Abstract

Singer study aims to determine how the Effect QUALITY review Service Customer Satisfaction KRL Commuterline in Kebayoran Station. Methods of Data Analysis Performed: Correlation analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t test and f test and coefficient of determination (R2). Research shows that physical evidence, Responsiveness and Assurance NOT have an influence KRL Customer Satisfaction Commuterline while reliability and empathy has influence KRL Commuterline Customer

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of word-of-mouth promotion, brand image and service quality on the decision to choosing the training of prakerja at Pintaria. The population in this study were all Prakerja participants of Pintaria. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The design used in this study is a Causal. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and the result of the study are based on respondent answer using the Likert Scale. The data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Test, F Test, t Test and Coefficient of Determination with the help of SPSS 24. The result showed that simultaneously (F Test) there was a significant effect between the variables Word-Of-Mouth Promotion (X1), Brand Image (X2), and Service Quality (X3) on decision to choosing (Y). Partially (t Test) Word-Of-Mouth Promotion (X1) has a significant effect on decision to choosing, and Service Quality (X3) has a significant effect on decision to choosing, while Brand Image (X2) has no effect and is not significant to decision to choosing (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Product Design, Brand Image, and Lifestyle on the Purchasing Decision of Adidas brand sports shoes on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Satya Negara University Indonesia. The data used is primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 110 students who use Adidas brand sports shoes. The method used in this study used quantitative methods with causal design and research results based on respondents' answers using the Likert scale. The data analysis methods used in this study are the Multiple Linear Regression Test, F Test, t Test, and Coefficient of Determination.The results of this study show that simultaneously (test F) Product Design, Brand Image, and Lifestyle affect Purchasing Decisions. Partially (test t) Product Design does not affect the Purchase Decision, Brand Image affects the Purchase Decision, and Lifestyle affects the Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dewasa ini menjadi tumpuan harapan pertumbuhan ekonomi negara Indonesia, bagaimana tidak terbukti bahwa UMKM sebagai pilar utama perekonomian Indonesia dapat menyumbang kontribusi Prduk Domestik Bruto (PDB) sebesar 61,07% atau kurang-lebih sebesar 8.483,89 Triliun Rupiah. Sedangkan jika dilihat jumlah UMKM di seluruh Indonesia ada sebanyak 64,2 juta. Tentunya semua pihak harus berjuang lebih keras sehingga kontribusi UMKM terhadap peningkatan perekonomian Indonesia semakin besar, mampu menyerap tenaga kerja yang semakin tinggi. Keberhasilan bisnis ini harus didukung oleh kemampuan setiap pelaku bisnis atau pengusaha (entrepreuner) atau harus berpikir keras untuk memenangkan persaingan. Untuk memenangkan persaingan tersebut maka seorang pengusaha harus memiliki pola piker (entrepreneur mindset). Untuk perlu dilakukan penyuluhan Entrepreurship Mindset bagi pelaku UMKM di Lingkungan Suku Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Jakarta Selatan. Metode penyuluhan menggunakan metode ceramah sedangkan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji Beda. Hasil penyuluhan Kemampuan terdapat perbedaan kemampuan rata-rata peserta penyuluhan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan. Sebelum mengikuti penyuluhan rata-rata kemampuan peserta sebesar 13.5556, sedangkan sesudah penyuluhan rata-rata kemampuan peserta naik menjadi 21.2963, artinya terjadi peningkatan kemampuan rata-rata peserta sebesar 5.7407. Pelaksanaan PkM dengan topik ”Penyuluhan Entrepreneurship Mindset di Lingkungan Suku Dinas Kebayoran Lama Utara, Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan” dapat dikatakan berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam memahami entrepreneurship mindset.

Abstract

Dalam upaya membangun ekonomi kerakyatan, Presiden RI telah memberikan arahan untuk melakukan pengembangan UMKM Naik Kelas dan Modernisasi Koperasi. Peran UMKM sangat besar untuk pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia, dengan jumlahnya mencapai 99% dari keseluruhan unit usaha. Kontribusi UMKM terhadap PDB juga mencapai 60,5%, dan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja adalah 96,9% dari total penyerapan tenaga kerja nasional. “Ini critical engine untuk perekonomian kita supaya maju. Jadi kita bertopang sangat besar kepada UMKM kita. Selama pandemi, kita melihat banyak UMKM terpuruk, tapi begitu kita melihat saat ini sebanyak 84,8% UMKM yang tadinya terpuruk sudah kembali beroperasi normal. Kebijakan Pemerintah selama pandemi terbukti cukup efektif dalam mewujudkan hal itu,” jelas Deputi Bidang Koordinasi Ekonomi Digital, Ketenagakerjaan, dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah M. Rudy Salahuddin dalam acara UMKM Performance Index bertema “Indonesia UMKM Overview”.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction at Palem V tutoring simultaneously or partially. The data used is primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents who joined the Palem V Tutoring. The quantitative method and the results of this study are based on the answers of respondents using a Likert scale. The analytical method used in this research is Instrument Test (Validity and reliability), Basic Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality, Multicollinearity, Autocorrelation, Heteroscedasticity), Hypothesis Test (Multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and Coefficient of Determination) . The results of this study indicate that Service Quality, Price, and Location by F Test (simultaneous) have an effect on and significant to Customer Satisfaction, and the results of the t-test (partial) Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) have an effect and significant to Customer Satisfaction (Y ) while Location (X3) has no effect and is not significant on Customer Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This research intends to understand the influence of Brand Image, Price and Service Quality on Springbed Purchasing Decisions at PT. Primantara Eternal Ambassador. The evidence used is primary evidence collected through gathering sources from 50 sources who have purchased spring beds at the distributor PT. Primantara Eternal Ambassador. The process in this research is Causal Design. The process used in this research is a quantitative method and the research effect is based on respondents' answers using the LikeArt scale method. The data analysis techniques used in this research describe the Normality Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, F Test, t Test and Coefficient of Determination with the help of SPSS 23. The results of the observations state that simultaneously (F Test) a significant influence is received between the Brand Image variables (X1 ), Price (X2), and Service Quality (X3) on Purchasing Decisions (Y). Partially (t test) Brand Image (X1) received a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, Price (X2) received a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions and Service Quality (X3) received a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Pengembagan sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu kegiatan yang harus dilakukan oleh setiap organisasi baik organisasi bisnis maupun organisasi non bisnis termasuk Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM merupakan pilar penting pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia terus didorong agar dapat naik kelas, sehingga bisa memberikan kontribusi lebih besar bagi perekonomian. Untuk itu setiap pelaku UMKM harus selalu meningkatkan kemampuannya seuai perkembangan jaman terutama dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat terutama perkembangan globalisasi. Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of price, product quality and location on consumer purchasing decisions at the Iwan Tirta Collection in Grand Indonesia simultaneously or partially. The data used is primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have visited the Iwan Tirta Collection. Quantitative method and the results of this study are based on respondents' answers using a Likert scale. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that by F test (simultaneous) there is a significant influence between Price, Product Quality and Location on Consumer Purchase Decisions. t test (partial) shows that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has significant and significant influence on purchasing decisions, and location has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT.Bersih Sehat Puri Kencana simultaneously or partially. The number of respondents in this study were 100 people. This research is a descriptive study with a causal associative approach. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis accompanied by the F test (simultaneous), t test (partial), and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) with the help of SPSS 20 software. The results of this study show simultaneously (F test) Price, Facilities and Service quality has a significant and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially (t test) shows that price, facilities and service quality, while price and service quality have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. With a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 41%, it means that customer satisfaction cannot be explained by price, facilities and service quality, while 59% of purchasing decisions are influenced by variables not explained in this study.
