Abstract

Technological developments have led to the transfer of occupants from one place to another on the grounds of finding a better place to live. Both at the state and city level, try to attract people to be able to live in their area. One of the steps used to be able to attract this community is to use branding. This research will be carried out to look at the implications of city branding for people’s choices in choosing a place to live, especially creative workers. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach. This research data comes from the research results and previous studies that still have similarities with this research. The results of this study indicate that branding a city as a smart city considerably influences creative workers in determining their place of residence. This is because the existence of a smart city through its dimensions helps creative workers in their daily life and work.

Abstract

MARKETING COMMUNICATION OF SPECIAL BANTEN SOUVENIR PRODUCTS PEKIJING VILLAGE. Pekijing, is a village located in Kalanganyar Village, Serang City, has shown its existence by becoming a Tourism Village established by the Serang City Government in 2021. Pekijing Village continues to improve by carrying out various community empowerment efforts. One of them is structuring and increasing the capacity of human resources in the management of natural resources. There are many MSME products produced by Pekijing residents, such as various woven bamboo, carvings, miniature Banten towers, key chains, local specialties, to products made from plastic waste, such as flowers, or mats and mask connectors. However, obstacles are still being faced, namely the problem of capital and product marketing to be accepted by the market. To optimize the Marketing of Banten Special Souvenirs for the Pekijing Village residents, the Master of Communication Studies Program at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University Conducts Community Service activities in Pekijing Village, to help encourage active community participation in production activities, creativity development and marketing of the products owned. The community is encouraged not only to be creative in building tourist destinations and production, but also to have a role as marketing by optimizing public spaces in the digital realm, especially in the use of online stores, social media, such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Tiktok.

Abstract

The presence of home care can help the community in caring for the elderly. However, on the one hand, the elderly often feel left behind, so they then need social support from their families. Then social support will also influence home care services. This research will be carried out to look at how social support can have an impact on home care services in the elderly community. A qualitative approach will be used in this research. The data used in this study comes from various research results and previous studies, which still have relevance to the contents of this research. The results of this study then found that the provision of social support can meet the physical and psychological needs of the elderly at home care. Apart from the elderly, social support from the family can also increase nurses’ performance and reduce stress and burnout. Abstrak: Kehadiran home care dapat membantu masyarakat dalam merawat lansia. Namun di satu sisi, lansia seringkali merasa tertinggal, sehingga mereka kemudian membutuhkan dukungan sosial dari keluarganya. Kemudian dukungan sosial juga akan mempengaruhi pelayanan home care. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana dukungan sosial dapat berdampak pada pelayanan home care pada komunitas lansia. Pendekatan kualitatif akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari berbagai hasil penelitian dan penelitian sebelumnya yang masih memiliki relevansi dengan isi penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa pemberian dukungan sosial dapat memenuhi kebutuhan fisik dan psikologis lansia di panti jompo. Selain lansia, dukungan sosial dari keluarga juga dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat dan mengurangi stress dan burnout.
