Abstract

cabai merah (Capsicum annuum) adalah komponen yang terkenal ditemukan di banyak tanaman. Tujuan utama artikel ini adalah untuk: 1) menganalisis karakteristik konsumen di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan; 2) Menganalisis berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumsi cabai di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Dengan menggunakan teknik yang dikenal sebagai 65 responden identik dipilih melalui random sampling. Metode kualitatif deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif berdasarkan garis regresi adalah dua metode yang digunakan dalam analisis ini. Hasilnya adalah karakteristik konsumen konsumsi cabai merah di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, perempuan (69,23 persen) dengan rentang usia 25 hingga 28 tahun sebanyak 62 responden, dan berusia 33 hingga 36 tahun ada 12 responden dengan presentase. (18,4 persen), pendidikan tertinggi SMA 25 responden dengan presentase (38,7 persen), responden dengan status menikah 58 responden dengan presentase (89,2 persen), dengan pendapatan 1,3 juta hingga 1,5 juta sebanyak 46 responden dengan presentase (70,8 persen) dan 6-7 anggota keluarga 21 responden (32,3 persen) . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh besar terhadap konsumsi cabai merah di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Dan variabel harga berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is one of the largest contributors to the GRDP of the Fifty Cities District, therefore the Fifty Cities district is able to increase the economic potential of the agricultural sector. This study aims to examine the pattern of economic development in the agricultural sector in Fifty Cities District. This research uses Entropy Diversity Index analysis. The results of the study showed that agricultural output in the Fifty Cities District was not developed/unequal. Commodities, cassava, citrus and rubber were fast growing commodities that dominated the agricultural economic growth in the Fifty Cities District.

Abstract

The largest cocoa producer is Pasaman Regency, one of which is Padang GelugurDistrict. The main challenge in the sustainability of the cocoa business is thatproduction has not reached its maximum potential. This study aims to 1) Describethe characteristics of cocoa farmers in Padang Gelugur District, Pasaman Regency2) Analyze the factors that influence cocoa production in Padang Gelugur District,Pasaman Regency. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis methods andquantitative analysis using Cobb-Douglass production function analysisThe resultsshow that 1) Farmers 1) Cocoa farmers in Padang Gelugur District are dominatedby men aged 37 to 40 years with a high school education level, the number of familydependents is 4 to 5 people. Farming experience of 10 to 12 years, monthly incomebetween Rp. 2,900,000 to Rp. 3,583,000. 2) The variables of chemical fertilizer(X1), pesticide (X2), plant age (X3), land area (X4), TKDK (X5), pruning (D1)Control of plant pests and diseases (D2) have a significant effect on cocoaproduction, while TKLK (X6) does not have a significant effect on cocoaproduction.and non-family labor (X8).
