Abstract

The application of learning methods in science subjects can influence student learning motivation which can encourage student learning outcomes. Learning activities will be successful if students have motivation in learning. The purpose of this study was to find out and obtain information to become more familiar with and test the effect of the learning methods applied by teachers in increasing student learning motivation. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with research instruments through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study explain and provide an overview of increasing student motivation through learning methods in science subjects in class III SD IT Ummi Aida which are carried out effectively and can increase student motivation by the homeroom teacher. Where to use a variety of effective learning methods that are tailored to the interests of students in the delivery of science subject matter. For example, the teacher uses the demonstration method with media props, discussion and question and answer methods as a form of repetition of science subject matter. In addition, the teacher also provides a motivational direction in the form of student guidance in providing direction for the importance of preserving nature. Thus, the results of this study can be concluded that it can be done effectively and there is an increase in student motivation by using learning methods.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di tingkat desa memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pembangunan berkelanjutan pada tingkat nasional. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di desa menjadi pilar utama dalam menggerakkan ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi strategi pengembangan produk unggulan UMKM dan dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Desa Sukasari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan survei, wawancara, dan analisis data ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi produk unggulan potensial di Desa Sukasari melalui analisis pasar dan potensi sumber daya lokal. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pendekatan pengembangan produk melalui peningkatan kualitas, diversifikasi, dan branding yang tepat. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM di pasar yang lebih luas. Dampak dari pengembangan produk terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dianalisis melalui indikator seperti peningkatan pendapatan, penyerapan tenaga kerja lokal, dan kontribusi terhadap Pendapatan Asli Desa (PAD). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan praktis bagi UMKM di desa lain untuk mengembangkan produk unggulan mereka. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah dan lembaga terkait dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan ekonomi lokal melalui UMKM. Dengan demikian, pengembangan produk unggulan UMKM dapat menjadi instrumen efektif dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di Desa Sukasari

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning process using the method think pair share on the subjects of moral creed in class VII MTs Al-Ittihadiyah Jalan Bromo and to see the use of this method will increase learning interest and results Learning that affects students' self-change and sense of work responsibility the same between students. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) or Classroom Action Research where this research has a very important role and strategies to improve the quality of learning if implemented properly and right. The results of the study explained that Akidah Akhlak learning in class VII MTS Al-Ittihadiyah is dominated by teachers using less learning methods Vary. Teachers often use the lecture method.
