk sehingga mendapatkan gambaran kesehatan finansial selama empat tahun berturut-turut sejak IPO. Diharapkan hal ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan informasi ini untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan PT. Pratama Widya Tbk melalui analisis rasio keuangan dan memberikan informasi bagi pengambilan keputusan. Data kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan dianalisis dengan rumus rasio-rasio keuangan. Hasil analisis kinerja keuangan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. Pratama Widya Tbk menggunakan rasio Likuiditas, rasio Solvabilitas, rasio Aktivitas, rasio Profitabilitas selama 4 (empat) tahun berturut-turut yaitu tahun 2020, 2021, 2022, dan 2023 menunjukkan angka yang baik dan tren yang postif, ada juga yang mengalami peningkatan efisiensi operasional, serta kemampuan yang kuat untuk membayar bunga utang.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) membuka peluang baru dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan chatbot interaktif berbasis AI sebagai media pembelajaran pendamping yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Bahasa Inggris. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D yang terdiri dari tahapan Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Chatbot dirancang untuk menyajikan materi vocabulary dan grammar, serta dilengkapi fitur evaluasi mandiri berupa kuis. Teknologi Natural Language Processing (NLP) digunakan untuk memungkinkan interaksi pembelajaran secara aktif. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi dan minat siswa dalam belajar bahasa Inggris secara mandiri. Chatbot juga mampu memberikan umpan balik secara instan, membantu siswa memperbaiki kesalahan secara langsung. Namun, keterbatasan layar smartphone dalam menampilkan teks panjang menjadi tantangan yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pengembangan selanjutnya. Secara keseluruhan, chatbot berbasis AI ini terbukti efektif sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif bagi siswa SMA.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a major catalyst for creating new opportunities in various sectors, including technopreneurship. This research aims to examine community empowerment strategies in the digital era and how technology can be integrated into technology-based entrepreneurial activities. This empowerment focuses not only on the use of digital devices but also on strengthening human resource capacity through training, digital literacy, and access to digital platforms that support technopreneurial activities.The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative study using observation and interviews with small- to medium-scale technology entrepreneurs in urban and semi-urban areas. For example, Cake House Aurora is still a home-based business. They still use manual marketing methods, resulting in limited sales. However, increasing digital literacy and the success of technology-based businesses will help Cake House Aurora. Furthermore, empowerment initiatives through digital communities, business incubators, and cross-sector collaboration play a crucial role in accelerating technology adoption.Therefore, empowerment in digital transformation must be directed at developing an innovative, collaborative, and adaptive mindset to change. In conclusion, a digitally educated population has great potential to become resilient, creative, and competitive technopreneurs in the digital economy era.

Abstract

This study explores the strategic integration of play therapy within early childhood education management as a means to promote inclusive education and holistic child development. Drawing on a qualitative secondary data analysis of policy documents, academic literature, and theoretical models, the research identifies key frameworks, challenges, and sustainable strategies for embedding therapeutic interventions in school systems. Findings suggest that play therapy contributes significantly to emotional regulation, social inclusion, trauma recovery, and individualized learning—core components of equitable education. However, the institutionalization of play therapy faces various barriers, including policy gaps, resource limitations, staff training deficits, and cultural stigma surrounding mental health. The paper concludes with a set of actionable recommendations for educational leaders and policymakers to build systemic readiness and long-term sustainability through cross-sectoral collaboration, curriculum alignment, and inclusive leadership practices.

Abstract

Abstrak Rusunawa TOP 100 Batam menghadapi permasalahan sampah plastik mencapai 1,2 ton per hari dengan 30% belum terkelola optimal. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan mengkonversi sampah plastik menjadi roster berkualitas untuk meningkatkan ekonomi penghuni rusunawa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, pengembangan teknologi tepat guna, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan selama 8 bulan. Target luaran mencakup peralatan produksi dengan kapasitas 50 kg sampah plastik per hari, pengurangan volume sampah 30%, pembentukan sistem pemasaran digital, dan peningkatan pendapatan 45 anggota komunitas. Program ini mendukung SDGs 1, 8, 11, dan 12 melalui konsep green economy digital. Teknologi pirolisis yang dikembangkan menggunakan reaktor berkapasitas 5-10 kg per batch dengan suhu operasional 300-500°C. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi model replikasi untuk rusunawa lain di Indonesia dalam mengatasi permasalahan sampah plastik secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: pemberdayaan; sampah; rusunawa. Abstract Batam's TOP 100 Rusunawa faces a plastic waste problem of up to 1.2 tons per day, with 30% not yet optimally managed. This community empowerment program aims to convert plastic waste into quality rosters to improve the economy of rusunawa residents. The implementation method includes socialization, technical training, development of appropriate technology, and ongoing mentoring for 8 months. Target outputs include production equipment with a capacity of 50 kg of plastic waste per day, a 30% reduction in waste volume, the establishment of a digital marketing system, and increased income for 45 community members. This program supports SDGs 1, 8, 11, and 12 through the concept of a digital green economy. The developed pyrolysis technology uses a reactor with a capacity of 5-10 kg per batch with an operational temperature of 300-500°C. This activity is expected to be a replication model for other rusunawa in Indonesia in addressing the problem of plastic waste sustainably. Keywords: empowerment; waste; rusunawa.

Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology (ICT) have become a key factor in the development of various sectors, including education, industry and government. One of the important components in ICT is computer networks, which are the backbone for delivering data, information and digital services. Computer networks enable devices such as computers, servers, and other devices to communicate with each other, share resources, and access information efficiently. Therefore, mastering knowledge and skills in designing, building and managing computer networks is very important for individuals who want to pursue a career in the field of information technology. However, in some vocational schools that have Computer and Network Engineering majors, there are still students who do not have networking skills that suit the needs of the world of work, so workshops need to be provided so that students can improve their abilities before entering the world of work. The workshop was given over two days using lecture, case study and direct practice methods. Students will be invited to actively participate in each workshop session, so that they can understand the concepts taught better and apply them in real situations. Before the workshop, students were given a pre-test to find out the extent of their knowledge about computer networks. The pre-test results showed that the class average was 72.8. However, there were still some students whose scores were still below 70. During the workshop activities, students were given basic networking material, network topology, simulations with Sisco packet tracer and direct practice in building computer networks. After that, students were given a post-test to determine students' understanding of computer networks. The post-test results showed an increase in students' ability to build networks with a class average score of 83.4

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has brought significant changes to the world of education, particularly in communication and information management. One example is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Ghufron, located in Batam, which has yet to utilize a website as a digital platform for managing academic and administrative information. Implementing a website in a school environment offers several benefits, including making information more accessible to the public, simplifying administrative processes such as new student registration, and reducing reliance on physical documents. The unavailability of a website causes the New Student Admission (PPDB) process to remain conventional, leading to delays in announcements and the risk of physical document damage or loss. This study aims to design and develop a school website with an online PPDB feature that can be accessed by prospective students, parents, and the general public. The website is designed using the waterfall system development method, which includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. System testing is conducted through black box testing to ensure the website’s functionality meets user expectations. The study’s results indicate that this school website facilitates new student registration, provides broad access to school information, and assists teachers in managing applicant data, from registration to selection announcements. This website is expected to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in school data management and address the public's need for accessible information.
