Abstract

The study aims to determine the legal position between the Employment Contract Agreement and The Rector of Surakarta State Islamic Institute Regulation Number 51 of 2014 concerning Contract Employees of IAIN Surakarta viewed from the perspective of Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning Civil Servants and their legal consequences. The review of synchronization law uses Stufenbau Theory (Theory of The Pyramid of Law) to find out wether the Rector’c Regulation on Contract Employees of IAIN Surakarta is in accordance with the Civil Servants Law or not. Meanwhile, the theory of the validity of the agreement is used to find out the legal consequences of the IAIN Surakarta’s Working Contract Agreement, as stipulated in the Article 1320 of the Civil Code. This research is descriptive analytical legal (doctrinal) research which describes the contents of the Work Contract and Regulatory Agreement of the Rector of the Surakarta State Islamic Institute Number 51 of 2014 concerning IAIN Contract Employees. Furthermore, it reviews the level off synchronization with the Civil Servants Law using secondary data which is strengthened by primary legal materials in the form of other relevant laws and regulations. The results show that there are many statements in the Work Contract and Regulations of the Rector of the Surakarta State Islamic Institute Number 51 of 2014 concerning Surakarta IAIN Contract Employees which are not in accordance with the regulation of the Civil Sevants Law. Whereas, the Contract of Work Agreement does not meet the legal requirements of the agreement. The inconsistency of the provisions of the Civil Sevants Law brings legal consequences, namely the Rector Regulation of the Surakarta State Islamic Institute Number 51 of 2014 concerning Contract Employees of IAIN Surakarta must be revised. Then, by not fulfilling the legal objective conditions of the agreement, the Letter of Agreement of Work Contract is null and void, deemed that there is considered that was never any agreement . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui psikologi sastra yang terdapat dalam novel Mama Karya Wulan Mulya Pratiwi dan Erby S. Dengan menggunakan teori Kepribadian Humanistik Carl Rogers. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Novel ini bercerita mengenai kepribadian humanistik pada tokoh utama yaitu Mala terkait penyakit yang dialaminya membuat penulis tertarik untuk mengetahuinya lebih dalam melalui organisme, medan fenomena dan konsep diri (Self). Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan dalam organisme terdapat gangguan psikis tokoh utama yaitu depresi post partum, depresi post partum blues dan depresi post partum psikosis. Kemudian ditemukan dalam medan fenomena yaitu pengalaman pahit masa lalu tokoh utama dan konsep diri (Self) ditemukan yaitu kecemasan, tingkah laku defensif dan berpikir picik.

Abstract

The main problem in the research in this study is about how the process of interpreting Heuristics and Hermeneutics and Social Criticism in the book collection of poems Love and Stories that are Difficult to Finish by Gita Romadhona. This study aims to determine the content of heuristic and hermeneutic meanings in the collection of poems Love and Stories that are Hard to Finish by Gita Romadhona. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. Using Michael Riffaterre's Semiotic study which covers the heuristic reading process and the hermeneutic reading process. The data in this study are in the form of data obtained from the results of the Heruristic and Hermeneutic discussion of the five poems contained in the collection of poems Love and Difficult Stories by Gita Romadhona, namely, "Deus ex Machina", " Along street Margonda, The Lights Still On", "Captain", "On the Lake, This Afternoon", and "New Song of Untouchables". Then describe any social problems contained in the poem. The social problems contained in the five poems, namely, social problems in gender in the poem Deus ex Machina, social problems in poverty in the poem Along Street Margonda, The Lights Are Still On, social problems in family disorganization in the poem Captain, social problems in morals in rhymes On the Lake, Last Afternoon, and social issues in human and economic morality in the rhymes of New Song Para Paria.Keywords: Semiotics, Riffaterre, Love and Unfinished Stories

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Principal's Democratic Leadership Style, Teacher Competence, and the Role of School Committees on the Quality of Senior High School Education in Tangerang Regency. The success of an organization is determined by students and teachers in operating the work units in the agency. The quality of education can be influenced by several factors, including the Principal's Democratic Leadership Style, Teacher Competence, and the Role of the School Committee. The object of this research is a high school teacher in Tangerang Regency. The sample used is Tangerang Regency Teachers as many as 90 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the regression analysis between the Principal's Democratic Leadership Style, Teacher Competence, and the Role of School Committees on Education Quality showed significant results with a significance of 0.046, 0.041 and 0.44 < =0.05. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the Leadership Style, Teacher Competence, and the Role of the School Committee have a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Education

Abstract

Ikan gabus mengandung albumin dan gizi yang diperlukan oleh tubuh. Bawang Dayak merupakan tanaman khas Kalimantan Tengah yang memiliki ragam manfaat. Manfaat bawang Dayak yang ditambahkan ke dalam nuget ikan gabus belum dilaporkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menentukan perlakuan terbaik penambahan bawang Dayak (0, 5, 10, dan 15%) pada nuget ikan gabus berdasarkan parameter komposisi kimia dan organoleptik (ketampakan, rasa, aroma, dan tekstur) terhadap nuget ikan gabus. Karakteristik proksimat nuget ikan gabus dengan penambahan bawang Dayak menunjukkan kadar abu 1,06-1,51%, protein 6,20-7,35%, lemak 1,60-2,07% dan karbohidrat 20,80-23,02% memenuhi SNI 7758:2013, sedangkan kadar air 67,20-68,58% melebihi SNI 7758:2013. Karakteristik organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan rata-rata dari 30 orang panelis terhadap nuget ikan gabus, yaitu rasa 4,93-6,87 (agak masam-kurang kuat); aroma 5,47-6,40 (apek-kurang kuat); tekstur 5,40-6,87 (agak lembek-agak padat); dan ketampakan 5,07-7,13 (agak basah-kurang cemerlang).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the financing of safar bathing cultural rituals, the disclosure of cultural accountingand safar bathing traditional ceremonies as local economic and cultural values. This research is a descriptive research. Datacollection techniques use interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique is with quantitative descriptiveanalysis techniques. The results of the study show that in financing the safar bathing cultural ritual as a whole, the financing comesfrom the Regional Expenditure Revenue Budget (APBD) of Bengkalis Regency. In the range of 2021 – 2023, the budget forprotection, development, material utilization, and cultural promotion activities, in this case specifically for the safar bathing culturalritual in 2021, is budgeted at IDR 159,184,000 with a realization of 92.20%, in 2022 with a realization of IDR 233,230,000 with apercentage of 94.80% while in 2023 it will increase by IDR 260,723,000 with a percentage of 90.67%. Cultural accounting refersto how cultural values influence accounting practices, including the measurement, reporting, and disclosure of financialinformation. Then the community can feel the economic value of preserving the traditions, customs, and original values of the safarbath ritual. This cultural preservation not only preserves cultural heritage, but can also bring economic benefits both directly andindirectly. The direct benefits are mainly related to the financial aspects felt by the area manager on Teluk Rhu Beach and thepeople of North Rupat village as economic and cultural actors.

Abstract

Abstrak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di dinas perdagangan kabupaten tulang bawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu metode penelitian yang menggunakan data berupa angka dalam menganalisis fakta-fakta yang ditemukan yang bertujuan untuk menentukan hubungan antar variabel dalam sebuah populasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana dan berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan 56 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ditemukan jawaban hipotesis yakni sebagai berikut; Terdapat pengaruh Motivasi Kerja  terhadap Kinerja  di Dinas Perdagangan Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, dengan tingkat pengaruh (R-square) sebesar 74,2 persen. Terdapat pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja di Dinas Perdagangan Kabupaten Tulang Bawang dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 59,4%. Terdapat pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja di Dinas Perdagangan Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 75,9 persenKata kunci : Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

Eggs are a product of animal origin that is famous as a high source of protein compared to other protein source ingredients. Damage that can cause a decrease in egg quality is caused by microorganisms, one of which, bacteria that can contaminate eggs is Salmonella sp. This study aims to analyze the presence of Salmonella sp bacteria in chicken eggs sold in several traditional markets in Palembang City. This study used 6 samples of chicken eggs from 3 traditional markets with a simple random sampling method. The test results of all positive egg samples contained Salmonella sp. This shows that the quality of eggs sold at the Palembang Traditional Market does not meet the requirements of the Indonesian National Standard, which is negative/25 grams.     Keywords: Salmonella sp, chicken egg, traditional market.

Abstract

The research was conducted from April to August 2023 at the Fish Hatchery and Breeding Laboratory. Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, University of Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of changing Tubifex sp natural feed with floating pellets on the growth and survival of kelabau fish larvae. The method used in this study was an experimental method with one factor using a completely randomized design (CRD) with nine treatments and 3 replications. The treatments given were P1 (8 gr Tubifex sp and 2 gr floating pellets), P2 (7 gr Tubifex sp and 10 gr floating pellets), P3 (6 gr Tubifex sp and 4 gr floating pellets), P4 (5 gr Tubifex sp and 5 gr floating pellets), P5 (4 gr Tubifex sp and 6 gr floating pellets), P6 (3 gr Tubifex sp and 7 gr floating pellets), P7 (2 gr Tubifex sp and 8 gr floating pellets), P8 (1 gr Tubifex sp and 9 gr floating pellets) and P9 (10 gr floating pellets) each treatment was carried out for 10 days. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of combined feeding on the growth of kelabau fish as indicated by an increase in absolute weight and length. Absolute weight and length decreased when using floating pellet feed, this is suspected pellet feed is not in accordance with the eating habits of kelabau fish.

Abstract

Wisata Air Panas di Oku Selatan merupakan salah satu Wisata yang ada di Danau Ranau Sumatra Selatan. Wisata ini telah dikenal banyak pengunjung baik dari dalam daerah maupun luar daerah, sehingga transaksi pendapatan jasa yang terjadi setiap harinya semakin meningkat. Adapun masalah yang terjadi pada sistem saat ini yaitu pengolahan pendapatan jasa wisata masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga laporan tidak efektif dan tidak efisien Pembuatan sistem informasi pendapatan jasa wisata ini menggunakan Metode pengembangan Extreme Programming (XP), perancangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Unified Modeling Language (UML), yang terdiri dari class diagram, use case dan activity diagram, serta metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi pendapatan jasa wisata yang akurat dan tepat waktu, mempermudah pengolahan data pendapatan, dan mempermudah dalam penyajian laporan pendapatan yang lebih efisien dan efektif guna meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.
