Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti berdasarkan pelaksanaan remedial teaching yang dilakukan di SMPN 2 Bukittinggi. Guru melakukan remedial pada siswa yang memiliki nilai di bawah KKM. Setelah dilakukannya remedial masih ada nilai siswa yang di bawah KKM, maka dapat dilihat dimana kesalahan prosedur yang dilakukan oleh guru dan keadaan siswa dalam melaksanakan remedial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur remedial teaching pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPN 2 Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Informan kunci adalah guru bidang studi Pendidikan Agama Islam dan informan pendukungnya siswa kelas 9 yang mengikuti remedy dan waka kurikulum SMPN 2 Bukittinggi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Keabsahan data yang digunakan ialah triangulasi data membandingkan apa yang dikatakan guru dan siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bisa disimpulkan bahwa guru belum melakukan semua prosedur remedial teaching sesuai dengan teori yang dikemukakan. Pada pelaksanaan remedial ini guru menggunakan metode pengulangan dan penugasan. Setelah dilakukan remedial ternyata masih ada nilai siswa di bawah KKM, disebabkan karena siswa menganggap pelaksanaan remedial hanya sebagai penunjang nilai dan tidak percaya diri dengan jawabannya pada saat pelaksanaan remedial. Jika setelah dilakukan remedy siswa sudah mencapai KKM maka siswa bisa melanjutkan pembelajaran selanjutnya. Setelah remedial guru membandingkan hasil remedial dengan ulangan siswa, maka akan terlihat nilai siswa yang sudah mencapai KKM atau belum. Jika nilai siswa belum mencapai KKM maka guru akan memberikan tugas tambahan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems that the authors found in the activities of implementing dawn education in Tanjung Pucuk Village, Jambi, Tebo Regency, to be precise in the Al-Muhajirin Mosque. The dawn education activities have not been carried out perfectly, due to the absence of proper guidelines for carrying out the dawn education activities, the dawn education teachers are often confused in carrying out the dawn education activities. In each dawn education activity there is only the activity of reading short surahs after the dawn prayer alternately, so that the dawn education activities are not interesting for the dawn students. The purpose of this study was to produce a manual for the implementation of dawn education that can be used in general in Tanjung Pucuk Jambi Village, Tebo Regency, specifically in the Al-Muhajirin Mosque, which is valid, practical, and effective for application in dawn education activities. The type of research used is Research and Development or abbreviated as R&D. The R&D model used is the Four D (4-D) version from Thiagarajan (Define, Design, Develov, Disseminate). From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the produced Subuh Education Manual can be used and is suitable for use as a guide for teachers and students who carry out their special Subuh education activities in Jambi. The results of the validation trial by experts on the subuh education guidebook are categorized as valid with an average value of 0.81. The practicality test of the subuh education manual showed that the manual had a very high level of practicality with a value of 0.95. And the results of the manual effectiveness test have a moderate level of effectiveness with a value of 0.4.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the conception of magic and amulets during the time of Abdul Karim Amrullah, both in terms of concept and practice in Minangkabau. Magic and amulets are distinct aspects but closely related in Minangkabau culture. In the past, shamans primarily controlled magic, while amulets, as countermeasures, were held by tarekat scholars. Over time, with the integration of custom and Islam in Minangkabau's philosophy "adat bersendi syara' and syara' bersendi kitabullah," there was a shift in expertise between magic and amulets. Both became skills possessed by both shamans and scholars. Subsequent developments showed a decline in magic practitioners, with some even becoming scholars. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. There are three main questions addressed in this article: first, how did magic and amulets emerge in Minangkabau; second, what is the depiction of the development of magic and amulets in Minangkabau; third, what is Abdul Karim Amrullah's conception of magic and amulets in Minangkabau. According to Abdul Karim Amrullah, magic, and amulets are practices that corrupt faith and can lead to polytheism. The proliferation of magic and amulets in the past was due to the rigid and fatalistic interpretation of "qudrah" by the Minangkabau society.
