Abstract

The partnership built by the university is one of the drivers of efforts to accelerate the digital transformation of women's micro-enterprises. The resources owned by the university can function as social capital to help micro-enterprises owned by women who experience gaps in access to opportunities for transformation, one of which will be the focus of this research is inequality in gaining entry to digital literacy. In this context, research on the role of university partnerships is compelling as an accelerator for inclusively advancing digital literacy for women micro-entrepreneurs in Indonesia, especially in the Tasikmalaya area. We used a qualitative approach conducting In-Depth Interviews with six informants who split up into 4 (four) clusters, specifically 1) University Cluster, 2) The Expert Cluster, 3) Micro-Entrepreneur Cluster, and 4) The Business Incubator Cluster. Our contribution shows that adopting an integrated learning initiative can accelerate the mastery and use of digital skills among female micro-entrepreneurs. This study contributes to understanding how the university partnership model is implemented according to the capacity and business model of women's microenterprises.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan salah satu aspek yang terdampak akan pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Padasaat pandemi ini terjadi beberapa masalah untuk UMKM dibidang kuliner diantaranya kesulitan pemasaran,kesulitan keuangan, kendala keterbatasan SDM, bahan baku dan keterbatasan teknologi. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat informasi baru tentang tingkat efektifitasdan perkembangan digital yang digunakan oleh UMKM selama pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitiankomparatif, di mana variabel yang diteliti merupakan variabel mandiri tetapi untuk sampel yang digunakanlebih dari satu atau diukur pada waktu yang berbeda. Kuesioner disebar melalui Google Form dengan totalresponden sejumlah 100 yang terpilih dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa snowballdan purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa terdapat perbedaan efektivitas pra danpasca UMKM bidang kuliner menggunakan strategi digitalisasi saat pandemi covid-19, hal ini dapat dilihatdari hasil rata-rata penggunaan strategi digitalisasi pada saat pandemic covid-19. Pada penelitian ini dapatdilihat adanya hubungan dan pengaruh efektivitas pada saat pra dan pasca menggunakan strategidigitalisasi. Pengaruhnya tersebut ialah terjadinya peningkatan penggunaan strategi digitalaisasi yangmenjadikan efektifitas UMKM kuliner di Kota Tasikmalaya pada saat pandemi sebesar 51.24%. Selamapandemi covid-19, UMKM di bidang kuliner secara tidak langsung dituntut untuk bisa memanfaatkanteknologi, agar usahanya tetap berjalan. Dengan segala pembatasan ruang gerak secara tatap muka,UMKM di bidang kuliner menggunakan strategi digitalisasi untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Terdapatpeningkatan efektifitas dan perkembangan digital yang digunakan UMKM dibidang kuliner diKota Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Salah satu klausul yang ditawarkan dalam paket kemitraan usaha ayam broiler adalah penawaran kepada peternak mitra untuk menjual hasil panen kepada perusahaan mitra dengan harga yang sudah ditentukan didalam kontrak. Dengan adanya penawaran tersebut, peternak mitra mendapat kepastian harga jual dan pembeli untuk produk yang dihasilkannya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya tarik kontrak penjualan hasil terhadap minat peternak dalam mengikuti pola kemitraan. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja di Kecamatan Gelumbang Kabupaten Muara Enim dengan pertimbangan bahwa di lokasi penelitian mayoritas peternak ayam broiler mengikuti pola kemitraan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak berlapis (stratified random sampling). Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24.0 dan metode statistik yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian ini adalah regresi logistik tepatnya model binomial logistik. Kepastian harga (Pr), kepastian adanya pembeli (B) dan motivasi peternak (M) merupakan variabel bebas yang diuji untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan peternak (P) untuk mengikuti pola kemitraan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa variabel-variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan peternak untuk mengikuti pola kemitraan dengan tingkat kontribusi sebesar 32% dan 68% ditentukan oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian yang turut serta mempengaruhi keputusan peternak untuk bermitra. Variabel kepastian pembeli (B) memiliki nilai daya tarik lebih besar dibandingkan dengan variabel lainnya. Hal tersebut timbul karena peternak menghindari risiko kesulitan dalam memasarkan hasil produksi mengingat peternak cukup banyak sedangkan pasar sasaran tidak bertambah. Abstract

Indonesia is optimistic about becoming a developed country with a projected national entrepreneurship ratio of 3.9% in 2024. The government's strategic steps in encouraging institutions concerned with human development to work more progressively make it happen. The roles of higher education institutions in efforts to accelerate the achievement of the national entrepreneurship ratio through its tri dharma is also a responsibility that must be carried out sustainably. In community service, higher education creates entrepreneurial human resources relevant to science and technology development and can answer market problems or needs through the Digital Entrepreneurship Development Program. The science and technology that will be used in implementing the Digital Entrepreneurship Development Program is through the Local Business Optimization technology application platform. The method used in implementing the program is adapting the integrated learning initiatives approach, which includes masterclasses, action learning, peer-to-peer learning, and experiential workshops. After the participants took part in the integrated learning series, the program participants were able to determine a business model that suits their resources, whether to focus on the B2B scheme or the B2C scheme. However, this program will have more impact if its implementation receives support from partners who have the same program. Kata kunci: Kewirausahaan Digital, Transformasi Digital, Wirausaha Baru.

Abstract

Belajar dari pengalaman usaha yang dirintis oleh para mahasiswa tersebut, maka kami menyusun blueprint program pengabdian masyarakat Digital Entrepreneurship Development Program: Scaling Up Through Digital Integration ini untuk mendorong peningkatan performa bisnis para wirausaha mahasiswa dan masyarakat umum dalam aktifitas usahanya, sehingga setelahnya menguasai skillset digital integration diharapkan mampu bersaing secara kompetitif serta dapat menjangkau market seluas-luasnya. Adapun IPTEK yang akan digunakan dalam mengimplementasikan Konsep Scaling Up dalam Digital Entrepreneurship Development Programini adalah melalui pendekatan model Digital Integration Setelah dilakukannya serangkaian kegiatan workshop dan pendampingan terhadap peserta program, entitas bisnis yang adaptif mengadopsi digital integration yang sederhana, mampu mendapatkan data base customer-nya secara tertarget dan penjualan pun dapat dipastikan berkelanjutan. Hal ini dapat dilihat sebagai contoh pencapaian unit usaha yang dijalani oleh mahasiswi prodi manajemen, yaitu bidang fashion (kerudung) Brand Rvna Hijab yang baru saja dimulai sejak awal September 2023. Dalam satu bulan berhasil mencatatkan penjualan sebanyak 3.556 pcs kerudung dengan total data base pelanggan 1.418 pembeli dengan total kunjungan atau traffic yang masuk sebanyak 26.561 oarang. Hasil ini baru menggunakan satu platform saja, yaitu Live Stream Commerce, Tiktok. Namun demikian, tantangan muncul pada saat dorongan dari pemilik usaha untuk melakukan scaling up membuka channel distribusi platform e-commerce secara bersamaan sementara aspek digital talent belum siap, maka hasilnya menjadi kurang efektif.

Abstract

Ternak itik Cihateup merupakan ternak lokal asal Desa Sukanagalih sebagai penghasil telur dan daging untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi masyarakat. Diversifikasi pangan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah produk dan pendapatan masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menerapkan teknologi tepat guna pengolahan telur asin dan nugget daging itik afkir untuk meningkatkan nilai jual telur dan daging itik afkir sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Kegiatan dimulai pada bulan Juni sampai Desember 2024 di Desa Sukanagalih, Kecamatan Rajapolah, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Kegiatan PDB terdiri atas berbagai kegiatan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan pembuatan telur asin dan nugget daging itik afkir sampai pemasarannya. Mitra sasaran kegiatan PDB adalah Kelompok Megar Bebek Cihateup dan Badan Usaha Milik Desa Berdikari dengan jumlah partisipan kegiatan sebanyak 40 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa diversifikasi pangan telur dan daging itik menjadi telur asin dan nugget mampu meningkatkan daya konsumsi masyarakat yang tidak menyukai produk telur dan daging itik menjadi suka. Pengolahan telur asin mampu meningkatkan nilai jual telur itik segar per butir sebesar Rp. 2.000,- menjadi Rp. 3.500,- serta daging itik segar sebesar Rp. 40.000,- menjadi Rp 100.000,- per kg. Kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat Desa Sukanagalih dengan mengolah produk unggulan desa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the description of financial incentives, work motivation and employee performance of PDAM Tirta Sukapura, Tasikmalaya Regency. The Effect of Financial Incentives and Work Motivation Simultaneously on Employee Performance at PDAM Tirta Sukapura, Tasikmalaya Regency. As well as the Effect of Financial Incentives and Work Motivation partially on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Sukapura, Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. With a research sample of 67 employees of PDAM Tirta Sukapura, Tasikmalaya Regency as respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 support application. The results of the study showed that Financial Incentives for employees of PDAM Tirta Sukapura, Tasikmalaya Regency were qualified with good criteria, for employee work motivation at PDAM Tirta Sukapura, Tasikmalaya Regency it can be said to have good criteria, and for employee performance at PDAM Tirta Sukapura, Tasikmalaya Regency it has high criteria. The results of the hypothesis test show that simultaneously the variables used in the study, namely financial incentives and work motivation, have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Sukapura, Tasikmalaya Regency. Likewise, partially there is a significant effect of financial incentives on employee performance, and partially there is a significant effect between work motivation on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Sukapura, Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out through the Entrepreneurial University Accelerator Initiative programme designed to develop the entrepreneurial skills of Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya Management students. The programme was conducted in the form of a bootcamp that focused on making products from melon-based ingredients, aiming to improve students' competence in product innovation and entrepreneurship based on local ingredients. A total of 5 students were actively involved in this bootcamp, which lasted for 5 days with a series of training that included understanding the product value chain, production techniques, marketing, and market analysis. Through evaluation, 85% of students were able to produce market-ready product prototypes, such as melon juice, jam, and melon-based healthy snacks. In addition, 92% of participants showed significant improvement in their understanding of marketing and product development strategies. The results of this programme showed success in encouraging students' creativity and entrepreneurial skills based on local potential. Overall, the programme had a positive impact in equipping students with relevant skills to face labour market challenges and strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the academic environment.

Abstract

Increased competition in the craft industry and reduced activity in the surrounding community have caused a significant decline in the number of MSMEs, which is indicated by internal and external factors. Rajapolah crafts are increasingly popular with consumers because they prefer modern products compared to crafts made in Rajapolah. Wicker is considered old-fashioned and out of date, especially by the millennial generation. This research aims to analyze how price and product quality influence consumer buying interest in Rajapolah craft products. This research can be expanded as quantitative research with a sample size of 100 respondents. Based on the results that have been carried out, price and product quality have a significant effect on buying interest in Rajapolah handicraft MSME products. It can be concluded that producers, in increasing purchasing interest, need to look at the price and quality aspects of their products.
