Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang semakin kuat memberikan dampak positif terhadap perubahan gaya hidup bagi bisnis dan konsumen. Pentingnya memulai transformasi digital, melihat pemanfaatan teknologi dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Penelitian tentang penggunaan alat pembayaran digital pada UMKM masih relatif terbatas dan manajemen pengetahuan pelanggan merupakan titik temu logis antara manajemen hubungan pelanggan dan manajemen pengetahuan. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk menyelidiki teknologi digital yang mendukung usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang beroperasi di industri kreatif dalam strategi manajemen pengetahuan mereka. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi dan kemampuan menjalankan bisnis berpengaruh terhadap kolaborasi proses internal, karena adopsi teknologi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM, karena kemampuan menjalankan bisnis berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM, mediasi: kolaborasi proses internal tidak dapat menengahi antara adopsi teknologi dan kemampuan menjalankan bisnis berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UKM.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to increase knowledge and skills in planning, compiling and managing Islamic finance for students of MAN 2 Karanganyar. The students of MAN 2 Karangayar are Generation Z who play a role in this nation. The problem faced by partners is the first, limited knowledge of sharia-based financial planning. Second, the lack of skills and ability to prepare budgets for sharia-based financial management. The solutions to these problems include: first, training to increase knowledge about sharia financial planning. Second, training in preparing an ideal budget. It is hoped that with this solution, MAN 2 Karanganyar students will be able to plan and budget for Islamic financial management so that they do not have a lifestyle with the desire to follow a trend that is currently rife or developing which can lead to hedonism and other detrimental traits. The output of this activity is increasing knowledge and increasing skills in preparing personal budgets for sharia financial management by partners.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine differences in company financial performance before Covid-19 and during Covid-19 and their impact on stock prices. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis used in this study was a different test, namely the Wilcoxon test and panel data regression with Eviews software. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The population in this study are food and beverage sector companies in 2018-2021. The data used in this study is the annual financial reports of 11 companies in the food and beverage sector in the sharia stock category in 2018-2021 as many as 44 data. The results of data analysis show that the different test with the Wilcoxon Test results are the variables of Stock Price, ROA, Current Ratio, DER, TATO there is no difference between before and during Covid-19. And based on the selection of the model that has been done, the Fixed Effect Model is chosen to be the best model for estimating. The hypothesis test shows that the ROA variable is significant and has a positive effect on stock prices, Current Ratio is significant and has a negative effect on stock prices, while the DER and TATO variables are not significant and have no effect on stock prices. The limitations of this study only use research objects that are only focused on food and beverage companies and this research only conducts studies related to financial performance with ratios of ROA, Current Ratio, DER and TATO. Suggestions for further research are to conduct research with different objects and add other variables related to financial performance.

Abstract

Tingkat pemahaman keuangan syariah yang tergolong masih rendah, berarti Islam hanya sebagai identitas dan ritual ibadah, namun belum mampu menjadi way of life bagi umat Muslim. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah masih banyaknya masyarakat yang belum memahami konsep bank syariah dengan baik dan benar sehingga masih ada keraguan bagi mereka dalam menggunakan layanan bank syariah, untuk itu perlu dilakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat agar memiliki pemahaman tentang keuangan syariah khususnya bank syariah sehingga kedepan mereka dapat mengambil langkah kongkrit bagi masa depan agar tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman karena kurangnya pemahaman. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman keuangan syariah khususnya perbankan syariah bagi warga terkait akad, produk dan aplikasinya secara syariah Islam. Dan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta yang hadir merasa sangat antusias dengan adanya pengabdian ini. Berdasarkan pertanyaan dan pre maupun post test yang ada, disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman para peserta menjadi bertambah setelah dipaparkan materi yang diberikan

Abstract

Teenagers today have a hedonistic nature that allows them to do various things to fulfill their hedonistic desires, so that they can be exploited by irresponsible individuals, such as illegal online loans. The main problems faced by partners are low knowledge about Islamic finance and the use of fintech and partners who often receive illegal online loan offers that take advantage of people's awareness of Fintech. The solution offered to the problems felt through this program is through counseling and education as well as training on the safe use of Fintech. The method used in this service is Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which consists of several stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. As a result of this activity, partners experience an increase in knowledge about healthy sharia finance and an increase in partners' ability to use Fintech safely so that partners can make wise financial decisions

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how company size and Integrated Maqasid Al-Shariah Based Performance (IMSPM) influence company value. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. In this research, panel data regression analysis was carried out using the Eviews program. In this research, purposive sampling was used in sampling. And the test results on the model show that the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) was chosen as the estimation model using the Cross-section weights approach estimator. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that IMSPM has a significant negative effect on company value as measured by EVA, while company size has a significant positive effect

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to increase MSMEs' understanding of Fintech by providing literacy to build the financial resilience of MSMEs so that they do not get caught in Illegal Online Loan fraud. Adaptation to technological developments requires people to be smart about their finances. The partners of this service are the MSMEs of Gergunung Klaten Village, with 41 participants. The main problem faced by MSME partners in Gergunung Klaten Village is the lack of technological and financial knowledge among Gergunung Klaten Village MSMEs and the frequent offers of online loans, even though their knowledge, especially regarding FinTech, is still low, so they have the potential to become victims of illegal loans. This community service is focused on fintech literacy, which plays an important role in efforts to mitigate the risk of Online Loan victims. Through a service approach that involves counseling and providing clear and accurate information, MSME services and development can be empowered to make smarter financial decisions and be aware of the risks and benefits of fintech services, especially in the case of Online Loan. The methods used are counseling, prevention of illegal borrowing, and services, as well as developing the needs of MSMEs by simulating the use of fintech. The results of this service are able to increase fintech literacy and public awareness of the dangers of illegal Online Loan. With a better understanding of fintech and Online Loan, people, especially MSMEs, have the tools to make smarter financial decisions and reduce the risk of fraud. This effort contributes to the formation of a society that is more financially empowered and smarter when making transactions via financial technology platforms.

Abstract

MSMEs are very important for Indonesia because almost 60% of GDP is dominated by this sector. But in the process of running MSMEs in Nangsri Kebakkramat village, there are still don't understand how to promote appropriately according to the type of product being marketed, starting from increasing production costs, distribution systems, and most importantly, the lack of consumer knowledge about the products being sold.. This service aims to provide knowledge and training in creating advertising content and maximizing the use of promotional media. The method used the counseling method for an initial introduction to creating advertising content. Apart from providing material, the PKM team also provides practical methods or training on how to create advertising content and digital product marketing. It is hoped that MSME can carry out this service while running their businesses.using information technology to market products to a wider market online and offline.

Abstract

Compared with conventional online loans, there are probably few people interested in sharia loans. Nevertheless, Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. This research aims to find components influencing people's use of the Sharia P2P Lending platform. A quantitative approach was taken in the research, and data was collected through an empirical survey using a purposive sampling method. The inclusion criteria for respondents were Muslims who knew or had used Sharia P2P Lending. The number of samples obtained was 100 respondents. In addition, the analysis was carried out with Smart PLS using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that the trust variable significantly influences attitudes and interests. The risk perception variable has a significant negative effect on attitudes and interests. The attitude variable significantly affects interest and can mediate the relationship between trust risk perception and interest in using Sharia Peer Lending.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to increase the understanding of MSME players in calculating business capital needs. The service partners were MSMEs from the 'Aisyiyah (PDA) Karanganyar Regional Leaders who were attended by 52 participants. A common problem faced by partners is that partners do not understand how to calculate business capital correctly. This service is focused on assisting partners so they can calculate business capital needs to improve the quality of their business. The methods used in this service are preparation, socialization of material and training in calculating business capital. From the results of the activity, it was found that the participants experienced an increase in their understanding of business capital and how to calculate it correctly and found solutions to the problems they faced.
