Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perkembangan dari kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan Buana Finance Tbk. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Buana Finance Tbk dari tahun 1990-2025 dan penarikan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan Buana Finance Tbk tahun 2021-2023. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang dimana data sekundernya berupa laporan keuangan per tahun yang bersumber dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriptif untuk mengetahui tingkat likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan beberapa rasio keuangan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan pada Buana Finance Tbk mengalami fluktuasi. Rasio Likuiditas Buana Finance Tbk dari tahun 2021 – 2023 pada Current Ratio dengan rata – rata 138%. Quick Ratio dengan rata – rata 337%. Cash Ratio dengan rata – rata 251%. Rasio Solvabilitas Buana Finance Tbk dari tahun 2021 – 2023 dari Debt to Asset Ratio dengan rata – rata 71%. Debt to Equity Ratio dengan rata – rata 252%. Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio dengan rata – rata 240%. Rasio Profitabilitas Buana Finance Tbk pada tahun 2021-2023 dari Net Profit Margin dengan rata – rata 12%. Return On Asset dengan rata – rata 62%. Return On Equity dengan rata – rata 55%. Rasio Aktivitas Buana Finance Tbk pada tahun 2021-2023 dari Receivable Turnover dengan rata-rata 54,48 kali. Working Captial Turnoverdengan rata – rata 35,69 kali. Total Asset Turnover dengan rata – rata 33,91 kali.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of communication skills and organizational culture on employee work effectiveness at UPT Balai Yasa Pulubrayan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population and sample amounted to 91 employees determined through a total sampling technique (census). Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1–5 that has met the validity and reliability requirements with a Cronbach's Alpha value between 0.810 and 0.875. Data analysis was carried out using a Multiple Linear Regression model using IBM SPSS software version 25, which has passed the classical assumption test including the normality test. The research findings indicate that partially, communication skills and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on employee work effectiveness. This regression model has a coefficient of determination (R-Square) value of 38.9%, which indicates the model's ability to explain variations in work effectiveness, while the remaining 61.1% is influenced by factors outside this study. This study confirms that strengthening organizational culture and improving interpersonal communication skills are key drivers of work effectiveness in the railway industry. Practically, the management of UPT Balai Yasa is advised to intensify communication training programs and internalize work culture values ​​to minimize operational errors and improve service quality.

Abstract

The Effect of Training, Human Resource Development and Employee Incentives on Performance in PT. Abdi Fumindo Medan Lestari. The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Training, Human Resource Development and Incentives on Employee performance in PT. Abdi Fumindo Medan lestari. The method used in this research is using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple liner regression analysis. The collection method using secondary data. The results of processing, showing that the performance of the variable has a value of training on average 45.200 with a standard deviation of 3.188, subsequent to the development of a variable indicates that the average value of 42.685 with standard deviation of 3.419 and variable Incentive has an average value of 43.857 with standard deviation of 2.390. The result of Statistical tests simultaneously seen that value F 14.207, Ftable value obtained from the F distribution value at N=35 for Alpha= 0.05% by 4.50. This mean that the Hypothesis that if the F value is greater than the Ftable then the Hypothesis that there is a Positive and Significant effect of all Independent Variables and Dependent Variable ( Performance ) is acceptable. Determinants of test result obtained by value of R2=57.90, this figure shows that the changes in Performance due to changes in the variable of Training, Human Resource Development and Incentive for the remaining 57.9% change in the Performance variable due factors-a factor that is not mentioned in this study.
