Abstract

Dedak padi memiliki keterbatasan apabila langsung digunakan sebagai pakan ternak sehingga perlu diolah terlebih dahulu. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kandungan protein dan menurunkan serat kasar pada dedak padi sehingga dapat dijadikan pakan alternatif untuk menurunkan biaya pakan dan meningkatkan pendapatan peternak. Kegiatan pemberdayaan desa binaan (PDB) dilaksanakan di Desa Sukanagalih, Kecamatan Rajapolah, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Program PDB dilaksanakan secara periodik mulai bulan Juni 2025 sampai dengan Desember 2025. Mitra sasaran kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok Megar Bebek Cihateup. Kegiatan PDB dilaksanakan menggunakan berbagai metode yaitu penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan penerapan teknologi amofer. Evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan metode pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, aksesibilitas, dan pengetahuan peserta. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan penerapan teknologi tepat guna dedak padi amofer mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, aksesibilitas, dan pendapatan mitra sampai dengan 40-60% dibandingkan sebelum kegiatan. Adapun produk dedak padi amofer ini dapat dijadikan sebagai pakan alternatif karena mampu menurunkan biaya pakan sampai dengan 50%. Program ini dapat dilaksanakan secara berkala dan dilakukan komersialisasi produk pakan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan peternak. Dengan demikian luaran dari kegiatan ini dapat berkontribusi mewujudkan ketahanan pangan dan ekonomi lokal di Desa Sukanagalih.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital entrepreneurship ecosystem of women and its role in emerging economies. With the advancement of digital technology, digital entrepreneurship has become a significant driver of economic growth, particularly among women. This research explores various factors influencing the digital entrepreneurship ecosystem, including access to technology, education, funding, networks, and existing regulations. The study adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews and document analysis to understand the dynamics of women entrepreneurs in the digital sector. The findings reveal that, while digital entrepreneurship offers significant opportunities for women digital entrepreneurs, several challenges persist, such as limited access to resources, insufficient digital literacy, and gender inequality in business environments. By understanding this ecosystem, the research provides policy recommendations to support the development of women's digital entrepreneurship as a strategy for improving economic welfare and promoting social inclusion in Indonesia. In conclusion, the women's digital entrepreneurship ecosystem holds great potential to contribute to local economic development, but targeted policy interventions are necessary.

Abstract

Background: The integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) in content marketing had gained increasing attention as a key driver of digital transformation, particularly for women-led microenterprises. Purpose: This study investigates the role of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in optimizing content marketing strategies to accelerate the digitalization of female-owned microbusinesses in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach: Using qualitative research methods, including in-depth interviews with 5 (five) participants women micro-entrepreneurs, the study emphasizes the depth of context. This study explores the challenges and benefits of adopting AI-driven content creation tools. The analytical method used is holistic coding.   Findings/results: The results reveal that Generative AI significantly enhances content production in terms of creativity, relevance, and efficiency, while also improving audience engagement and brand visibility. These findings confirm that in content creation, it is no longer necessary to pay third parties to create content, and women entrepreneurs can automatically generate the marketing content they need at no cost. Furthermore, this study highlights how AI acts as a powerful catalyst for social and economic empowerment by providing micro-businesses with the tools necessary to compete in the digital economy.  Conclusion: The research findings emphasize the transformative potential of AI in reshaping traditional marketing approaches, fostering greater inclusivity and growth in the entrepreneurial landscape. Although these entities have implemented generative AI technologies to augment the production of marketing materials, they are currently lack the specialized competency in prompt composition required to optimize the conversion potential of the resulting content for marketing purposes. Through its relevant institutions, the government is strategically promoting digital transformation by establishing dedicated digital and AI learning centers in some regions. According to the informants, however, these initiatives seldom reach female-owned micro-businesses in those same regions. Originality/value: By shedding light on the specific impact of AI on women micro-entrepreneurs, this study contributes to the broader discourse on gender, entrepreneurship, and technological innovation. The implications of this research offer valuable insights for policymakers, business practitioners, and stakeholders aiming to support the digital transformation of women-led micro-enterprises. Abstract

Indonesia is optimistic about becoming a developed country with a projected national entrepreneurship ratio of 3.9% in 2024. The government's strategic steps in encouraging institutions concerned with human development to work more progressively make it happen. The roles of higher education institutions in efforts to accelerate the achievement of the national entrepreneurship ratio through its tri dharma is also a responsibility that must be carried out sustainably. In community service, higher education creates entrepreneurial human resources relevant to science and technology development and can answer market problems or needs through the Digital Entrepreneurship Development Program. The science and technology that will be used in implementing the Digital Entrepreneurship Development Program is through the Local Business Optimization technology application platform. The method used in implementing the program is adapting the integrated learning initiatives approach, which includes masterclasses, action learning, peer-to-peer learning, and experiential workshops. After the participants took part in the integrated learning series, the program participants were able to determine a business model that suits their resources, whether to focus on the B2B scheme or the B2C scheme. However, this program will have more impact if its implementation receives support from partners who have the same program. Kata kunci: Kewirausahaan Digital, Transformasi Digital, Wirausaha Baru.

Abstract

This research purposse to determine and analyze (1) Description of Situational Leadership Style, Work Environment and Performance of Production Operator Employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalaya. (2) The Influence of Situational Leadership Style on the Performance of Production Operator Employees at PT. Range Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalaya. (3) The Influence of Situational Leadership Style on the Work Environment of Production Operator Employees at PT. Range Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalaya. (4) The Influence of the Work Environment on the Performance of Production Operator Employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalay and (5) The Influence of Situational Leadership Style Through the Work Environment on the Performance of Production Operator Employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalaya.. The method used in this research is a survey. With a research sample of 45 production operator employees as respondents. The data used is primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is path regression analysis using the SPSS version.25 support application and the Sobel Test. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Situational Leadership Style at PT Rentang Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalaya has been carried out well. The work environment at PT Rentang Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalaya is also in the good category and employee performance at PT Rentang Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalaya is in the high category. Situational Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance variables. Situational Leadership Style has a significant effect on work environment variables. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. There is an indirect influence between Situational Leadership Style on employee performance through the work environment.

Abstract

The issue of digital transformation is currently still a strategic program of the Indonesian government, especially for women micro-enterprises in the regions, as stated in the master plan for the development of the Indonesian digital industry 2023-2045 initiated by BAPPENAS RI. To strive for the achievement of a complete digital transformation, business entities, in this case, women's micro-enterprises must be willing to adopt new business models that are relevant to the needs of a more specific market and experience many behavioral changes in meeting their needs. In this context, the purpose of the research is to investigate how transformative business models can accelerate the digital transformation of women's micro-enterprises in Indonesia, especially in Tasikmalaya. We used a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with 9 women micro-enterprises using a descriptive coding approach. The contribution of the results of this study explains that transformative business models can accelerate the digital transformation of women's micro-business entities as reflected in how to determine Value Proposition, Functional Architecture, Value Architecture that are relevant to the conditions of digital industry development in Indonesia. However, the results of this study reflect that product innovation is the lowest part carried out by women micro business actors

Abstract

Ternak itik Cihateup merupakan ternak lokal asal Desa Sukanagalih sebagai penghasil telur dan daging untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi masyarakat. Diversifikasi pangan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah produk dan pendapatan masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menerapkan teknologi tepat guna pengolahan telur asin dan nugget daging itik afkir untuk meningkatkan nilai jual telur dan daging itik afkir sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Kegiatan dimulai pada bulan Juni sampai Desember 2024 di Desa Sukanagalih, Kecamatan Rajapolah, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Kegiatan PDB terdiri atas berbagai kegiatan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan pembuatan telur asin dan nugget daging itik afkir sampai pemasarannya. Mitra sasaran kegiatan PDB adalah Kelompok Megar Bebek Cihateup dan Badan Usaha Milik Desa Berdikari dengan jumlah partisipan kegiatan sebanyak 40 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa diversifikasi pangan telur dan daging itik menjadi telur asin dan nugget mampu meningkatkan daya konsumsi masyarakat yang tidak menyukai produk telur dan daging itik menjadi suka. Pengolahan telur asin mampu meningkatkan nilai jual telur itik segar per butir sebesar Rp. 2.000,- menjadi Rp. 3.500,- serta daging itik segar sebesar Rp. 40.000,- menjadi Rp 100.000,- per kg. Kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat Desa Sukanagalih dengan mengolah produk unggulan desa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and risk perception on investment decisions, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used to examine the influence of financial literacy and risk perception on investment decisions is a quantitative method with a descriptive and survey approach. The sample in this study consisted of 92 students from the Management Study Program at the University of Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. The data used were primary data. The analytical tool employed in this study was multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26.0. The results of the study show that the level of financial literacy among students of the Management Study Program at the University of Perjuangan Tasikmalaya falls into the “very good” category. Similarly, their risk perception and investment decision-making are also categorized as “very good.” Simultaneously, financial literacy and risk perception have a significant influence on investment decisions. Partially, financial literacy has a significant effect on investment decisions, and risk perception also has a positive and significant influence on investment decisions.
