Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Minat membaca al-Qur’an mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah angkatan 2018 Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UINAlauddin Makassar. 2) Faktor yang memengaruhi dan menghambat minat membaca al-Qur’an mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah angkatan 2018 Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. 3) Solusi untuk meningkatkan minat membaca al-Quran mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah angkatan 2018 Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Peneliti menggunakan teknik snowball sampling untuk memperoleh informan. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: Minat membaca al-Qur’an mahasiswa Jurusan PGMI angkatan 2018 dalam keadaan sangat baik. Faktor pendukung/faktor yang memengaruhi minat membaca al-Qur’an mahasiswa Jurusan PGMI angakatan 2018 di antaranya: karena kewajiban dan kesadaran diri untuk senantiasa membaca al-Qur’an, motivasi orang tua, lingkungan tempat tinggal serta adanya kebijakan universitas melalui beberapa kegiatan penunjang seperti menghafal juz 30. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya berupa keseringan bermain gadget (hp), tidak ada waktu luang/kesibukan, serta lembaga yang tidak berjalan. Solusi untuk meningkatkan minat membaca al-Qur’an mahasiswa Jurusan PGMI adalah adanya kesadaran diri untuk senantiasa membaca al-Qur’an, kebijakan Universitas khsusnya Prodi, tahsin al-Qur’an lima menit sebelum memulai perkuliahan, tugas dari dosen yang bersangkutan serta faktor pendukung lainnya yang dapat meningkatkan minat membaca al-Qur’an.

Abstract

The role of teachers is very important not only in stimulating children's cognition but also in terms of being role models to shape the character of students so that they have commendable morals. This study aims to describe the application of teacher exemplary methods in the formation of commendable morals of students at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Minasa Upa Kindergarten. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through student observations and interviews with teachers. The focus of the study is on the application of teacher exemplary methods in everyday life in the school environment. Data analysis uses descriptive. The study results indicate that applying teacher exemplary methods at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Minasa Upa Kindergarten is implemented through various habituation programs integrated into daily activities. The program includes the habit of praying on time in the congregation, speaking well and politely to friends and teachers, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of oneself and the school environment, instilling an attitude of helping each other in everyday life, and cultivating an attitude of forgiving each other to create harmonious relationships. In addition, commendable moral values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, patience, discipline, and respect for others are also instilled through consistent role models from teachers. These programs are designed not only to shape the character of students with commendable morals but also to create a conducive school atmosphere as a learning environment based on moral and spiritual values.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Drill learning method assisted by puzzle media on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade III students of SD No. 21 Bulukunyi, Takalar Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design type, involving two groups, namely class IIIA as the experimental class and class IIIB as the control class. The research instruments were in the form of learning outcome tests and checklists, which had gone through validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used an independent sample t-test to ensure that the data was normal and homogeneous. The results of the study showed that the application of the Drill learning method assisted by puzzle media had a significant effect on improving students' mathematics learning outcomes. Thus, the drill method assisted by puzzle media can be an effective, innovative method to improve mathematics learning outcomes, especially in building concrete conceptual understanding.
