Abstract

Pemberdayaan komunitas melalui pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan menjadi strategi efektif dalam mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran serta keterampilan komunitas dalam mengelola sumber daya alam secara bijak melalui pendekatan edukasi, pelatihan, dan penerapan teknologi ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi pemanfaatan lahan kosong untuk pertanian perkotaan, pengembangan ekowisata berbasis komunitas, serta program daur ulang sampah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pelestarian lingkungan, terbentuknya kelompok kerja lingkungan, serta munculnya produk kreatif berbasis daur ulang yang mendukung ekonomi lokal. Program ini diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan dengan dukungan berbagai pihak guna menciptakan komunitas yang mandiri dan lingkungan yang lebih lestari.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the use of audio-visual advertising media impacts the ability of grade VIII students to write persuasive essays at SMP Negeri 9 East Jakarta. This experimental study created a control group specifically for post-tests. The population is 288 students, and the number of samples used in the study is 60 students. We deliberately use sampling to obtain assessment sheets, which serve as experimental instruments. The results of the study showed that based on the results of the t-test with a tcal value = 14.96 > t table = 5.09, thus H0 was rejected, but H1 was accepted. Research at SMP Negeri 9 East Jakarta shows that the use of audio-visual advertising media has a considerable influence on the ability of Class VIII students to write persuasive essays. In terms of average learning outcomes, the experimental class using audiovisual advertising learning media received a score of 80.5.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is one way to win sustainable competitive advantage for companies that produce goods or services. So you need the right strategy in the marketing process, both directly and online, to get the right results. The results of this research to obtain the right marketing strategy are (1) Maintaining or improving company performance to attract customer trust by: maintaining social media integration to provide testimonials as recommendations for products or services provided by PT XYZ and developing new service features to provide money guarantees return. Providing convenience in exchanging vouchers by using smartphone technology to exchange vouchers without carrying printed voucher paper. (2) Maintaining or improving services to provide shopping enjoyment at PT XYZ Daily Deals such as maintaining customer service by providing training on performance and service and being selective in choosing merchants which has good quality offerings. What companies must prepare to be able to retain customers and retain traders is to focus more on marketing and increasing brand awareness. In addition, because technological innovation is developing very rapidly, companies must also look at threats and opportunities from the external environment that are tailored to consumer needs. So that consumers' desires and expectations can be well received.

Abstract

Consumer cooperatives play an essential role in improving purchasing power and economic welfare by providing affordable goods and services for their members. However, their operations are exposed to various financial and non-financial risks that may hinder business continuity. At the Wanita Mandiri Zayda Consumer Cooperative in Depok, several critical issues were identified, including non-performing loans, unstable profit due to fluctuating product prices, low member participation, and insufficient managerial competence among staff and administrators. To address these challenges, structured and sustainable risk management practices are required. Therefore, a community service program titled “Risk Management Training in the Management of Wanita Mandiri Zayda Consumer Cooperative Depok” was implemented to enhance the capacity of cooperative administrators in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks. The program was delivered through interactive lectures, direct learning, group discussions, and participant evaluation. The results indicate improved understanding of risk management concepts and strategies, followed by participants’ commitment to applying mitigation measures in operational activities. This program is expected to serve as a concrete effort to strengthen governance quality and ensure the sustainability of women-based consumer cooperatives in Depok.
