Abstract

This study aims to reveal how "Increasing Teacher Discipline in Teaching by Supervising the Madrasah Principal of MTs Al Bukhari Labuhanbatu" This research uses qualitative research, with direct research into the field. The data collection techniques used by researchers were interviews and observations with teachers and documentation carried out by researchers in the field in order to strengthen the validity of the research data. So the researcher mastered the four standard validation approaches consisting of: 1) credibility, 2) transferability, 3) dependability. Firmness to classify data, data that has been obtained from research results. The findings include four findings: 1) Managerial supervision at MTs Al Bukhari Labuhanbatu has been carried out properly and in accordance with the goals and roles of the manager himself, 2) The discipline of teachers in these Madrasas is included in the disciplined category from various aspects, especially seen from the teacher himself from the level of attendance already it is very rare to find teachers who come to school late and are on time to start learning and are disciplined in preparing learning tools, 3) the driving and inhibiting factors for teacher discipline in Madrasas are almost all the information that researchers get that there are two factors, namely from the individual himself (internal) and from leaders, co-workers or other demands (external) and 4) Managerial supervision in improving teacher discipline at MTs Al Bukhari Labuhanbatu has very good implications, with the supervision carried out by the Head of Madrasah towards teachers, teachers feel loyal p his work carefully and with a sense of responsibility because he feels he is being watched.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of SBM at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Plus Skills Deli Serdang which includes education staff management, student management, curriculum management, facility and infrastructure management, financial management, and community relations management. This research uses a type of qualitative research using descriptive research. Data were obtained from the Deli Serdang 1 Plus Skills Madrasah Aliyah Negeri. While the data collection technique in research is the interview method. Secondary data or data reinforcement obtained by the observation method, and documentation whose data sources are from the Head of Madrasah and staff at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Plus Skills Deli Serdang. Data analysis begins by collecting all data from various sources, checking the validity of the data, presenting data and verifying data using triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the results of the implementation of school-based management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Plus Skills Deli Serdang have been going quite well, although in practice there are still many obstacles and obstacles in each component of the field of school management, but this has become a motivation for madrasas to bring out madrasa creativity. in developing programs that are more in line with the needs and potential of madrasas to improve the quality of education in madrasah.

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution, which was all technological, made all aspects continue to innovate so that they remained optimal, especially in the world of education. The current educational challenge is that there is still a lack of more interactive learning media using ICT, so that educators or teachers must be more extra in mastering technology in the manufacture and development of learning media. This study aims to develop learning media using classpoints that are easier on learning materials taught by each educator. With the same explanation as the previous ppt media with this feature there are many things to develop, especially in questions that the teacher can directly make on slides with various types of answers. The research model used applies ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) with a quantitative descriptive approach using interviews and questionnaires. A total of 36 students were the subjects in this study. With the results of the study showing that students answered above the range > 60% to 100%, it means that students agree to strongly agree that classpoint learning media is fun and interactive and easy to use.
