Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effecctt Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operasional Cost To Operasional Income (BOPO), Non Performing Loan (NPL), and SIZE to the  Profitability (ROA). The population used in this research are all of the visted banking in Indonesian Stock Exchange the period 2008-2011. And form the purpose sampling method and find 20 companies that the criteria. Analysis method used in this research is multiple regression with a significancy level 5%. From the result of the test to the research simultaneous is known that  CAR. LDR, BOPO, NPL and SIZE significantly affected this profitability (ROA) of banking in BEI with a significancy 0,000. Being of the parsial test result to bank in BEI indicates that the variable LDR and SIZE has positive and significantly to profitability (ROA). Variable CAR, has positive and no significantly effect on profitability (ROA) of Bank. While the BOPO, NPL has negative and significantly to profitability (ROA). Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of beta (systematic risk), Debt to Equity Ratio,Earning Per Share and firm size on stock returns. This study uses secondary data obtained from the annual report. Samples were selected using purposive sampling technique to the study period 2010-2012. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results of hypothesis testing showed that beta (systematic risk) and a significant negatif effect on stock returns. Debt to Equity Ratio and no significant positif effect on stock returns. Earning Per Share positive and significant effect on stock returns. Abstract

The companys main goal according to the theory of the firm is to maximize wealth or firm value (value of the firm). Maximize the value of the company is very important for a company, because by maximizing the value of the company means also maximizing share holder wealth is the main goal of the company. This study aimed to determine the effect of profitability, dividend policy, foreign investment, enterprise scale and firm age on firm value in the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The companys main goal is to maximize the wealth or the value of the company. Maximizing the value of the company is very important for a company, because by maximizing the value of the company also means maximizing shareholder wealth is the main aim of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, leverage, profitability, and dividend policy on firm value in companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2013 period. The population in this study is the manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange during 2011-2013. This study uses secondary data obtained from the annual report www.idx.co.id. Samples were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results of hypothesis testing showed that the positive effect of firm size is not significant to the value of the company. Leverage positive and significant effect on firm value. Profitability positive and significant effect on firm value. Dividend policy significant positive effect on firm value. Abstract

This study aimes to examine and analyze the effect of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Earnings Per Share(EPS) and Financial Leverage(FL) on stock prices. The research methods used are descriptive and verificative.Methods of analysis used are multiple linear regression,correlation and coefficient of determination. Simultaneous hypothese  is tested  through F test and partial hypotheses are tested trough t test. Annual data are obtained from the Indonesia Stock  Exchange.
