The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is a party that organizes and provides a means to bring together securities buying and selling offers of other parties with the aim of trading securities between them (Indonesia Free, 2020). This type of research is quantitative by using the sampling technique is purposive sampling. To collect data samples, researchers used secondary data, namely documentation on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Then a time series analysis is carried out, namely a comparative analysis of financial ratios from one period to another where ratio analysis is used, namely financial ratio analysis consisting of ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios. This study aims to analyze the ratio of financial statements as a tool to assess the level of success of financial performance at Pt. Argha Karya Prima Industry Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Bagian Umum Sekretariat Kantor Bupati Deli Serdang merupakan satu bagian dibawah Asisten Administrasi Umum yang memiliki Tugas Pokok yang berupa Melaksanakan penyiapan pelaksanaan kebijakan dan pemantauan dan evaluasi di bidang tata uasaha pimpinan, staf ahli dan kepegawaian, perlengkapan dan rumah tangga. Adapun rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik dan Disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Kantor Bupati Deli Serdang. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Motivasi Intrinsik dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Kantor Bupati Deli Serdang. Untuk mengetahui Variabel mana yang lebih berpengaruh antara Motivasi Intrinsik dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Kantor Bupati Deli Serdang. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuesioner, Observasi, Interview dan Studi Pustaka. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan Uji Validitas, Realibilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik , Regresi linier berganda dan Uji Hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua Variabel independent yaitu Motivasi Intrinsik dan Disiplin Kerja, dengan satu variabel dependent yatu Kinerja dan dengan 50 sampel pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Kantor Bupati Deli Serdang.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Variabel Motivasi Intrinsik dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja dengan nilai nilai dimana sebesar 24,020 lebih besar dari nilai sebesar 2,41 (24,020 2,41) . Variabel Motivasi Intrinsik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai 0,324 dan nilai t-hitung sebesar 3.112 dan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,003 0,05. Variabel Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja dengan nilai 0,503 dan nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,277 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,002 0,05. Nilai R square sebesar 0,505 sama dengan 50,5% variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh Variabel Motivasi Intrinsik dan Disiplin Kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel yang tidak di teliti

The existence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as Strengthening the Village Economy. This village-owned enterprise is one of the institutions engaged in the social and economic fields and as a service provider to the village community, especially regarding the business sector. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with a focus on research: inequality between BUMDes and the food stall business. The results of this study are that the existence of village-owned enterprises is in accordance with the regulations regulated by the village with village regulations regarding village-owned enterprises, but there is a significant effect on the income of the food stall business.It is known that the t-count before and after the existence of BUMDes is 4.706 with prob (0.000 0.05). Thus, the results obtained are Ho is rejected which explains that there is a difference before and after the existence of BUMDes which is calculated based on the income of the food stall business before and after the BUMDes, meaning that BUMDes has an effect on the decrease in the income of the basic food stall business.

Background: Entrepreneurship is one way to increase income for the community and open up jobs for yourself and also for others so that we will reduce the number of unemployed. Almost most of the residents are fishermen, and farmers have the opportunity to use the results of catches to be made into products produced from fish, shrimp and others, besides that there is a program to support entrepreneurship carried out by the new market village community with village funds, they managed into Bumdes. With the opportunity but not yet utilized by the community, UISU Economics Lecturers and Students carry out Community Service activities to grow and develop entrepreneurial character by utilizing digitalization media for the Pasar Baru Village, Teluk community Mengkudu District, Deli Serdang Regency. This activity was carried out at the village head's office, attended by the people of Pasar Baru Village, Teluk Mengkudu District, and Deli Serdang District, especially homemakers. Method: the implementation of this service is carried out through counseling and training through lectures, discussions, and questions and answers to service participants of Pasar Baru Village, Teluk Mengkudu District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Results: Service participants understand utilizing existing resources in Pasar Baru Village by building community character in developing entrepreneurial spirit and using the currently developing digital media and social media. Conclusion: Villagers who participate in this service and have high motivation in entrepreneurship can create and produce productive and creative value from their natural resources and understand utilizing digitalization media as a marketing forum in entrepreneurship.

The formulation of the problem in this research is how influences know of emotional intelligence on employes perfomance. How influence know of work experience on employes perfomance.How influence knowof emotional intelligence and work experience on employes perfomance at PT. Bank Medan Headquarters. The method used in this research is to test the validity, reliability, classical assumption test, linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The data were measured or processed using SPSS, with a samplse used a questionnaire which was distributed to 83 employes at PT. Bank Sumut Medan Headquarters. The results of this research indicate that the emotional intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on employes perfomance. The work experience variable has a positive significant effect on employes perfomance. The emotional intelligence and work experience variables have a positive and significant effect on employes performance.

Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The share price of each company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange has a major influence on the company's performance. Therefore, researchers conducted research using the dependent variable, namely stock prices, which were then followed by independent variables, namely Earning Per Share, Return On Equity, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Dividend Payout Ratio. As for companies that experience an increase every year, this does not affect their share price. The data analysis method used is a logistic regression analysis method that uses partial tests, simultaneous tests, and tests of the coefficient of determination. The results showed that stocks have a return on equity and the debt to equity ratio has a negative impact on stock prices. Economic growth can be achieved according to the target if a planned and structured business is carried out. One way is to encourage the creation of more entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship is considered as the answer to overcome economic problems, especially to encourage economic growth and technological development. Apart from having an impact on increasing economic growth, entrepreneurial activity is also related to creating jobs. Another effort to strengthen the economy of the Indonesian people is through collaboration between universities and the business world, in this case focusing on MSME actors. Universities must be able to take a role in efforts to increase the potential of MSME actors through the results of research and studies conducted. The results of this research and study are expected to be able to bring about a change in the form of new creativity and innovation in the business world so as to provide benefits for MSME actors and the community. Apart from innovation and creativity, MSME actors also need to be given an understanding of product marketing in order to strengthen the competitiveness of selling community products as an effort to achieve economic independence. Therefore, the FEB UISU Entrepreneurship and Accounting study program conducted Community Service activities in Kubah Sentang Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency. The method of implementing this training and mentoring mainly uses the method of action research activities. The implementing team carried out the activity of providing material while carrying out an analysis to solve the problems encountered. The material giving method is carried out by lectures, interactive question and answer, demonstrations and solving cases.

Kubah Sentang is one of the villages in Pantai Labu sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra province, Indonesia. It consists of two hamlets, namely Hamlet I and Hamlet II. Kubah Sentang Village is directly adjacent to Kuala Namu Deli Serdang International Airport, Pematang Monastery Village, Durian Village and Pantai Labu Pekan Village. The majority of the people in Dome Sentang Village are generally fishermen, farmers and livestock and plantation laborers. But in the sentang dome itself there are UMKM or home industries that produce food such as ombus ombus and raden galoh which still need coaching both in terms of marketing and financial reports. The purpose of this community service is for training in making MSME financial reports at the Sentang Dome. The result of this service is that the people of Sentang Dome understand how to make simple financial reports and understand how to record income and expenses so that the cash books owned by MSMEs in Sentang Dome can be recorded neatly and easy to understand. Starting from recording transactions in the cash book to making journals and up to making simple financial reports consisting of profit and loss reports, reports on changes in capital and statements of financial position
