Abstract

This purpose of this study to examine and analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Earning Pershare (EPS), Divident Payout Ratio (DPR) and Leverage ratio of the Price stock. Objects in this study is a company registered in the BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) Jakarta during 4 years period from 2007 until 2010. The samples in this study were 111 samples. The method used in the sampling is purposive sampling method. Statistic alanalysis tool used is regression. The results show that Return on asset, Earning Pershare and divident payout Ratio were significant influence to price stock. Leverage no significant effect on stock price.Key words: Return on asset, Earnings pershare, Dividend payout ratio, Leverage and Price stock .

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of firm size, profitability, sales growth, and dividend policy on capital structure. This study was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study are all companies incorporated in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2015. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The method of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple regression analysis. The result of this study proves that from the four variables used are firm size have positive and significant effect to capital structure, profitability have negative and significant effect to capital structure, sales growth has no significant effect to capital structure, and dividend policy has no significant effect to capital structure.Keywords: Company size, Profitability, Sales growth, Dividend policy, and Capital structure.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (Car), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operating Expenses and Operating Income (ROA) And Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) Of Return On Assets (ROA) The Banking Companies Period Year 2012-2014. Samples in this study is the overall financial statements of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, ie from 2012 to 2014, amounting to 31 companies that meet the requirements to report financial data are complete. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. Results of research Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) negative effect on ROA. Non Performing Loan (NPL) a negative effect on ROA. Operating Expenses to Operating Income (ROA) but no significant negative effect on ROA and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to ROA. Keywords: CAR, NPLs, ROA, and LDR to ROA

Abstract

This research analyzed the influence of Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Size to Dividend Policy of LQ45 Company which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A method of the sample using purposive sampling with the same period the end of 2012 until 2015. The data collected were 180 company, but only 29 a company that meet the criteria sample, so that as many as 116 companies that become the sample. Relations and influence between variable explained by using the method regression multiple analysis. The results of the research show that Profitability and the Size of the company have a positive significant effect on Dividend Policy. While Liquidity and Leverage have a negative significant effect on Dividend Policy. Keywords : Dividend Policy, Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Size

Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of Firm Size, Debt Policy, Dividend Policy and Profitability of the Firm Value. The research was conducted on an industrial manufacturing company that went public in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method with the research period 2010 to 2013. The data used in this study is data from manufacturing companies that met the selection criteria. The analytical method used in this research was multiple regression analysis.The research proves that the firm size, dividend policies and profitability is significant positive effect on firm value, while the dept policy is unsignificant negative effect on firm value. Adjusted R square value is 0.938 it explains 93.8% of dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 6.2% is explained by other causes outside the model. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of  CR, DER, EPS and ROA on Stock Prices in LQ45 company is go public in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research wasconducted again because that empirical evidence were linked with fundamental factors with stock prices still showed the different results that need further research to prove how the influence of fundamental factor on stock prices especially the LQ45 sector in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study was taken because there are still differences between the research study with each other.This research was conducted using secondary data. Population in this research was LQ45 company obtained from share which was listed and “go public” in Indonesian Stock Exchage period 2013-2015. Sampling technique used waspurposive sampling. There is 68 companies that can be analysed. This study is analyzed by using multiple regression.The multiple regression shows that CR have negative and significant impact on stock prices , DER has positive andnot significant effect on stock prices, EPS and ROAhave positive and significant impact on stock prices. Adjusted R Square is 0.850 this means 85% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable , while the remaining 25% is explained by other causes outside the model Keywords: Stock Price, Current Ratio,Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share and Return On Assets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Total Assets Turnover, Return on Assets, Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio of share price on publicly traded companies incorporated in LQ45 Index in 2012-2014. This research was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study are all publicly traded companies incorporated in LQ45 Index in 2012-2014. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The research proves that, EPS and PER positive and significant impact on stock prices, ROA significant negative effect on stock prices and TATO and not significant positive effect on stock prices. Adjusted R Square value is 0,999 this means that 99.9% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 0.1% is explained by other causes outside the model. Keywords: Share Prices, Total Asset Turnover, Return on Assets, Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of current ratio, Return On E quity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and size to the stock price. The research was conducted on a manufacturing company have listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange periodic 2011-2013. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is data from  manufacturing companies that meet the selection criteria . The analytical method used in this studyis multiple regression analysis.  The multiple regression shows thatCR, ROE and Size have positive and significant impact on stock prices, while DER has positive and not significant on stock prices. Adjusted R Square is 0,689 this means 68,9% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 31,1% is explained by other causes outside the model Keywords: Stock Price, Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Size

Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of Earning Per Share , Debt to Equity Ratio , Return on Equity and Dividend Payout Ratio to the stock price. The research was conducted on an industrial manufacturing company that go public on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method with the study period of 2010 to 2013.
